I'm Chris Fantastic Powell.
I get a lot of questions aboutAI and what I think about it.

Ai is here and no, it's not theend of the world.
It's the beginning of a new one.
Everywhere you look, companiesare tapping into the
possibilities of artificialintelligence and there's a lot
of noise out there, some sayingit'll take over, others saying
it'll free us.
But here's what I know for sureAI is not something to fear,

it's something to understand.
Ai is not something to fear.
It's something to understand,adapt to and use with purpose.
It's going to help pushtechnology forward, like we've
done every time before.
From video productions tofinance, legal systems, to
healthcare, education, tocustomer service.
Ai is showing up in every cornerof our lives and it's not

slowing down.
What used to take hours can nowtake minutes.
Tasks that drain our time cannow be streamlined.
But stop for a moment.
This isn't brand new.
We've been here before.
We used to ride horses acrosslong distances just to get from
city to the next.
Then came the automobile.
Did it end jobs?
No to the next.
Then came the automobile.

No, it birthed an entireindustries factories, mechanics,
gas stations, shippingcompanies and travel services.
We used to use passbooks totrack money, wait weeks for mail
to cross oceans and spend daysplanning things that now happen
instantly with one click or tap.
Then came the computer, theinternet, the smartphone, the

airplane, the cloud.
Every single evolution broughttwo things more convenience and
more opportunity.
Let me say it loud norevolution ever destroyed the

world.
It expanded.
And now here comes AI fast,powerful, expansive.
It's going to enter everysector and it's going to spark
job opportunities, businessproducts and services we can't
even dream of yet.
But here's one thing AI willnever replace your integrity,
your character, your confidence,your heart.
Ai can write, analyze andcalculate, but it cannot lead
with integrity, it cannotbelieve when the odds are

stacked, it cannot care, itcannot respect, it cannot love,
it cannot look into someone'seyes and say I believe in you.
Ai might tell you whatconfidence means, but it can't
wake up and choose it for you.
Ai might define kindness, butit can't give it from a place of

compassion.
Ai can create systems, but itcan't build character that's on
you.
So don't sit on the sidelineswatching this technology rise.
Don't shrink back in fear ofwhat's coming.
Stand up, step up, learn it,leverage it and lead with heart,
because in the future we'rewalking into, people who thrive

won't be the ones who hide.
It'll be the ones who grow, theones who understand that tools
don't replace people.
They empower the right ones.
This isn't the end of jobs.
It's the birth of new dreams.
This isn't the death ofcreativity.
It's the start of a new type ofgenius.
This isn't the fall of humanity.
It's the challenge for us torise deeper with meaning.

The future is not AI versus you.
It's AI with you, if you've gotthat mindset, the vision and
the discipline.
So I'll leave you with this.
The world is evolving fast andthe question is are you evolving
with it?
Ai is just a tool, but you arethe force.
