SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day, and you have to

(00:02):
prepare for each challenge alongthe way toward success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.
Welcome to my common sensemotivation episodes.
I'm Chris FantasticPow.
Let's talk about something realfor a moment.
Social media and the pretenders.
We live in a world where fake ituntil you make it has become a

(00:25):
model people proudly wear as abadge of honor.
But let me tell you somethingstraight.
That's one of the mostdestructive mindsets you can
have, not only in business, butin life and especially in
relationships.
Because no matter how well youtry to hide behind filters,
followers, or fancy words, yourcharacter will always want to

(00:48):
show itself.
And when it does, when thelights are off, when the camera
isn't rolling, when there's noaudience to impress, the real
you steps forward.
You see, pretending isexhausting.
It drains your energy, it cloudsyour integrity, and it delays
your growth.
Because while you're busy fakingit, you're not building it.

(01:13):
And there's a big difference.
True success, the kind thatlasts, is never built on
pretending.
It's built on preparation, purpose, and patience.
It's about showing up whennobody else is clapping, staying
consistent when nobody'swatching, and doing the work
even when nobody's liking yourposts.

(01:34):
The truth is social media makesit easy to look rich, to look
happy, to look successful, butnone of that means you are.
Real confidence comes from doingthe work, not from looking like
you did.
And real relationships, whetherpersonal or professional, are
built on authenticity, notillusion.

(01:56):
People may be fooled for amoment, but eventually your
character tells the truth everytime.
It reveals who's genuine, who'sdisciplined, and who's just
playing dress up with theirgoals.
So don't fake it, faith it.
Believe in your process, believein your growth, and walk in your

(02:16):
truth.
You don't have to pretend to begreat when you're actually
working on becoming great.
And remember this, a seeddoesn't fake being a tree.
It grows into one.
And when you grow the right way,the fruit always shows itself.
Let others pretend if they wantto.
That's their stage.

(02:37):
But you you stay real, stayfocused, and stay consistent.
Because in time, your resultswill expose what you're
pretending never could.
And that's the kind of successthat can't be edited, filtered,
or faked.
Make it happen.
I'm Chris Fantastic Powell.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
