We did not grow up knowing about the 5th Law of Cellular Health. It was not one of the "common sense" healthy habits. The 5th law is Cellular Respiration or REDOX Cell Signaling. This is the program of life in the body. It is how all the cells in the body communicate. These tiny redox molecules "command and control" our body's resilience and cell regeneration.
When our cells are resilient, we can be resilient. In this episode, we review the first four laws of Cellular Health. These are familiar to us all and are based on common sense. When we implement them, we can have better cellular resilience.

"This is the day which the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it." My favorite words to begin the day with. They are part of the Orthodox Christian morning prayer rule. And it is such a good reminder, every day, to be grateful for the new day and give the glory to God.
The Attitude of Gratitude increases resilience from our cells to our soul!

Cellular resilience is not something most of us think about — yet it's the foundation of vitality. When our cells are resilient, they adapt, repair, and thrive. But when they're fragile and vulnerable, we’re left wide open to dysfunction, burnout, and disease.
True resilience starts where most people never look — inside the cell. Without it, we're not just tired… we’re fragile. Vulnerable. Living in survival mode...
At our very core, our cells are making efforts to shift us in the direction of resilience. But if we make poor decisions on a moment-to-moment basis, we shift towards the opposite of resilience. Let's be aware of the little choices we are making throughout the day. When we choose what is good and real we can shift towards resilience and thriving.
