I observe people embrace the action of love in the workplace all the time. They lead with compassion, kindness, patience, and care. 

But saying the word “love” in the workplace isn’t commonly accepted or embraced. The behaviors are embraced. But not the language. 

I’m curious about this. Why is the word “love” not embraced like the words: caring or kindness or compassion?  I don’t have the answer. What do you think?
