My name is Jerry and I'minviting you to join me for a
short visualization to not onlyhelp you prepare for your

workout, but to maximize thepower you have, taking you to
the next level and achievingyour goals.
This meditation will help youfocus on what you need to do to
be the best you can be and notonly hit those goals you've been
striving for, but to push pastthem to greater heights.
In this meditation, we will diginto your power that lies

inside you and use your mind totap into that power, connecting
the mind and the body to reachits full potential.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable position,seated in a chair, feet solid on
the floor, hands softly in yourlap.

(01:09):
Relax your eyes, relax yourhands.
Your shoulders are soft.
You can feel your chest riseand fall with each breath.
Take a big, deep breath inthrough your nose and out
through your mouth, focusing onyour breath.

Notice the ease of the rise andfall of your chest with each
breath, casting aside allthoughts, worries, taking this

(01:55):
moment, right here, right now,to do what you need to do.
Now that you're relaxed, focused, calm, picture your goal.
What does it look like?

What's a mental picture of whatyou're trying to achieve?
What does it look like in yourmind's eye?
See yourself accomplishing andachieving that goal.

You've got what it takes.
What are the emotions you feelwhen seeing yourself achieving
your goal?
Do you feel confidence, power,energy, excitement, resilience,

joy.
Start with these emotions, soakthem into your bones.
Start with the top of your head.

Visualize those sensations,move the feeling down your face,
feel the power, expand and grow.
Feeling to your arms, yourtorso, your hips, thighs, calves

Stay in the moment, envelopingthe whole body with energy,
power, health, goodness.
Watch the glow of this power.

Fill you up, growing andexpanding outside your body,
surrounding you, covering you,giving you energy in your
muscles, lungs, feeling powerand energy throughout every cell
in your body.
Mentally picture yourselfstarting your workout, moving

through each stage, seeing thework, the effort, the sweat,
moving one step closer to yourgoal, seeing yourself strong,

finishing your best, leaving itall on the floor.
You have nothing left but pridein giving it your all.
Take another big, deep breathin through your nose and let it

Stay here for a few moments.
Soak it in, own it.
It's yours, take your power,know your power and give this
workout all of you.
