Most people walk aroundthinking that doing right

doesn't matter anymore, thateffort, integrity or trying your
best just gets you overlooked.
But I'm here to tell you itdoes matter.
They think the loud ones, thefake ones, the shortcut always
wins.
But that's a lie.
Doing right still wins.
You might not see it today, youmight not see it this week, but

just like a mighty redwood treestarts as a tiny seed,
greatness starts with quiet,steady effort.
There's a quote, and some of youwill recognize the book it
comes from.
It's quoted as saying If youbecome possessed with this faith
, you will not need to worryabout your success or failure,
for success must come.
You will not need to be anxiousabout results, but will work

joyfully and peacefully, knowingthat right thoughts and right
efforts will inevitably bringabout right results.
That's powerful.
You see, doing right might notbring instant results, but it
builds, it stacks, like plantinga redwood seed Nothing happens
at first, but day after day asthe roots grow quietly

underground, something powerfulis forming.
Then one day it breaks to thesurface, then it towers.
That's how greatness is built.
You won't always see therewards of doing right right
away, but you're buildingsomething deep and when it does
show up it'll be stronger,taller and more lasting than
anything that came easy.

So keep doing right and keepworking right.
You're growing somethingunstoppable.
