SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day and you have to

(00:02):
prepare for each challenge alongthe way toward success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.
Welcome to my common sensemotivation episodes.
I'm Chris FantasticPow.
Health is wealth, the realtruth.
Dedicated to my sister Natalie, who said something that stopped

(00:22):
me in my tracks.
She said, It's easier to makemoney than it is to take care of
your health.
And when she said this, I had topause, because that statement
carries more truth than mostpeople want to admit.
We live in the world thatmeasures success by how much we
make, not how well we live.

(00:43):
We're surrounded and bombardedby advertisers telling us what
we need to buy to looksuccessful.
The newest car, the biggesthouse, the name brand clothes,
the fancy watch, the supplementsthat fix everything.
We're told that money solvesproblems, and in some ways it
does.
And yes, it does make lifeeasier, but here's the flip

(01:05):
side.
When your health is gone, themoney just becomes a band aid.
It can't fix what you neglect toprotect.
We're sold the dream, but atwhat cost?
Everywhere you turn, someone'strying to sell you something.
They say if you just had thisone thing, you'll feel better.
If you buy this program, thisproduct, this miracle cure,

(01:27):
you'll be whole again.
But think about it, we've gotmore gyms than ever, yet more
people out of shape.
More healthcare facilities thanever, yet more people sick.
More diets, detox, and miraclepills, and yet more confusion
and less discipline.
We've learned how to make money,we've mastered how to spend it,

(01:50):
but we're forgetting how to takecare of ourselves.
We've worked overtime for alifestyle that quietly is
robbing us of the energy toenjoy it.
We chase promotions, but can'tclimb a flight of stairs without
getting winded.
We talk about grinding forsuccess, but grind so hard we
wear down the very body we needto sustain it.

(02:11):
That's not success, that'simbalance disguised as progress.
Society taught us that successis external, what people can
see.
But true wealth is internal,it's what people can't see.
Your peace of mind, your energy, your ability to wake up with
purpose, not pain.

(02:31):
But let's be honest, we treatour bodies like machines that
can be replaced.
But your body isn't a car, it'sa vessel.
You only get one.
You can't trade it in for anewer model.
And if you keep running itwithout maintenance, without
sleep, without proper fuel, without mental rest, one day
it's going to break down.

(02:52):
And when that happens, nopaycheck, no promotion, and no
product can fix it.
Money can buy a doctor, but nothealth.
It can buy comfort, but notpeace.
It can buy you time off, but notmore time.
We need to start putting as mucheffort into our health as we do

(03:12):
our hustle.
Imagine if people protectedtheir peace like they protected
their profits.
Imagine if you value eight hoursof sleep as much as you value
eight streams of income.
Your health is your first formof wealth.
Without it, the rest will loseits shine.
I get it, life is busy.

(03:33):
We've got goals, bills, families, responsibilities, but
here's something I've learnedafter years in business and
leadership.
If you don't make time for yourwellness, you'll be forced to
make time for your illness.
That's not a quote, that'sreality.
Success isn't just what youbuild, it's what you sustain.
It's not just how high youclimb, it's how strong you stay

(03:56):
while climbing.
Health isn't a luxury, it's aresponsibility.
Because when you're healthy inmind, body, and spirit, you show
up better for your family, yourbusiness, your purpose, and your
future.
So yes, let's make the money, let's build the dream, let's
achieve the goals, but let's notforget the engine that drives it

(04:17):
all.
That's you.
Start taking your health asseriously as your hustle.
Because when your health isstrong, your confidence grows,
your energy multiplies, andsuddenly life doesn't just feel
successful, it feels good.
The message isn't just abouteating better or exercising
more, it's about living withawareness.

(04:38):
Because real success isn't abouthow much you can buy, it's about
how well you can live.
And at the end of the day, thebiggest return on investment is
not found in a stock, abusiness, or a paycheck, because
health isn't just part of asuccess, it is success.
Here's a story.
My first trip to Hawaii, alesson I'll never forget.

(05:02):
My first trip to Hawaii, I hadjust left my hotel room and
decided to take a walk towardthe balcony area on the ground
floor.
As I approached the edge I stoodthere for a moment, gazing out
at the beautiful ocean wavescrashing against the rocky
shoreline.
The sound, the sight, the calm,it was something special.
There were other people standingaround taking in the same view.

(05:25):
But out of the corner of my eyeI noticed one man particular.
He was being pushed in awheelchair, and attached to the
back of that chair was an oxygentank.
You could tell he needed it justto breathe.
Now here's the part that changedme.
As I was looking at the ocean,my mind wasn't fully there.
I remember mumbling to myself,I've got to get back to my

(05:46):
business.
I've got too much to do.
The truth is, I was frustratedthat I had even taken this trip.
I had only allowed myself threeshort days in Hawaii, and I was
already thinking about goingback to work.
That's when the man in thewheelchair turned his head
toward me.
He must have overheard what Isaid because he raised his voice
and called out, Young man, doyou see me sitting here with

(06:10):
this oxygen tank, and this manpushing me around, which by the
way I don't like?
I nodded and a smile and saidyes.
He looked at me straight in theeyes and said something I'll
never forget.
I'm a millionaire.
This is my first time evercoming to Hawaii.
All my life I kept saying Ididn't have time.

(06:30):
I was too busy making money, toofocused on getting rich.
Now I finally have the money, but I don't have my health.
He paused for a second, took abreath from his oxygen tank, and
continued.
Don't you ever let me hear yousay you don't have time to live
your life?
Because if I could, I'd give youmy entire fortune just to have

(06:53):
your health.
That statement hit me hard.
It's one of those moments thatstop you right where you stand,
when a stranger becomes ateacher.
From that day on I promisemyself to live a more balanced
life.
To not just work to make aliving, but to make time for
living.
Because money can buy a lot ofthings, but it can't buy back

(07:15):
your health, your time, or yourpeace.
That day in Hawaii changed how Idefine success forever.
Make it happen.
