This week in the Choose You Whole Body Wellness Podcast, we’re going to talk about food addiction. This topic is very near and dear to my heart as it is something that I have struggled with for the majority of my life and I still struggle with it to this very day.
I’ve lost well over 100 pounds and I’ve managed to keep it off for years now but this massive weight loss wasn’t a result of chasing the scale but chasing a feeling. Today, I’m going to talk about chasing that feeling of choosing you and putting yourself first! That feeling of looking good and that feeling of accomplishment because you know that you put in the work. I hope that this episode provides hope, guidance, and encouragement to anyone else who may be dealing with food addiction. Check it out!
Be sure to tune in each week for fresh new episodes.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
