SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day, and you have to

(00:02):
prepare for each challenge alongthe way toward success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.
Welcome to my common sensemotivation episodes.
I'm Chris FantasticPow.
The Feeling Trap.
There's a silent enemy thatsneaks up on most people.
It's not laziness, it's notfear, it's not even doubt.

(00:25):
It's the feeling trap.
The feeling trap convinces thatyou can only move when you feel
like it.
It whispers, wait till you'reready, or do it when you're in
the mood.
But here's the truth.
Your feelings were never meantto lead your life.
You can't build consistency onemotions.
Feelings are like weather, sunnyone day, stormy the next.

(00:49):
And discipline is the umbrellathat keeps you dry no matter
what the sky looks like.
The moment you stop waiting forthe right feeling, you can take
back control of your life.
You can stop being a hostage tomoods and become a master of
momentum.
Because progress doesn't care ifyou're tired, unmotivated, or

(01:09):
unsure, it only responds toaction.
You've got to learn to movethrough your feelings, not live
in them.
When you wake up and you don'tfeel like it, move anyway.
When fear hits, step anyway.
When doubt screams, push anyway.
That's where real growth happensand that's where your new self

(01:31):
is being built.
And remember this, feelingsfade.
Effort remains, and resultsspeak.
Don't let your emotions becomeyour excuses.
Let your decisions become yourdirection.
And every time you choosediscipline over emotion, you're
building the muscle thatfeelings can't break.
And one day, the same things youonce had to force yourself to do

(01:55):
will become your second nature.
That's the freedom waiting onthe other side of the feeling
trap.
When you stop being controlledby how you feel and start being
driven by what you know.
Make it happen.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
