Need Prayer? Send us a text on how we can pray for you!

We fight three essential daily battles as Christians: cultivating humble gratitude, pursuing a relationship with God through His Word, and praying for one another's protection and discernment.

• The best response to overwhelming circumstances is getting into God's Word and doing the next right thing according to Scripture
• Understanding Jesus as Lord (not just friend) properly orders our priorities and behavior
• Wisdom is more valuable than wealth, calling out to us from places where decisions are made
• The fear of the Lord means hating evil, pride, arrogance, and perverse speech
• Our mistakes and shortcomings help us understand God's grace and extend it to others
• Wealth isn't inherently negative but becomes problematic when it's our master instead of our tool
• Christian fellowship requires deliberate pursuit and commitment to being there for brothers and sisters

Join us Wednesday nights at 9pm for War Council livestream across all platforms - a place for Christian fellowship, testimony sharing, and instruction on the seven battles we all fight.

Christian Warrior Mission trains believers to stand firm in a collapsing world.
We are a discipleship ministry, home-based warrior church, and working farm that comes alongside local churches—not to replace them, but to strengthen them by equipping men and women to lead, protect, provide, and disciple according to God’s Word.

We train across the Seven Battlefields:
Faith • Family • Fitness • Fundamentals • Finances • Fellowship • Fidelity

This is not a place for spectators, excuses, or passive Christianity.

This is where believers learn to pick up the Sword of Scripture, fortify their households, and lock shields with other warriors in Christ.

We build households that stand. We strengthen churches. We prepare saints for real-world battle.

No retreat. No surrender. Christ is King.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Good morning everyone and welcome to your daily
battle Bible study, where wefight battles Monday through
Friday.
Now I am going to check thesound check and make sure that
you guys can hear me, so bearwith me here real quick, can't?
So that is my fault.

(00:50):
Can you hear me?
Hold on, can't?
Oh, you can.
All right, there we go.
All right.
One too few clicks on there.
Sorry, one-man show, I don'thave a technical crew, it's just
me.

(01:10):
So thank you, good morning, mymy love.
Thank you for checking in um.
So welcome again to your dailybattle bible study where we
fight three battles.
One we fight to get a humbleand grateful heart, checking our
entitlements, our grievancesare whining and complaining at
the door.

(01:30):
I'm getting grateful andthankful before the Lord, coming
to him in all humility, understanding how great he is
and how small he is.
With that in mind, wedeliberately pursue a
relationship with our Lord andSavior, studying his holy

(01:55):
scripture and through prayer.
And then three deliberatelypray for one another in
corporate prayer, prayer ofprotection, peace and
discernment.
Okay, these three battles areimportant.
Everything in your life is abattle, which is why we call
this.
You have a choice that you haveto overcome Laziness, dying to

(02:19):
self, greed, lust, you know, slovenliness or sloth, laziness,
you know, whatever.
So many things that we all haveto overcome to do the right
thing.
Now, most often we know theright thing.

(02:40):
A lot of us get overwhelmed outthere when we have had a life
of sin or our life made somedecisions, bad decisions, or
we're just walking through atime of testing and you can get

(03:00):
very easily overwhelmed, suckeddown into chaos and despair.
The best thing in those timesis to one get in his word, make
time for God, and God will maketime for everything else.
Get in his word and then justdo the next right thing
according to his word, notaccording to you, not according

(03:22):
to the world the next rightthing according to God.
If you just keep simplifying itand doing the next right thing,
the next right thing, the nextright thing, you'll be in a
great place All right.
Now.
Often you know there's a lot ofthings that you don't know what
should be the next right thing.

(03:43):
There's a lot of next rightthings.
Do the thing that destroys yoursin, do the thing that counters
your sin, because as you getrid of your sin and as you
repent your sin, you come morein alignment with God, and God
can bless you.
So just a little bit of a fewof my thoughts there before we

(04:05):
get into our first battle, whichis getting our hearts, minds,
humble, grateful and alignedonto the lord.
Let's do that.
Heavenly father lord, we thankyou.
We come to you now to lay downour entitlements, things that we

(04:26):
think we deserve.
We know we deserve nothing butyour wrath.
We deserve, and we know wedeserve nothing but your wrath.
Lord, many of us are sufferingin many ways, but we also know
that for everything that we aresuffering, there are countless

(04:50):
blessings upon us.
Lord, we thank you for yourprotection throughout the night
for us and our family.
Thank you for the opportunityfor another day to get things
right.
Serve you.
We thank you for bodies and thetrillions of cells that had to

(05:11):
work perfectly just for us toget up this morning.
But we thank you for yourdivine create, for your common
grace and your creation here theuniverse, the sun, the moon,
stars, the earth, everythingfrom the tallest peaks to
deepest oceans, between them, animals, amazing animals and
aura.
Thank you for the beauties ofsunrises and sunsets, for the

(05:38):
sound of the ocean breaking onthe shore, children's laughter,
for the smell of morning rainand flowers, for the smell of
morning rain and flowers, thetaste of good food and drink.

(05:58):
Thank you for the people in ourlives.
Help us to always be present,to leave nothing unsaid, to love
one another as you commanded usto Lord.
We also thank you for yourdivine grace choosing us before

(06:23):
the foundations of the world tobe yours, loving us when we were
still your enemy.
So we pray that our hearts wouldcome into proper alignment with

(06:44):
you, lord, with you as our Lordand Savior.
We pray that you would give usdiscernment and understand your
word to help us to apply it toour lives At this time.
We glorify you, serve you InJesus' name.
We pray amen.
All right battle number onedone.
Hey, captain K-Man, good to seeyou again.

(07:05):
Brother, glad to do morningswith you every morning.
So hearing my wife chastise thedog making bad decisions outside
.
A dog has been such asanctification tool for me.
I think of all the knuckleheadthings he's done.

(07:30):
Hey, sharon, good to see you.
Good morning.
That dog has been such asanctification tool for me.
God uses him to get me with aheart more like his, because he
does the most stupid things thathe knows are wrong and they're

(07:52):
knucklehead things and that'show we are.
I still have self-destructivehabits that I do.
There's things that, like Paulsays that I don't want to do,
that I do, which is Odin, whichis Odipop, my dog, and there's

(08:17):
times where I'm worse than himbecause I should know way better
, because he's just a dog.
Once I understood how I mustappear to God and how my foolish
, crazy knucklehead dogconstantly makes mistakes that

(08:37):
he knows he shouldn't do, heknows is bad.
Once I understood that'sprobably how you know God looks
at me infinitely worse than that.
Because I have his word.
He wrote his law on my heart.
It helped me give Odipopbecause I have his word.
He wrote his law in my heart.
It helped me give Odupup a lotmore grace and through that,

(09:03):
helped me give everybody moregrace.
You know, the most dangerousChristians are the ones who
don't think they sin.
They think they're righteousand everyone else is, when we
all know that we're not.
We're all you know.
I can't remember if it was RC,sproul or Spurgeon or who said
it.
You know, the Christian isn'tthe righteous person telling

(09:25):
somebody else what to do.
Christian is the beggar tellingthe other beggar where he found
bread.
That bread is Jesus Christ.
Oh, steve Raleigh, welcome myfriend.
It's good to see you.
I miss you so much.

(09:46):
So, yeah, let's go ahead andlet's get into chapter eight.
So, as we know, yesterday wewrapped up the first seven um
proverbs and in those sevenproverbs we covered a lot on,

(10:09):
you know, infidelity and um, Imean it was.
It was well over 50 of thecontent of the first seven you
know Proverbs.
Now we're going to get towisdom, okay, which has been

(10:29):
also a great portion of thefirst seven, but it's continued
in eight.
Let's do this innate, let's dothis Blessing of wisdom.
Does not wisdom call?
And the servant give forth hervoice At the top of the heights,
upon the way where the pathwaysmeet, she takes her stand

(10:53):
beside the gates of the openingof the city, the entrance of the
doors.
She makes a shout Okay, whythere?
Because that is where, in theancient world, when this was
written, that's where businesswas done, that's where affairs

(11:14):
were conducted and that's wherewisdom was shouting To you, o
men, I call on my voices to thesons of men.
O simple ones, understandprudence and O fools, understand
a heart of wisdom.
Listen, for I will speak.
Noble things.
The opening of my lips willreveal upright things.

(11:39):
Oh, I didn't share it, I'msorry.
Let me share it to you.
I'm didn't share it, I'm sorry,share it to you.
There we go.
I'm picking up on chapter 7 orverse 7.
So well, my mouth water.
Truth, wickedness, is anabomination to my lips.

(11:59):
All the world words of my mouthare in righteousness.
There is nothing twisted orcrooked in them.
They are all straightforwardstands and right to those who
find knowledge.
Take my discipline, and notsilver and Knowledge, rather

(12:22):
than the choices, find goal.
Wisdom is far better thanpearls and all desirable things
cannot compare with her".
If you have wisdom, then youwill do well in almost
everything in life.
It is more valuable.
That's why, when you know Bible, solomon prayed for wisdom

(12:44):
first and all things were addedto him right.
So again, awe of God.
Well, if you can get the aweand fear of God down, your whole
life will jump into priorities.

(13:09):
Because if you fear God whichwe're going to talk about again
here and it's brought up again, just as it was brought up in
other Proverbs along the waywell then you're going to want
to do right by him, You're goingto want to follow his ways, his
commands and you're going to doas he says.

(13:32):
The problem today that we havewith so much in Christian
culture is we don't understandthat jesus is our lord, not just
our buddy, but I'm not our bro, okay and that we are to do what
he says or else face judgment.

(13:53):
So we'll continue on Verse 12.
I wisdom dwell with prudenceand I find knowledge and
discretion.
Verse 13.
The fear of Yahweh is to hateevil, pride and arrogance and

(14:16):
the evil way of the mouth ofperverted words.
I hate.
Read that again.
The very Yahweh is to hate evil, pride and arrogance and the
evil way of the mouth ofperverted words.
I hate, and this is written onour hearts.

(14:36):
And this is written on ourhearts.
When we see injustice, asChristians, we recoil at it.

(16:06):
We hate it.
When you see a child beingabused, a woman being abused,
some great unfair injustice, wewant to fight it.
It is written in us, encodedinto us, because we are gods.
God is telling you to hate evil.

(16:31):
The answer is does God hate?
The question is does God hate?
The question is does God hate?
Well, here's the proof.
Yahweh hates evil.
We are to hate evil.
We are to hate pride andarrogance.

(16:53):
The evil way, the mouth ofperverted words.
Let's get back to the positivenow.
Counsel is mine and soundwisdom I am understanding.
Here again understanding therelationship and the power of

(17:13):
God.
Might is mine.
By me.
Kings reign and rulers mark ourrighteousness by me.
Princes rule and nobles all whojudge rightly.
Verse 17.
I love those who love me.
Those who earnestly seek mewill find me.

(17:37):
That's what this morning is allabout.
We are deliberately seeking Godand we're seeking for him, the
best place to find him, which isin the Bible.
We are seeking him and his word.
He loved us so much that hegave us his word.

(17:59):
You know there's many of us,myself included, who are closest
to God in nature.
I don't see anything of man.
Man corrupts everything hetouches.
Look at cities.

(18:20):
Cities are ugly man Once you'veseen God's forests and
mountains and majesty and hislakes and his oceans and
everything else.
And then he put concrete andsteel around it and call it
pretty and it's horrible.
And call it pretty and it'shorrible and there's something

(18:45):
to be said about being in God'screation.
I believe it.
But just walking in God'screation is one thing, pursuing
him and studying his word andwhat he wants you to know about
him is the beginning of this.
It's the foundation.
That's what we do here everymorning or during the week.

(19:11):
Riches and glory are with meduring wealth and righteousness.
Again, people think wealth is abad thing.
It is if it's your master, butit's also your ability to bless
others.
If all you're doing with yourmoney is acquiring stuff and
having a good time, you'remissing the point.

(19:32):
You've got to put that wealthand your finances and your war
chest that God has blessed youwith, to work for his kingdom,
to help others and bless others.
You'll find it way morerewarding than getting new stuff

(19:52):
.
My fruit is better than finegold, even pure gold, and my
produce better than the choicesilver.
I walk in the paths ofrighteousness, the myths, the
pathways of justice.
Give those who love me aninheritance of wealth that I may

(20:14):
fill their treasuries again.
Walking out of godly life andjust seeking poverty, your
impact with poverty is not asmuch of a blessing as it could
be, particularly here in America, where you have limitless

(20:36):
opportunity to accumulate wealthand prosperity.
Bless others, and America hasblessed others.
I'm not saying it hasn't, butI'm saying that we have
limitless potential here.
We should be pursuing that tohelp others.
We can't.

(21:06):
Now let's get into the verse 22,which is the beginning of
wisdom and how it's always beenhere.
Yahweh possessed me at thebeginning of his ways, before
his deeds of old Everlasting.
I was installed in thebeginning, from the earliest
times of the earth.
When there were no depths, Iwas brought forth.
When there were no springsheavy with water, before the

(21:27):
mountains were settled, beforethe hills, I was brought forth.
Well, he had not yet made theearth and the fields outside
More the first dust of the world.
Down to verse 21.
When he established the heavens, I was there.
When he marked out the circleof the face of the deep, when he

(21:49):
made firm the skies above, whenthe springs of the deep became
strong, when he set for the seaits boundary so that the water
could not pass over its command, when he marked out the
foundations of the earth, then Iwas beside him as a master
worksman and I was a dailydelight, rejoicing always before

(22:16):
him, rejoicing in the world, his earth, my delight in the
sons of men.
Because why?
Why that line at the end?
Why delight in the sons of men?
Because they could have wisdom, they could learn wisdom.
It's not instinct programmedinto a bird or cow or animals,

(22:46):
men could come to know wisdom.
Verse 32 is coming to the endhere.
So now, o sons, listen to me.
Blessed are those who keep myways, hear discipline and be
wise and do not neglect it.

(23:08):
And there's the mention ofdiscipline.
We all hate being disciplined.
Our Heavenly Father disciplinesus so we learn, so we don't
have the supreme disciplinewhich is being cast into hell.
We send Jesus to give us mercy.

(23:32):
He disciplines us as we followChrist as our Lord and Savior,
as we die to self and becomemore like him and we stumble, we
get disappointed.
That's why sin hurts so bad Sinusually feels good in the

(23:57):
beginning, and then the hangoverand the side effects of it are
infinitely worse.
It's by design, so you won't doit.
How blessed is the man whohears me to watch daily at my
doors.
Keep watch at my doorposts, forhe who finds me finds life and

(24:23):
obtains favor from Yahweh.
He's God.
But he who sins against me doesviolence to his own soul.
Those who hate me love death.
It's so good.

(24:52):
I always laugh at gurus andso-called leadership experts
where you'd be better off savingall your money again I've said
this a lot.
Instead of buying all thoseleadership books, just read
proverbs every day.
The infinite wisdom inside ofproverbs is better than any book

(25:13):
that you'll ever get out.
There times you know a million.
So all right, that's battlenumber two done.
Let's wrap it up with battlenumber three.
And before I do that, I reallyappreciate you guys having your

(25:34):
first cup of coffee with me andinvesting in this time together.
I'm here for you, but I'm alsohere for me.
I know that I'm not.
I struggle, but I'm just goingto do this on my own.
Knowing that you guys arecounting on me every day to be

(25:55):
here helps me lead from thefront and helps me do better.
It raises my expectations ofmyself.
Set a good example for you.
You should be doing that withyour own family as well, by

(26:18):
leading from the front byexample.
I want to make an announcement, because tonight starts a war
council and I'm going to see ifI can share this.
Let's see if I can pull thisover.
All right, so All right.

(26:45):
So tonight at 9 pm is the WarCouncil, which is our
replacement and improvement uponChristian Warrior Talk.
At 9 pm tonight it's going tobe streamed on Facebook, youtube

(27:11):
X and Rumble.
This is meant to be a two-wayconversation.
I want your comments.
I will post a phone number totake your calls.
I want to pray for you.
I want this community to prayfor you.
I want this community to prayfor you.
I want this community to learnfrom your experiences, your
testimonies as well as mine.

(27:31):
But it's going to be Christian.
For those of you who don't evenknow, it's going to be a
Christian fellowship gathering.
I hate the word show, makes itsound me like I'm some, but it's
a place where you can, I praythat will turn into a Colin

(27:55):
muster where people call in withtheir victories and their
defeats and setbacks and we allrely on one of them.
It's also we're gonna doinstruction on the seven battles
all fight.
It's where we're gonna run youknow the 90-day forging
challenge okay.

(28:17):
And it's where we're gonna talk, focus on all the battlefields.
The faith first right which, ifyou've done this, you've taken
care of your faith for the day.
Family we'll talk aboutmarriage, parenting,
relationships, fellowship there.

(28:41):
Fellowship there, deliberatelypursuing each other, your family
.
I'm going to talk about beingthe best vessel can be, holding
each other accountable to makesure that we're working out
healthy and being the bestvessel for the Holy Spirit, and

(29:02):
fitness fundamentals.
We're going to be talking aboutworking a weekly one skill, one
thing, sharpening an old skillor learning a new skill to make
you a more valuable asset forthe finances you know, fighting

(29:34):
the curse and the enemy of debt, materialism, using our finances
to bless others.
Here's two new ones.
We used to call pillars and weonly had five, but there are now
seven.
Fellowship, deliberatelypursuing all the relationships
with other Christians who arenot your family members Okay,
and investing in them.
They take time, they takeeffort.

(29:59):
Time and time again I have togo after and chase brothers down
who leave me behind.
They don't do it on purpose.
Their life gets busy and theyleave their friends behind.
No, that is not Christianfellowship.
Christian fellowship is toalways be there for your brother
, always.
That's the commitment we maketo one another Infidelity, being

(30:31):
loyal to our King Jesus, beingloyal to your spouse, remaining
pure for them.
So that's what we're going to beworking on in the War Council,
so I hope to see you theretonight.
And nine, please share it out.

(30:53):
We?
I don't think that worked, butanyways, you'll find it on.
You know all of our channels,so I hope to see you there
tonight at nine o'clock everyWednesday.
All right, god bless you and Iwill see you later.

(31:15):
Oh wait, holy smokes, I didn'tpray us out and Try to send that
thing and restream logged meout of everything.

(31:37):
I hope it didn't screweverything else up.
All right, rather than dealwith chat, I'll pray us out.

(31:57):
I can troubleshoot what's goingon whenever we reach stream
after that.
Okay, heavenly Father, lord, Ithank you.
I thank you for the ShieldBrothers and Shield Maidens that
are here every morning, fighting alongside us, fighting
to get to know you, lord, fighting to walk your ways and

(32:20):
not our ways, fighting to die toself and be more like you and
less like us.
Lord, help us Give us wisdomand discernment, walk in your
ways and only your ways.
Lord, help us to not resent thediscipline that you send us.

(32:48):
Bring us back in the line, lord.
Help us spread your wisdom.
Help us to share your wisdomwith others.
Lord, I pray a prayer ofprotection, peace and
discernment over this fellowshipthat is watching now or later,

(33:13):
listening later, over thepersecuted church, over our
troops overseas, our firstresponders at home and our
veterans of yesteryear.
For our troops overseas, ourfirst responders at home and our
veterans of yesteryear.
Lord, I also pray this for ourbeloved country.
I pray that America would turnfrom her sin, hit her knees,

(33:37):
repent and seek your face, thatyou would see her, so that we
can once again become one nationunder God, indivisible justice
for all.
And I call this fellowship toput on the full armor of God, to
strap on the shield of faith, pick up the sword of the Spirit,
the bully, step forward to jointhe shield wall, locking our

(34:02):
shields of faith with thosearound us, to the left and to
the right, as we advance as oneto conquer for your kingdom
forever and always.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Amen.

(34:23):
All right, everyone.
God bless you.
Let's see if I can fix this now.
I don't know why I did that.
Our chat is acting up.
