SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day, and you have to

(00:02):
prepare for each challenge alongthe way toward success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.
Welcome to my common sensemotivation episodes.
I'm Chris FantasticPow.
Tiny Steps, Big Power.
You know what's amazing?
Everybody talks about takinggiant leaps, massive action to

(00:23):
make changes in their lives.
But let me tell you somethinglife has taught me over and over
again.
That tiny steps are the onesthat really change your life.
You see, big steps, bigdecisions look good on paper.
They sound impressive when yousay them out loud.
But big steps can also be rigid, heavy, and hard to move, hard to

(00:46):
adjust.
And most never achieve what theywant in life because the big
steps to get there are usuallytoo big, and when you take a big
step and realize it's the wrongone, now you've got a big
mistake to correct.
But tiny steps.
Tiny steps are flexible.
Tiny steps allow you to adjust, pivot, learn, adapt, and grow

(01:10):
without breaking your stride forthe change you want in your
life.
Tiny steps don't overwhelm you, they strengthen you.
Tiny steps don't scare you, theyprepare you.
Tiny steps don't requireperfection, they require
movement.
And movement is the secretingredient to every success
story you'll ever hear.
A tiny step is powerful becauseit gives you options, it gives

(01:35):
you feedback, it gives youmomentum, the very momentum that
big steps promise but rarelydeliver.
When you take tiny steps you canshift your direction at any
moment.
You can make changes withoutlosing progress.
You can test, tweak, refine, andrebuild without ever stopping.

(01:55):
Tiny steps allow you to growinto the person who is ready for
the big steps later.
And I always say you don't climbmountains in one jump.
You climb them one steady stepat a time.
And that's the beauty.
Every tiny step adds up.
Every tiny step prepares you.
Every tiny step carries youcloser to the life you said you

(02:18):
wanted.
Don't underestimate the smallmoves.
Don't look down on the tinyprogress, because tiny steps
taken consistently willoutperform the biggest step
taken once.
Your future doesn't need a giantleap, it needs your next small,
committed step.
Make it happen.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
