Welcome to your space. This tapping meditation is a tool for you to use in overcoming insomnia. It's a great way to relax, release and help to move out of the loop of the monkey mind. Tapping on the body's meridian points sends calming signals to the brain, turning down the brain's stress response, so you can let go of stress and find more balance, calmness and ease to move forward.  We use a set of nine tapping points for a traditional tapping sequence. So come with me, into your safe space.. just you no one else.
