This important aspect of the faith journey is crucial not only during the new year, but also during every year on this earth. Creating a personal fasting plan between you and God, focusing on the positive and not the judgement, adjusting to the change, denying your flesh, and learning from being in the presence of God.
Ultimately, growing closer to our Heavenly Father.
