Flaws can be fuel when you pair self-awareness with action and real momentum is not polish, not perfection, but honest action taken in the middle of fear, fatigue, and doubt.

SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day, and you have to

(00:02):
prepare for each challenge alongthe way toward success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.

I'm Chris FantasticPow.
Motivation despite your flaws.
Motivation isn't about beingflawless, it's about being
fearless in the face of yourflaws.

(00:24):
It's about showing up when youdon't feel ready.
It's about moving forward evenwhen parts of you still are
broken.
Too many people wait forperfection before they take
action.
But perfection never shows up.
Action does.
The truth is you don't have tobe perfect to make progress.
You just have to be honest andkeep going.

(00:46):
Self awareness builds innerstrength.
When you know yourself, trulyknow yourself, you stop being
controlled by what others sayabout you.
You start managing youremotions, your triggers, your
doubts, that's power.
Because the most dangerousperson in the room is the one
who knows who they are.

(01:07):
Honesty requires real courage.
It's easily to lie to yourself,to say I'm fine when you're not,
but it takes heart to look inthe mirror and admit I've got
work to do.
That kind of honesty isn'tweakness, that's warrior.
When you own your truth, youtake your power back.

(01:29):
Reframe your flaws as growthopportunities.
Your flaws don't define you, they refine you.
And every imperfection, everymistake, every misstep is simply
feedback.
It's life's way of saying here'swhere you get stronger.
Don't run from that message, runwith it.
Because the greatest growthoften comes from the places that

(01:52):
once made you uncomfortable.
Now I know some of you listeningmight feel discouraged.
Maybe you're tired.
Maybe you've tried again andagain and it feels like
nothing's changing.
But hear me once and for all.
You're not failing, you'reforming.
The hard days are shaping yourdiscipline, your patience, your

(02:12):
resilience.
You're not behind, you're beingbuilt.
The storm isn't punishment, it'spreparation, so don't quit now.
You're too close to yourbreakthrough.
Transform weakness intoempowerment.
Weakness isn't something tohide, it's something to harness.
When you confront what limitsyou, you begin to lead what

(02:34):
strengthens you, and that'stransformation from powerless to
powerful.
Your weakness doesn't meanyou're broken, it means you have
something to build, and everybrick of self-awareness, every
ounce of courage, every act ofhonesty becomes the foundation
of your greatness.
So walk tall with your flaws ineverything.

(02:56):
And remember this your strengthisn't in your perfection, it's
in your persistence.
And remind yourself that yourflaws don't stop your destiny
unless you let them.
Make it happen.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
