Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy in 2001, Joseph Harrison served as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army.
Joe is a Senior Operations & Program Manager with over 15 years of progressive responsibility in demanding organizations, focused on project and program management, process improvement, team development, optimization, forecasting and strategic planning.
Joe has a demonstrated ability to earn stakeholders trust through clear and concise communication with a unique ability to work across organizations and influence change in collaborative environments. He calmly and deliberately builds teams, processes, and systems to reduce friction and drive quantifiable results.
Willing to experiment, fail fast, learn and iterate to improve, Joe maintains a special focus on continuous learning, adaptability, and soliciting feedback to successfully perform integrated change.
His experience includes training, developing, and mentoring diverse and distributed workforces and multinational teams in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Indo Pacific.
