Imagine the most beautifulcolor of water.
Have you been to this place oris this a new adventure?
Look at the water glisten inthe sun.

What colors do you see?
The water is moving.
Is it still and calm, or bigwaves that rise up and crash to
the surface?
Look around you.

What do you see?
Do you see white, soft sand?
Imagine yourself reaching downand touching that warm sand.
Can you feel the warmth of thegrain on your fingertips?

We're sitting on top of awaterfall watching the water
fall into the pool below.
You see yourself walking on thesand.

You draw near to the shore.
Seed trees, birds, coconuts,vibrant tropical flowers.
The smell it smells of freshgardenias mixed with pineapple

and sunshine.
Stay in this place.
Absorb your surroundings, thefeel of the sun on your skin,
the gentle ocean breeze acrossyour face.

you lay in the space andenvelop the sounds, the smells,
the temperature and the air, thegentle breeze kissing your face

I want you to imagine floatingon the water.

You walk out into the water,into the ocean, feeling the
waves crashing against your legs.
You lie down on the water andyou're floating.

Your eyes are closed.
You are safe in this moment.
Notice your body riding eachgentle rolling wave going up and

down, and as you're floatingand you're going up, you breathe
in and as you ride the wavedown, you breathe out.
Notice your body moving withthe rise and the fall of the

water.
As the wave rises, let themomentum of the water fill you
with power.
As the waves fall, imagine thewater washing over you and

through you, leaving you feelinglighter, happier, focused.
Continue this practice as longas you'd like, staying with the

sounds of the waves, choosing tostay in this moment, becoming
more peaceful, assured andhappier with each wave that
washes over you.

Coming back to your, breath,wiggling your fingers, your toes
, taking your time and breathingin your fingers, your toes,

join the peace, the lightnessand ease to continue your day.
