Today I talk with Coss Marte. Coss is founder and CEO of Con Body, a prison style boot camp workout facility based in Lower Manhattan. The story of entrepreneurship began early for Coss when he started selling drugs at the age of 13 and was in and out of jail through his early adolescence. By the time Coss was 23 he had built a multi-million dollar empire with his sophisticated drug delivery business. Coss and his associates were not standing on the street corner, instead they wore suits and ties, past out business cards, and hung out at the hottest bars in town while building up their clientele. Eventually it all came crashing down and Coss was sent to prison. With nothing but time on his hands, he devoted himself to exercising and losing weight. After being released Coss took his new found love for fitness and created Con Body. We dig into a lot more so please enjoy this episode with Coss Marte.
