That baggage you're draggingaround the hurt, the anger, the
guilt, the missed opportunities, the should have and I could
have, and why didn't I?
That's not strength, that'sweight, and you were never meant
to carry all that into thefuture you're building.

(00:41):
Look, every single one of us hasa past, but the powerful ones,
they, know how to put it down.
You cannot reach for greatnessahead of you if your hands are
full of what already fell behindyou.
You have to make a decision.
Do I want to stay in the painof yesterday or rise to the
possibilities of tomorrow?
Because you can't have both.

(01:04):
The truth is, tomorrow doesn'tcare about your past.
It's offering you a brand newopportunity, a brand new moment,
a brand new breath to becomewho you really are, but only if
you show up light, only if youshow up free, only if you let go
of what no longer serves theyou that you want to become.
Let me say it again you cannotrun into your future dragging

(01:28):
change from your past.
You cannot build a new lifewith bricks from your old,
broken ones.
So today, this moment, decide.
What am I putting down?
Because I promise you this.
There is more waiting for you,but you have to make this space
to receive it.
You have to walk into tomorrowwith empty hands and open arms.

(01:49):
That's how you catch theblessings, that's how you grab
hold of the promise.
Don't carry yesterday's weightinto tomorrow's promise.
You've come too far.
And what's ahead of you?
It's worth it.
