In this episode, I speak about boundaries - what they are and why they're important.
Everyone won't always agree with your boundaries when you set them but remember sis, you aren't setting them for anyone else -- you're setting them for YOU! And you deserve a healthy, happy life.
If someone or something is causing you more harm than good, you need to take a look at it and set up a boundary that works. Don't live a life for others without first looking at yourself -- if you're happy, others will be happy. If you give to yourself, you'll give to others. Balance is key and boundaries help with that!
