Speaker 1 (00:00):
Life is waiting for you each day and you have to
prepare for each challenge alongthe way towards success.
It's not simple, but it can bedone.
Welcome to my Common SenseMotivation episodes.
I'm Chris Fantastic Powell.
Why copying others won't makeyou a success story.
You can't win trying to livesomeone else's script.

(00:23):
Success isn't aone-size-fits-all.
It's not a formula.
You can swipe off someoneelse's paper and expect it to
work the same for you.
You're not a clone.
You weren't built to follow.
You were built to lead you inyour own way.
Think of success like writing abook.
Everyone has a differentstoryline, a different setting

(00:44):
and different characters and adifferent voice.
If you try to copy someoneelse's story word for word,
you'll always feel out of placein the plot, the chapters won't
flow because they're not yoursand their battles aren't your
battles.
Their lessons aren't yourlessons and you'll always be
acting out a role that wasn'tmeant for you.

(01:05):
You can be inspired by someoneelse's success.
That's smart.
You can learn from how theymoved, how they overcame and how
they built what they built, butdon't try to be them.
You're not supposed to followtheir script.
You're supposed to write yourown.
And here's the truth.
Your success won't feel realunless it's yours.

(01:27):
That means you've got to figureout what drives you, what
matters to you and what kind oflife you're actually trying to
build, not just what looks shinyfrom the outside.
Too many people waste yearschasing someone else's dream,
only to realize they neverwanted it in the first place.
So stop copying and startcreating your story, your voice,

(01:51):
your journey.
When you own it, it has power.
That's where true success livesnot in imitation, but in
innovation.
Write your own book, make itbold and make it different.
Make it you, and when it's done, you'll be proud not just of
what you built, but how youbuilt it.
Make it happen.

(02:12):
