Welcome back to another episode of the Kyro Basics Podcast.
Today I'm going to be playing back an interview we did with one of our clients.

We connected with them to just kind of go over how things are going for them.
I wanted to hear in their own words the success that they've had at their practice with our
marketing system and our program that we've been implementing for them and what we do
for our other clients.
We're playing this back so you guys can get an idea of the impact that it can have on

your practice success and your growth by having a really cohesive and strong digital presence
for your practice.
Without further ado, I'm just going to play back the recording and enjoy.

(01:14):
I think the first thing we could do is start off if you guys want to just introduce yourself
and your practice, I think that'd be a good place to start.
Yeah, I'm Dr. Nick Barney.
Dr. Andrew Yonair and we're at Optimal Chiropractic in West Fargo, North Dakota.
Great.
Yeah, so you guys have been a client of Kyro Basics for a little bit.

(01:35):
I guess I want to start by saying or asking what was kind of going on at your practice
when you guys approached us and what kind of caused you to start looking for some change
in your internet marketing and your digital presence?
We've had a digital presence for a while here now, so we've gone through probably a handful

(01:55):
of different marketing companies now too.
It seems like we were with one for quite a while, it did well, but then it just kind
of fizzled out and then since then we've been trying other places out and no one's really
ever given us any sort of results again.
So that's why we kept looking around and we have a consulting group, Winner's Edge, that
we were part of and they recommended I think Basics.
And then we started them here last, what did you say, this about March or April?

(02:19):
Something right then.
So we're a good six months in at this point.
Nice.
So you guys just kind of struggled getting some consistency with your patient flow coming
from in online, does that sound right?
Yeah, absolutely.
Consistent leads, quality of leads, things like that we were kind of struggling with.
And moving to a new location, we moved locations here in January, it was kind of something

(02:43):
we really wanted to focus on.
So yeah.
Yeah, that makes sense.
So when you guys came on board, what were some things that our team implemented for
you so far?
What have we done and what's worked well for you?
Yeah.
I mean, we kind of went all in with you guys.
We revamped the website you guys took over and doing all that, hopped into Google Ads

(03:07):
and then Facebook marketing and then just our digital presence in general.
It seems like it's all been one kind of one stop shop, which has been super nice and just
very, very helpful.
Yeah, I think that's the big ones too.
Just the and then in general to the whole marketing program that you guys use to help
us contain leads, reach out the leads, the automate, optimization of everything to has

(03:32):
been really awesome too.
Yeah, it's it's just having you guys know, obviously, the leads and the new patients
are amazing and great, but just how you have helped us with everything, the websites, our
SEO type stuff.
It's like you said, a one stop shop and that just makes us a little bit more able to focus
on what we need to do as far as grow the practice and take care of patients.

(03:55):
So that's that's been very appreciative.
Yeah, that's awesome.
So kind of taking care of all of the things digitally so you guys can get back to being
doctors and worry less about that patient flow coming in from your online presence.
Yeah, absolutely.
Great.
And you know, the results have you have you guys been seeing, you know, an increase in
your new patients like your leads feel good, like that flow is feeling a lot healthier

(04:18):
for you.
Yeah, absolutely.
I would say when we before we started with your last company we're with, we're getting
anywhere from, I don't know, 30 to 50 leads a month or so someone goes on.
Yeah, which is only, you know, a small portion of what it comes in.
But then once we started, I think basics, I think that jumped up another 20 or 30.
And then now we've already gone up to 100, I think 126 or so or something was our best

(04:41):
month so far yet too.
So that's been just, you know, three or four months span.
So yeah, it's been awesome.
It seems like the even the patient referrals come in easier to because I think it's just
easier access to get to us now with our digital presence and people see it.
So we've noticed a lot of the intakes that come into our people referring others in as
well too.
So it's just been a great combination of everything.

(05:02):
Yeah, everything.
Yeah, because of that.
So nice.
So big, big impact on the business overall, not just from, you know, people finding you
online, but also benefiting like the referral system and all that type of stuff.
It's all kind of cohesive and working a lot smoother for you to drive that growth you're
looking for.
Yeah, absolutely.
Awesome.

(05:22):
That's great to hear.
I'm glad that the system is working really well for you guys and your practice and your
team.
You know, if there was another practice that was interested in working with Kyra basics
on their marketing program, what would you say to them?
Yeah, it's a slam dunk.
Yeah, I mean, it's our website's better.
We're we're more seen on the internet leads.

(05:44):
It's kind of it's just everything is in one stop allows, like I said to us to focus on
what's going on in the practice.
And if we do have something that needs to be updated on the website, you get it done
so quick.
It's it's just kind of incredible.
So and not only that, too, like everything all at once like that, too.
But you guys are always constantly adapting, helping us create video content, you know,

(06:09):
like press releases, things like that.
That just keeps everything current and, you know, everyone that, you know, top of mind
when they see us basically.
So that's been awesome.
Awesome.

Yeah, it's it's been a no brainer for us, man.
So we're we're happy with your everything you're doing for us.
So yeah, we're trying to we I was just at a winners at boot camp and was talking to
a few other guys about what you've been doing.
And sounds like other people that they've been using don't offer anywhere near the service.

(06:54):
So I'm sure you'll be getting a lot more calls.
Maybe get a bit easier.
Yeah, that's good to hear.
