Own Your Health Collective provides both medical and nutritional information and training programs to individuals, schools, government entities and corporates.
Lisa & Nat’s Peri Menopause Power Podcast has had over 100,000 downloads.
They have recently launched Let’s Talk - a community for women seeking information and support around all things peri- menopause, menopause and post menopause.
This interview covers a number of important topics, including:
- We need to take the taboo and stigma out of talking about menstrual cycles
- The sheer lack of access to appropriate information and education on women's cycles
- How school curriculums need to change to address the significant lack of education around women’s menstrual cycles
- How women are unsupported in the workplace as they undergo hormonal changes, often leading them to leave, and
- That if we don’t see the implementation of mandatory management training on menstrual cycles we will continue to lose senior women in the workplace and have no hope of ever reaching the gender targets of equal representation of women in the C-Suite and on boards.
