When I noticed Alicia and Cecilia were co-listing a property. I thought I’d like to learn what that is all about and share those learnings with you, the listener.

Alicia Hegarty, who was in my pre-licensing course, is a REALTOR® with the Anthony Delodder team at Royal LePage. Prior to her moving into this line of work she had years of experience working with contractors as she and her husband invested in multiple homes. She spent 10 years working in family service which lends itself very well to helping people in the midst of one of the most important financial and life decisions they will ever experience - the purchase or sale of a house.

Cecilia Williams is a REALTOR® with Northern Light Realty. She moved to the Island from Ontario in late 2015, where she worked in hospitality and agriculture. She has an honours degree in Bio-Resource Management from the University of Guelph and currently lives in Charlottetown with her six-year-old daughter. She sits on the Board of Directors as Director of Communication and Secretary for Fusion Charlottetown, a local nonprofit. She has been in the business for the last four and a half years and brings experience working with many sellers and buyers.
