S-O-S for the Sleep-Deprived - A Sleep Specialist Shares her Secrets

Brooke Hohenadel is very passionate about helping people get good quality sleep each night. Her passion for healthy sleep began with her own story: she was postpartum, waking multiple times a night, helping her 5 month old and doing all a lot on her own because her husband who had a broken leg.
