Kathryn's business supports individuals to explore their relationship with alcohol and make changes to create positive impacts on their mental and emotional health, productivity, personal lives and careers.
She has a career background of 25-30 years in media and in PR and is also a breast cancer survivor and thriver. Following that experience, she made the decision to lead a more purposeful life, and to explore her relationship with alcohol.
Kathryn delivers her program to individuals and corporates and features regularly in the media.
