Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Christ Forged Church, a home church,
community, ministry and farmthat forges Christian warriors
for today's challenges.
Christ Forged Church stands as atraining ground for
discipleship and a forge forChristian warriors, uniting

(00:21):
faith, purpose and every step ofthe journey.
Our mission is to transform men, women and families into
fearless Christian warriorsthrough discipleship, biblical
truth and hands-on training.
We are building a fellowship ofbelievers, united under Christ,
living out a biblical worldviewand advancing his kingdom with
strength and purpose.
We are committed to forging meninto biblically masculine

(00:43):
leaders, protectors, providersand disciples who stand unshaken
in the face of spiritual andworldly challenges.
Likewise, we train women asChrist-centered shield maidens,
embracing biblical femininitywhile standing steadfast in
faith and purpose, fightingalongside their families.
At Christ Forged Church, weprepare warriors for both

(01:06):
spiritual and kinetic warfare, equipping them with the armor of
God and the courage of faithand the skills to prevail
Through fellowship, the refiningfire of God's word and the
bonds of the United Brotherhood.
We are creating a godly, lovingand resilient community for it
to stand boldly for Christ, advancing his truth and love in
every battle and every season oflife.

(01:27):
Some announcements Christ Forged, locking Shields that's the
Christian Fellowship show.
We didn't have it this Friday,we had it last night because
I've been doing a lot of activeshooter training and consulting,
security consulting for schools.
So I was up in Pennsylvaniathis week, was blessed to be

(01:50):
with a classical Christianschool, and what an amazing,
amazing time.
You know, every time I train aclassical Christian school it's
so much more fun and rewardingand fulfilling than anyone else
I've ever trained in my life.
Whether it's Fortune 500, 200,100 companies or elite troops,

(02:13):
you know, cops, whatever, thereis nothing like changing
training the body of Christ toprotect children and teachers.
I mean, it's just 10 out of 10experience for me.
So that went very well.
And then I'm going toCalifornia for four days this
week and so I will be back lateFriday and so Locking Shields

(02:35):
will be on Saturday night at 9o'clock.
All right, I'm hoping thatpeople will stop scheduling me
on Fridays so I can get back.
But if that tends to be a trend, I might just permanently move
it to Saturday and and not haveto be so bouncing around.
You know, I thought about tapingit and uploading it and I may
do that sometimes in the future, but right now, while we're

(02:57):
starting with the forging andyou know we've got a lot of new
people watching the show.
I want to be there for thatorganic question and answer
phase, whereas if I tape it Ijust kind of say what I prepared
and I go and I'm done.
I want to be there for thosetexts that come in asking

(03:18):
questions in the chat and beingthere for them, so which I can
do that remotely if I'mtraveling within chat but not on
camera.
So we'll figure out what's best.
In fact, we'll probably put upa poll on our Facebook group
asking you guys, do you prefer?
It's always Friday and youdon't care if it's recorded, as

(03:39):
long as I'm there monitoring thechat and I can respond in the
chat, or is the live thing?
Obviously, when it's time to doCollins, which once our audience
hits a peak level, I'm hopingwe have the technology and the
capability to do Collins forprayer, discussion on topics,
and I think that's when thiswill really go to a whole new

(04:00):
level.
Um, you know, in the beginningWe'll really go to a whole new
level.
You know, in the beginninghopefully we don't have too many
trolls, but you know, becausethen we'll have to.
You know, have a screener, go,do go.
But I don't think that'll bethe case.
We'll do our best and as soonas they start asking all the
squirrely stuff on to the next, okay, so that is that we talked

(04:23):
about.
We're going to be.
So the forging, the 90-dayforging challenge, started.
Here's the thing.
The great news is it can startany day for you.
Right now I'm on day seven, Ithink, of the Christ Forging or
sorry, christ Forge 90-dayforging challenge.
It's amazing, it'sgingChallenge.

(04:44):
It's amazing.
It's a struggle, it's hard.
But guess what?
I'm not getting all five things, all of the five pillars, done
faith, family fitness,fundamentals and finances.
You know I'm not getting a 10out of 10 on all of them, but
the ones that I am getting inthat you know the faith is

(05:04):
already multiplied and you knowI'm getting way more Bible time.
I'm making sure that, hey, I'maccountable to this group and
sometimes I'm doing my Bible inbed, before I go to bed.
You know that's just whenyou're traveling and you're on
the road and you're doing allthe stuff you got to do, what
you got to do, and sometimes Ihad to break away from what I

(05:25):
planned to do and I justlistened to the Bible for hours
on the road, right?
So again, there is no excuse.
Do not let yourself down, but ifyou've dedicated this year to
Christ, don't let him down.
Step up, invest in your faith, invest in your family, your

(05:47):
family, invest in your fitness, your well-being.
Invest in learning a skill setor improving your skills.
Skill set, skill set, sharpening it and, you know, get
getting financially healthy aswell.
That's what we're doing, andwe're holding each other to the
fire.
We're standing there in thebattle with each other.
The other day I have screen time.

(06:08):
I called people that I knew onthe forge, people who watch the
show and who have beensupporting us for a long time.
I called them when are you?
Why aren't you doing this?
Where have you been?
How are you struggling?
What's going on?
And I'm pleased to say thateveryone responded accordingly
and it went very well.
That's good.
They can't see you on screen, you're good.

(06:30):
So again, the 90-day forgingjoin.
Just go to our Facebook page,go to our group it's you know
and just answer the questions.
We'll let you in and thenyou're off and running See what
everyone else is doing.
You're going to see people onday seven, day five, day three,
day one, whatever.
Whatever day you start is yourday one and then the next day is

(06:52):
your day two, so it doesn'tmatter.
We're all on the same page, moving forward as one.
We're in that shield wallPicture, a big battle of faith,
and we're like this spear tip ofa spear of a shield wall,
phalanx and we're moving forward.
And some people are furtheralong and they're at the tip of
the spear, okay, and but they're.
Everyone is important in thatshield wall moving down.

(07:15):
So we're moving forward andforward and taking ground for
Christ in your life, at yourground zero.
You are the tip of the spear, where you stand, and that's what
today's sermon is going to be.
On.
All right, I try to do thissermon once a year.
Sometimes I end up doing itmore if it's needed.
We've got so many new peopletuning in which we are praised

(07:37):
and blessed and welcome to haveyou come in and thank you for
investing your Sunday orwhenever you watch this with us
or listen to it.
Today we're excited to have you.
So the state of the compound wehave hit a vital benchmark as a

(07:58):
farm and as a compound and aspreppers, as Christian preppers.
Our first cow that was, you know, was their parents came to the
farm.
Mom got pregnant right.
We were born on the farm.
We raised her out, finished her.
She just got processed.

(08:18):
That's like almost a three-yearlead time, guys.
And that first one and that wasYomi and Yomi's our first first
one and she went off and we arepicking her up tomorrow from
the process.
We didn't process her in-house.
Uh, we want, you know, justdon't have the time right now
and um, so we're gonna have allthat black angus beef here and

(08:42):
we're very excited about that.
Again, when you start doingthis.
I mean, that's the first cowthat was conceived, pregnant,
you know, born on the farm, raised, finished here.
We're excited, we're excited.
That's huge, it's huge.
And now we're on a conveyorbelt to that right.
So we'll have another one insix months and we're kind of

(09:05):
hoping that it's just going tokeep going that way and just
praise the Lord.
Thank you, god.
Right, we're also going to beprocessing one of our big pigs
soon.
I know we've been saying thisforever.
I've been looking back at ourmy notes and we've been talking
about processing bacon now fortwo years.
But, um, al and bacon arecoming up and we're gonna have

(09:29):
to do them and that's gonna be aton of meat and I'm hoping to
do that around, you know.
You know I'm gone, I'm back, you know I'm probably gonna.
We're probably gonna do that inspring or we might end up doing
it in fe.
We might do one in February.
It depends on how much fridgespace we have.
All right, because you getyummy was 1,100 pounds, okay,

(09:52):
once you get on the scale.
Now we don't know what her hangweight was yet after you take
off the head and the skins andthe intestines and everything
else, but it's a lot of weight.
So we got probably 600 poundsworth of meat coming in.
A lot of it will be hamburger, but we got all kinds of cuts and
all that stuff and that takesup a lot of freezer space and we

(10:13):
have a lot of fridges here.
You remember we had seventurkeys.
I think we have to eat a turkeynext week when I get back
because we need to make room anda turkey is round and it takes.
Our turkeys are huge and theytake up that much space.
So again, if you want to learn, come down how to process a big
pig, come down, come down.

(10:35):
If you're local, come downbecause we can use it Again.
It's not hard, I mean, it'swork.
You know we don't scald our bigpigs.
They're just too big.
We skin them and that's a lot.
You know they're one of thehardest ones to skin, believe it
or not.
Everybody else just kind ofcomes off like a glove.
The pigs, you've got to cutaway the skin the whole way.

(10:59):
We've got a big crane thatwe're going to.
You know, do it there and youknow it's a great experience to
come and be a part of and it'ssomething that every prepper
which is what Christian preparedperson, every responsible
Christian who's not testing theLord, should know how to do.
All right, so if you want tocome down and do that, just

(11:22):
either send me a text here, sayyou're in, shoot you know in the
messaging, shoot me a text,we'll let you know when it's in.
You can come down and stay hereand we'll get it done.
If you're not local, all right, mocha here's another big
benchmark.
Mocha, our Christmas cow.
She was born like three daysbefore Christmas two years ago,

(11:45):
all right.
So she wasn't born here, conceived here, but she's been
here since two days after shewas born, which was that
ridiculously frozen Christmasthat we had.
We went and got her and rescuedher.
Well, she is due this week togive birth and she is going to
be our next milk cow, so she'sgoing to be getting trained to

(12:09):
milk and how to deal with that.
Lauren is going to be doingthat.
So and again, anytime you're inyour first calf and they're
going to be born, there can becomplications and she's a
Holstein Angus Cross so again, that comes with risks.
So we can pray for her safetyand pray for Lauren's safety too

(12:31):
, that she doesn't get injuredworking with Mocha and teaching
her you know how to get milked, how to get used to the machine
and all that stuff, because upuntil now she's just she hasn't
had to deal with it.
So Lauren's been working withher, socializing with her and
all that, but because up untilnow she hasn't had to deal with
it.
So Lauren's been working withher, socializing with her and
all that, but it's all going tobe very new.
Okay, all right, that's all Igot for announcements.

(12:52):
I know that was a lot, butlet's get into this.
Dear Heavenly Father, lord, wethank you.
We thank you for your blessingsand boy, this weekend we feel
like we have a lot here.
Thank you for your blessings.
And boy, this weekend we feellike we have a lot here From you
blessing all the work thatwe've done here on the farm to
giving us meat and dairy and newlife and everything.

(13:14):
We're just so excited aboutthat, lord.
We're also excited, lord, forour country as the demonic,
satanic regime that leavesoffice now in place of one that
we pray will be infinitelybetter.
Lord, we're so optimistic andso hopeful about our future over

(13:37):
the next four years.
Lord, I pray to use this sermonto keep everyone sharp, to not
just have everyone roll over andtrust everyone else to do
everything.
Lord, I pray that you'll usethis sermon to help people, not
test you, as we talked last week, but to trust in you to keep

(14:00):
working, to keep advancing theline for your kingdom.
Lord, it seems like the battlefor the unborn has been
completely forgotten by manypeople just to get this election
won, and we have to hold thepresident's feet to the fire and
I pray that you'll give us thediscipline, the discernment and

(14:21):
the wisdom on how to do thatappropriately to protect the
most vulnerable out there.
Lord, we are so grateful forthe many blessings we have known
and unknown, the trillions ofcells that had to work perfectly
just for us all to be heretoday.
All the things yes, we all havethings that ache and hurt, but

(14:42):
there's infinitely more bodyparts and things that don't hurt
and are working just fine, andwe're blessed for every one of
them.
Lord, help us not to gripe, help us not to complain, help us
to be humble and grateful forevery blessing.
You gave us another chance toget it right today.
Lord.
Help us focus on you on thisSunday to make this about you,

(15:07):
and not what we get.
Chance to get it right today, lord.
Help us focus on you on thisSunday To make this about you
and not what we get.
Lord, we thank you for yourcommon grace for the sun, the
moon and the stars, thisuniverse, this earth, everything
from the mountains to theoceans and everything in between
, the animal life, the plants, all of it.
Lord, we thank you for yourdivine grace for choosing us

(15:34):
before the foundations of theworld, while we were still
traitors to you.
You chose us and rescued us outof sin, sending your son, jesus
, to die on the cross for us,pay for our sin, our penalty,
while he was innocent.
So, lord, we pray that thistime will glorify you and only
you, serve you and only you, andthat it will please you.

(15:56):
So may we proclaim you withevery breath of our lungs and
serve you with every beat of ourheart.
In Jesus' name, we pray Amen.
Now, I know that was a complex, not complex, very simple prayer
compared to most, but to someyou're like holy smokes, jay,
that's a lot.
I can't do that.
I'm new with this Christianstuff.
That's all right.

(16:16):
Paul Washer said the mostpowerful prayer I ever heard and
it was he was talking aboutwhen he had orphans that were
stranded in the war zone and howthey were going to get people
out.
And people are dying andthey're being hunted by
persecutors and all this stuffand just insurmountable problems
.
And he's in Virginia and he getsdown on his knees, which I

(16:39):
recommend you do, no matter howbad it hurts and trust me, it
hurts me right now Just replacedmy knee and he said these words
God, you know, you know, youknow, lord, you know, you know,
lord, you know.
And knowing that you know, Ican go to sleep Because I submit

(17:04):
it all to you for your glory,in Jesus' name, I pray amen,
something like that.
And God knows everything that'sgoing on in your life,
everything that's going on inyour heart, everything that's
out there.
But I know, just like sometimes, when I'm working through a
problem and I'm talking with afriend, it's not my friend
saying anything, it's meverbalizing my problem, that I

(17:25):
hear it and praying to God canbe the same way as you're out
there and you're being honestand you're talking to somebody
who you don't have to, you can'tlie to, you can't impress, you
can't do anything, you're nakedbefore him.
He knows everything in yourheart.
You get to be honest withyourself and those simple
prayers are like a child andthose prayers are the ones that

(17:52):
shake the universe.
But if you want a manual, youcan go to Matthew 6, 9-13, where
Jesus' own disciples asked himhow they should pray and he gave
us Emmanuel.
He said this that is anothergreat lead us not into

(18:12):
temptation, but deliver us fromevil, for thine is the kingdom
and the power and the gloryforever.
Amen.
That is another great examplewhere, if you don't know what to
do other than you know, or Lordyou know, help, amen.
That could work for you, because it's been working for
Christians for 2,000 years, over2,000 years, over 2,000 years.

(18:38):
So this sermon is how to be aChristian, a biblically sound
Christian, prepper.
Okay, this is in all aspects ofyour life and we go to
Ecclesiastes 3.
So go ahead and go toEcclesiastes 3.
So go ahead and turn toEcclesiastes 3,.

(18:59):
1 through 8 is where we'regoing to start A time for
everything.
For everything, there is aseason and a time for every
matter under the heaven A timeto be born and a time to die.
A time to plant and a time topluck up what is planted.
A time to kill and a time todie.
A time to plant and a time topluck up what is planted.
A time to kill and a time toheal.

(19:20):
A time to break down and a timeto build up.
A time to weep and a time tolaugh.
A time to mourn and a time todance.
A time to cast away stones anda time to gather stones together
.
A time to embrace and a time torefrain from embracing.
A time to embrace and a time torefrain from embracing.
A time to seek and a time tolose.
A time to keep and a time tocast away.

(19:42):
A time to tear and a time tosew.
A time to keep silence and atime to speak.
A time to love and a time tohate.
A time for war and a time forpeace.
A time to love and a time tohate.
A time for war and a time forpeace.
Now I know many, after theselong eight years of

(20:06):
difficultness that we've gonethrough during the first 2016
election of 12 years, the 2016election, the 2020 election
prior to that, and even now, here we are and we finally have

(20:27):
a vast majority of wickednessleaving the government and
there's a temptation to takeyour feet off the gas, say, okay
, we fought up to this point.
We've got somebody who isChristian-friendly in office.
If not a Christian, we don'tknow.
I got glitter on my face fromthings here and I can see it

(20:49):
shining on my nose Sorry there.
So it's human nature to want torest now and say, okay, trump's
got it, and I want to cautionagainst that with every beat of
my heart.
For the past years at least thelast four we've been fighting

(21:21):
against the system, trying toprepare for whatever's coming.
You're like, oh, jay, don't bea doomsday.
I'm not trying to be a doomsday.
Prepping is not about being adoomsday.
It's about making sure thatsome doomsdays don't come and
there are many financialdoomsdays to make sure your
family isn't bankrupt and out ofa house and on the street.
There is health doomsdays forindividuals heart attacks

(21:45):
because they're out of shape, cancer because they eat like
garbage, do unhealthy things, and other diseases.
Those are all doomsdays thatpreppers should be preparing
against.
And other diseases those areall doomsdays that preppers
should be preparing against.
We have a moment in time now towork with an administration for

(22:08):
about two out of the four years, because after that he's a lame
duck president and people aregoing to be jockeying for power
for the next election.
As sick as that is, but that'sjust the way it works.
And now is the time to takeground and prepare even more so.
Now.
I know many Christians out therewho are men that I admire and

(22:31):
they are confused on this issue.
They are not sure if it'sbiblically proper to prep and of
course, that is ridiculous onits face in the Bible as
countless examples of prepprepping.
But again, I want to take prepand I want to broaden that
definition.
It should be.

(22:53):
Are you taking care of you?
Are you taking care of you soyou can take care of your family
?
Are you setting yourself up tobe the best asset that you can
for your family?
Are you just saying I'm goingto be dead weight.
I'm going to be the anchor thatdrags everyone down.

(23:15):
They're going to take care ofme and that I encourage you not
to do that with every fiber ofmy being.
Even if they will, which, ifthey're Christians, they should
contribute in every way you canprepare, in every way you can.
Preparing makes it easy for themduring that transition time.

(23:36):
We have some family membersthat are really hurting and
really sick.
Luckily, they are prepared andit's taken the burden off of
their children.
It doesn't make it easy, but itdefinitely there's no strain on

(24:03):
us, financially or anythingelse, while they are going
through their health struggles, and it makes a huge difference.
That's one form of prepping.
The other is trying to be ashealthy as possible.
So you're not dead weight, you're not the bricks that
everyone are carrying around.
Okay, we all have gifts.

(24:27):
We all have things that theLord blessed us with incredible
talents.
Use them.
The Lord blessed us withincredible talents.
Use them.
This time, over the next two tofour years, is the time when you
should be taking the mostground in your preparation,
because the economy should begood, the government should be

(24:48):
getting out of your way and youshould be able to move forward
without a lot of the fear thatyou're going to have Now if you
live in a blue state.
I've been telling you for eightyears or more to get out.
Get out now.
It's never going to get betterto get out than when Trump's
president, because we don't knowwhat's going to happen four

(25:11):
years after.
We don't know if he's going tofinish, we don't know if he's
going to make it through beingsworn in tomorrow.
So this is a time to celebrate,a time to cheer, but it's also
a time to hit the gas andprepare.
It's what I'm doing.
I'm going to work as hard as Ican right now, because the

(25:35):
environment is in the best casepossible for me to help and set
up my family for success, forlegacy Not taking care of me,
but taking care of my kids, mywife, my grandkids, my
great-grandkids.
Am I going to leave them alegacy, like Joseph did, like

(26:01):
Noah did, like others?
You're darn right.
I'm going to do everything Ican to set them up for success.
The world doesn't, and we getcenturies and generations upon
generations upon generationsupon generations of suffering
and further suffering, and itbecomes this black hole that

(26:28):
sucks entire families andgenerations of families down
into darkness.
Not here.
We broke that and I want you tobreak it too, and now is the
time to do that.
So one of the first things wehave to overcome in this is
pacifism.
Okay, well, in Exodus 15.3, theLord is a man of war, the Lord

(26:54):
is his name.
So Yahweh is a man of war andthe Lord is his name.
So Yahweh is a man of war andYahweh is his name.
That's basically what it says.
Now, that is all aspects of God, all three Father, son, Holy
Spirit.
There you go.
When Christ comes back, is hecoming back as a lamb next time?
No, he's coming back as a lion,as a warrior.
He came to be a sacrifice thistime.

(27:16):
Next time he will not Again.
Let's hear about the Lord, whois the king of glory.
The Lord is strong and mighty.
The Lord mighty in battleDoesn't sound like a pacifist to
me, doesn't sound like apacifist to me.

(27:37):
Isaiah 42.13.
The Lord will go forth like awarrior.
He will arouse zeal like a manof war.
He will utter a shout, yes.
He will raise a war cry.
He will prevail against hisenemies.
Again, this is who we worship, and Deuteronomy tells how.

(28:04):
A different perspective when yougo to war against your enemies
and see horses and chariots andan army greater than yours, do
not be afraid of them becausethe Lord, your God, who brought
you up out of Egypt, will bewith you.
When you see planes and tanksand helicopters and drones, just
know that God is with you andthat he's better than all those.
When you're about to go intobattle, the priest shall come

(28:25):
forward and address the army.
He shall say here Israel, todayyou are going into battle
against your enemies.
Do not be faint-hearted orafraid, do not panic and be
terrified by them, for the Lordyour God is the Lord who is

(28:47):
great and awesome, and fight foryour brothers, your sons, your
daughters, your wives and yourhomes.
That is the enemy communists, liberals, china, russia, others
who want to tear us apart.
But it's also our sin that doesthat.
It's also ourselves, ourlaziness, our gluttony, our

(29:08):
self-destructiveness, our hate.
Proverbs 18,.
Whoever isolates himselfhimself seeks his own desire.
He breaks out against all soundjudgment.
Now that can self-isolation,can mean being a hermit and
breaking away, which is a badthing.
It's not prepping but it alsocan mean being divisive.

(29:32):
This is a time for us to unifyand move forward.
2 Samuel 10-12,.
Now I pulled this out of theNIV instead of the ESV.
Be strong and let us fightbravely for our people in the
cities of our God.
The Lord will do what is goodin his sight.
Now, during this time, there arepeople who are going to say Now

(29:53):
, during this time, there arepeople who are going to say we
should not stop the lawfare, don't prosecute anyone, don't do
any of this stuff.
And I say to heck with that.
They came after all of our goodpeople and everyone on our side
who did nothing and they brokelaws to do it, and they

(30:16):
persecuted and they perjured andthey conspired and they used
and violated rights and did allthese things, and they must be
held accountable.
That doesn't sound veryChristian, jason, really.
Matthew 10, 34 through 36.
Do not think that I have cometo bring peace to the earth.
I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.
This is Jesus talking, for.
I've come to bring peace to theearth.
I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.

(30:36):
This is Jesus talking, for Ihave come to set man against his
father, daughter against hermother and daughter-in-law
against her mother-in-law, and aperson's enemies will be those
of his own household.
What time is more like thatthan now.
There are family members thatI've known for my entire life
that I don't speak to anymore, and they don't speak to me.

(30:57):
They are on Team Devil and I amon Team Jesus.
I welcome them to Team Jesus, but I will not go on Team Devil
and I won't let them think thatthey're on Team Jesus when
they're not.
We must hold those who brokethe law and who tried to tear

(31:22):
this country apart to bring oneparty rule, and we must deal
with them accordingly.
Traitors must be treated astraitors.
No one should be above the law.
Now moving forward, we have tobe wise in how we prepare and,

(31:46):
again, the 90-day forging is agreat example of that getting
your faith right, getting yourrelationships right, getting
your health right, getting yourskills, adding your skills,
becoming a more valuable assetto yourself, your family, et
cetera.
And then getting your healthright, getting your skills,
adding your skills, becoming amore valuable asset to yourself,
your family, et cetera.
And then getting your financesright.
Right, but in prepping, there'stypically three Bs, and those
are bullets, beans and bandages.

(32:07):
Make sure you have plenty ofthose.
Well, there's a fourth, and I'madding the Bible to that.
Okay, I'm adding the Bible tothat, okay.
Now in Luke 22, 35 through 36,jesus said to them this is Jesus
speaking to the disciples andhe said to them when I sent you
out with no money bag orknapsack or sandals, did you

(32:29):
lack anything?
This is the first time he sentthem out.
He said don't bring anything, rely on me for everything.
And they lacked nothing.
But Jesus then says he said tothem they said nothing.
36, he said to them but now letthe one who has a money bag
take it and likewise an app sack, and let the one who has no

(32:51):
sword sell his cloak and buy one.
You got to remember how seriousthat.
Sell your cloak and buy one.
There's no car with heat, there's no nothing.
Literally, you were subject to,you had a cloak and that was it
.
So Jesus was telling you, ifyou don't have a sword, be cold
and miserable rather thandefenseless.

(33:14):
And many a scholar out there whodrinks this pacifist poison RC
Sproul's, who I love and adoreGod rest his soul is one of them
and part of the reason why hisstudy Bible is over there on the
shelf and I've got my ESV righthere because I watched him try
to twist himself into a courtcontortionist to try to say well

(33:34):
, that wasn't a real sword.
And then later on, as youcontinue reading, the two of his
disciples say we have two.
And he said that is enough.
And he's at LC Sproul acts likethey're scolding him for that
One.
It's hard to hide that you'recarrying a sword.
Okay, these are not guys withlike tactical gear.
So Jesus knew they had swords.

(33:56):
He's God.
He knows they have swords.
He did not forbid them and theyhad to to protect their group.
And he said that was enough.
This pacifism that comes in, ittakes over people and it makes
them dependent on the government, dependent on everyone else
doing something for them insteadof them being able to do it for
themselves.

(34:16):
We must stand on our own andonly rely on God, which gets
into the testing, versustrusting God.
We do the work, god blessesthat work.
Testing God is not doing thework and expecting manna to fall

(34:36):
out of heaven, which has onlyhappened once in human history.
We have to do our part.
You guys have heard me talkabout the parachute analogy.
Trusting the Lord is I want aparachute, I go and I train, I

(34:58):
go and I buy the best parachutefor myself.
I practice.
I pack it to the best of myability.
I go up on the perfectly flyingairplane.
I jump out and do everythingI'm supposed to.
When I pull that cord, I say aprayer and either God blesses
everything I did right then orit doesn't.
But I did my part.
Testing the Lord is jumping outof the plane without a

(35:20):
parachute and saying God, saveme.
Jesus himself didn't do that.
Matthew 4, 5 through 7.
So when the devil took him tothe holy city and set him on the
pinnacle of the temple, he saidto him If you are the Son of

(35:41):
God, throw yourself down, for itis written he will command his
angels concerning you.
On their hands, they will bearyou up lest you strike your foot
against a stone.
And Jesus said to him again itis written you shall not put
your Lord, your God, to the test.
We must do our part, we mustprovide Timothy 5.8,.

(36:11):
But if anyone does not providefor his relatives, and
especially for members of hishousehold, he has denied the
faith and is worse than anunbeliever.
That means you are worse.
If you don't provide for yourfamily, okay, that's everyone.
You are worse than anunbeliever.

(36:33):
Where do unbelievers go?
L?
You've denied the faith youhave only worshipped fire
insurance.

(36:53):
Let's look at 2 Thessalonians.
I can't say that word to savemy life sometimes, for even when
we were with you, we would giveyou this command If anyone is
not willing to work, let him noteat.
There is no room for lazinessor somebody else doing it for
you.
In the Christian faith, you area servant Proverbs 10.4,.

(37:19):
A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent
makes rich.
The prudent sees danger andhides himself Proverbs 22.3,.
But the simple go on and sufferit.

(37:40):
It's easy to see what could becoming.
If Trump is going to be thegreat president that we hope him
to be, he's going to have tomake some really hard decisions
and it's going to cost a lot ofpeople.
You see that going on now, withall these influencers who are
making a lot of money on TikTok.
And now TikTok is gone.
Trump's talking about trying tosave it.

(38:02):
But I have no sympathy, sorry.
You've been hearing for yearsnow that TikTok is a Chinese
psyop against the Americanpeople.
You invested in it, you built aplatform on it.
It's destroyed our country.
It's caused transgenderism, caused suicide, caused untold
suffering.

(38:22):
You invested in it, built alife on it and now it's gone, as
it should be.
You got in bed with a bad actorknowing it was a bad actor.
Move on, move on, was a badactor, move on.

(38:46):
Whoever works his land will haveplenty of bread, but he who
follows worthless pursuits willhave plenty of poverty.
Is what you do valuable?
If it's not, what is wrong withyou?
Find a way to be valuable.
Learn a new skill set, Findsomething you're good at and do
it to excess to bless otherpeople.
Luke 22, 35 to 36,.

(39:08):
And he said to them when I sentyou oh, nobody in that.
Oh sorry, I've already readthat I skipped ahead and down.
So what do we do now?
What do we do?
Well, let's look in and down.
So what do we do now?
What do we do?
Well, let's look in the Bible.
Let's look to Noah.
Genesis 6 says it took Noah 55to 75 years to build the ark and
it had never rained and it onlymisted during that time and it

(39:30):
not rained.
And he's building an ark in themiddle of nowhere Now.
He walked literally with God.
We have to have that faith.
We have to be smart, we have tohave discernment.

(39:50):
Joseph in Genesis 41, the masterprepper in a dream, god told
Pharaoh what was coming.
He convinced Pharaoh to believehim and he prepped and prepped
and prepped and stored and hesaved the world.
They all would have starved todeath, blessed, untold how many

(40:14):
millions of people andbloodlines would have ended
right there If Joseph didn't dothat.
Who knows if even you'd be here?
So now we have to put on thewhole armor of God.
Be strong in the Lord, in thestrength of his might.

(40:38):
Put on the whole armor of Godthat you may be able to stand
against the schemes of the devil.
These are the schemes of thedevil.
We are going to have strife.
There are going to be attacksagainst our country in the
future.
There are going to be attacksfrom China.
There are everyday cyberattacks in our enemies.
Now, in verse 12, we do notwrestle against flesh and blood,

(41:02):
but against the rulers, againstthe authorities, against the
cosmic powers over the presentdarkness, against the spiritual
forces of evil and the heavenlyplaces.
People use this to say that wedon't have to fight evil
kinetically.
That's wrong.
Hitler was a power andprincipality.
He was a ruler.
We had to kill Nazis to get hishead off that snake.

(41:23):
It's the way it is the rulersand the powers and
principalities are puppets.
Those puppets are the ones thattorture us and hurt us and use
us as their weapons andinstruments.
We have to defend our families, our communities and our country
and our world from that.
Therefore, take up the wholearmor of God that you may be

(41:45):
able to withstand in the evilday and, having done all to
stand firm, stand.
You may be able to withstandthe day.
Having done all and stand firm.
Next word Stand.
Therefore, having fastened onthe belt of truth, living only
on truth, having put on thebreastplate of righteousness,

(42:08):
what's that?
Protect your heart.
Your heart has to be righteous.
Your center of your being hasto be truth.
That's the belt.
The belt of truth is where yourwaist is.
It's wherever you go.
That's where your waist has tobe.
Truth, that's the belt.
The belt of truth is where yourwaist is.
It's everywhere you go.
That's where your waist has togo.
That's why, in football, theyteach you to watch their waist.

(42:29):
Truth governs everything.
Righteousness protects yourheart.
Your heart has to be righteous.
The shoes for your feet havingput on the readiness given by
the gospel of peace, that'swhat's driving you, is the
gospel In all circumstances.
Take up the shield of faithwhich you can extinguish, all

(42:55):
the flaming darts of the evilones, their arrows, and take the
helmet of salvation over yourhead, your thoughts, your mind,
okay, heart covered inrighteousness, head thinking
about one thing only salvation, christ, belt of truth, and then

(43:26):
you pick up the sword of thespirit, which is the word of God
.
This governs all of yourwarfare, kinetic and otherwise.
That's how we deal with thisOne step at a time, doing the
next right thing, doing the bestof your ability, finding your
gift, using it to the best ofyour ability, making sure that
you are always moving forward.

(43:47):
We're always trying to move thefamily forward, and then the
family and then the church.
We're always moving forward.
We're always bettering ourenvironment.
That's my problem withpre-mills they're all half got
one foot up in heaven already, thinking that they're going to
avoid all the stuff, whereaspost-mills know we're going to
be here for a while.

(44:08):
So I want to leave my family ina better spot than I was, and
you should too.
Alright, we're going to do theLord's Supper.
Here you go.
Here you go.
Let's see if Lauren's coming into partake or not.
Oh, this might be a good day.

(44:31):
The first peel went good.
Let's see here.
Second one is the hard one.
I do not like these things.
I can't wait until we have abig enough congregation in
person to go back to real wineand better bread rather than
this stuff.
All right, let's bow our headin prayer.

(44:54):
Oh, first, sorry, let's go overwhat we're doing right now.
This is for baptized believers, and I'll pray and then we'll
partake.
Whoever, therefore, eats thebread or drinks the cup of the
Lord in an unworthy manner shallbe guilty concerning the body

(45:14):
and the blood of the Lord.
Let a person examine himself, then, and some have died.
But if we judge ourselves truly, we will not be judged.
But when we are judged by theLord, we are disciplined so that

(45:36):
we may not be condemned alongwith the world.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
Now I want you to reflect firstin glory on Jesus going to the
cross, paying for your sin, rising victoriously, defeating
the grave, ascending to heavenand there this is a victory

(45:57):
toast.
This is a celebration and afeast that we are honored to be
welcomed to the table andgrateful to be welcomed to the
table to eat with him foreternity.
Where are we being slack in ourlives?
Now I want you to repent ofeverything you need, to repent

(46:20):
of All of your sin that you'vedone since your last Lord's
Supper.
Think about the message oftoday, see if you are dead
weight, see where you cancontribute more for yourself,
your family, strangers, thechurch, wherever.
What gifts has God given youthat you are wasting?

(46:42):
And then commit to move forward, commit to do better.
Commit to die to self to be aservant like our Lord and Savior
Jesus, to die to self to be aservant like our Lord and Savior

(47:04):
Jesus.
Now, as they were eating, jesustook bread and, after blessing
it, broke it and gave it to thedisciples and said Take, eat,
this is my body.
Go ahead and eat.
And he took the cup and when hehad given thanks, he gave it to
them, saying drink of it, allof you, for this is my blood of
the covenant, which is pouredout for many for the forgiveness
of sins.
Go ahead and drink.
Heavenly Father, we thank you.

(47:27):
We thank you for blessing uswith another day and we thank
you for this comingadministration and the chance to
turn back from the edge of theapocalypse.
Lord, help us to not coast now.
Help us to hit the gas, help usto fight for the unborn, for
traditional marriage, to get ridof the LGBTQ madness that is

(47:50):
ravaging our youth and ourpopulation.
Lord, help us serve you, lord.
We stand willing.
We are tools.
We know you don't need us, lord, you need nothing, but we stand
willing.
If you want to use a hammer, use one of us.
That's a hammer or ascrewdriver, or a wrench, or a

(48:12):
saw or a scalpel, we say send us, lord.
So now, help us all, give usall wisdom and discernment to
look at our lives, See where wecan advance the kingdom in our
own lives, whether it be ourhealth, our finances, our

(48:34):
preparedness.
Make it clear, lord.
Help us to find otherlike-minded individuals, other
body members that want to dothis and unbelievers who are
curious in you, lord, who youare calling back to you.
Send them our way.
Calling back to you, send themour way, lord.

(49:08):
I pray a prayer of discernment, peace, strength and
determination over thisfellowship, over the persecuted
church, over our troops overseas, our first responders at home
and our veterans of yesteryearOver the world that we don't go
into World War III.
And I also pray that for ourincoming president and everyone

(49:30):
else who is serving now thatthey would honor their
commitment to you, lord, thatyou would use them to do mighty
things in your name.
And I pray for my belovedAmerica.
I pray that she would humbleherself, turn from her sin, hit
her knees, seek your face, andthat you would see her and heal
her, so that we could once againbecome a Christian nation, one

(49:54):
nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all
.
Now I call this fellowship toattention, to put on the full
armor of God, strap on theshield of faith, pick up the
sword of the Spirit and toboldly join the shield wall as
we march forward to take groundfor your kingdom, for your glory
, amen.
Now I'm going to torture youwith singing.

(50:14):
I know you guys have rememberedthe books up there.
It's marked blue book on theshelf.
Oh yeah, go ahead and rise.
We're going to be singingdoxology.
Lauren, go ahead and lead it.

(50:35):
No, sir, come on, you got it.
You got it too, okay, praiseGod, from whom all blessings
flow.
Praise him all creatures herebelow.
Praise him above, ye heavenlyhosts.

(50:57):
Praise Father, son and HolyGhost.
Amen.
May the Lord bless you and keepyou.
May the Lord make His face toshine upon you and be gracious
to you.
May the Lord lift up Hiscountenance upon you.
God bless you.
I love you.
I'll see you on Saturday.
