For our first interview of 2025, the Chocobros got the chance to interview none other than voice actor Kris Laudrum, whom you may recognize from Black Myth Wukong, Eternal Strands and Space Marine 2, among MANY others. Kris talks the process of entering all these projects as well as some really fun stories along the way!

The Chocobros return after a 2.5 week break to dive into Playstation State of Play, Playstation's 2025 strategy of 3rd party partner games, and Onimusha Way of the Sword being further along than we thought! We also dissect our first look at Karl Urban as Johnny Cage in MK2, Erik gives his thoughts on Avowed, Tony Hawk is on it's way back and Activision is being greedy.

For the first episode of 2025, we're talking the upcoming demo for Eternal Strands out Jan 21st (stay tuned for more info!), Sony's new media strategy including a bunch of Playstation IPs getting the movie treatment (including Helldivers 2!), and we close out the show talking about the US government's classification on Tencent Games and what potential ramifications could be on their way.

The PS2 conveniently hit a huge sales milestone, as well as Cyberpunk and it's Phantom Liberty expansion. G's bae, Dino Crisis is officially available to purchase standalone and we also discuss IGN's top 100 PS games of all time!

The Chocobros come together after the meetup to talk GTA:V surpassing 205 million units sold, Hogwarts Legacy crossing the 30 million threshold, giving first impressions of Dragon Age: Veilguard, a new voice actor for Sylens in Horizon: Lego Adventure and also paying respects to the late Tony Todd. Warcraft 1/2 remastered are here and Microsoft is going to be making a handheld!
