Welcome back to another episode of Chronicles of a Virgo Podcast. Have you ever found yourself constantly expecting the worst, or feeling like nothing you do is ever good enough? Or do you find that it is always easy to support others around you, but you can never find the same motivation for yourself? Although these feelings are normal and in some cases the effects from trauma and negative preprogramming, these things can be changed for the better and we can live the life we deserve.

In this episode, I will take you on a journey of a few strategies that I have been recently implementing in my life that has allowed me to draw in some huge manifestations so far this year as well as ways you can begin to dismantle the negative thoughts that have been holding your prisoner in your mind.

It is important to keep in mind that everyone's healing journey is different and it's not always an easy fix especially when you have been locked into a specific programming for so long however with time and patience positive change will happen. Every small step count towards a brighter mindset and a more fulfilling life.

I will also be discussing some exciting news in regard to the podcast and a brief life update!

Please don't forget to rate the show and share with someone that it may resonate!

sort of through the ashes of mytrauma and turn my pain into power.

(00:26):
And this podcast is representation that healingis possible. And each episode we'll dive
deep deep into conversations about overcoming challenges, find their inner strength and emerging from
life trials like a feelings from theashes. We may even have some friends
drive by from time to time.Get ready to be inspired and empowered as
we embark on a rewarding journey ofself discovery. So sit back and relax

(00:50):
and let's get into some healing.Well leave up, y'all and welcome back
to another episode of Chronicles of avirgal piyecast And as usual, I'm your
favorite favorite favorite verbal hos Shikeita Johnsonand Happy Wednesday, y'all. Hope every
Wednesday and week and months, becausewe're still in the beginning of the month,

(01:11):
hope your month is off to alovely start. Hope you guys are
continuing to thrive and prosper in twentytwenty four. And if your year or
your month may have started off alittle rocky, you just know that you
got time, baby, You gottime to have a shift in your life
for the in the right direction thatyou want things to play out. Okay.
So if you're someone that's struggling, not having a good day, you

(01:34):
need a shift in your energy, just know that your girl is pushing out
positive love and some good vibes toyou because you deserve it, all right.
So again, thank you guys forjoining me back for another episode.
And I'm sorry, I'm sorry,y'all, but we don't got no guest
today because it is solo dullo, all right. You got to hear from

(01:55):
me and me all right, Andhopefully I don't keep y'all too long because
it's been some time since we hadone of these one to one solo conversations,
all right, and we got somethings to get into. So first
and foremost, we have to startwith our mental health check. How are
we feeling today? How are wefeeling? Is our mind and body and
soul in alignment. Are we thrivingthrough our mental health? Are we sitting

(02:22):
in our shit to figure out what'sgoing on? How are we feeling?
So, if you are joining Chroniclesof a Verico for the first time,
first and first, first and foremostHello. We do these mental health checks
every single week on the show, but I hope you guys are doing them
every day in real life. Andthis is a way for us to check
in with ourselves and be intentional aboutchecking in and be intentional about trying to

(02:46):
figure out what's going on and problemsolve, to put a plan in action
to handle things right. So wewrite our mental health on a scale of
one five five, being that youare on a great space okay, And
that can look like many things formany people and one band. I'm not
feeling the best, but I ammanaging. But I also have a lot

(03:06):
of room for porn. Okay.So today, on a scale of one
to five, my mental health isa five, yes, And I have
been getting a lot of them, between four and a half to a five,
and I've been embracing them. Somedays I may go from a five
to a two, and I sitwith it and I embrace it all and
try to figure out why they dropor if it's like a one, I

(03:29):
try to figure out why am Istarting off here? I have learned to
embrace these feelings and the same waythat I like to indulge in snacks sometime
and twizzlers, I indulge in myfeelings to really feel it, not at
a twenty five or fifty percent, but one hundred percent to see if,
okay, is this just a momentof passing or is something else happening and

(03:51):
I need to properly address it?You know. I had the opportunity last
month to go to an event calledfonshois for Self Love, and I learned
so many different ways to tap inwith my own energy and my own awareness,
but also how to be more intentionalabout checking and having that dialogue with

(04:11):
myself and to be directed to theproper clarity that I need to a continue
to function healthy. But also,if something needs to be done, how
am I supposed to do it withouthaving a clarity and the answers? So
let's do it together. Okay, whether you're watching me on YouTube or you're
just listening wherever you are, exceptif you are driving or operating a machine,

(04:32):
please buy me is do not dothis until later. Okay. Just
sit right now, put both yourhands on your heart, all right,
close your eyes for just a second, and just feel how your body is
feeling. Do you have any intentionanywhere in your body? Is anything tense?
How is your head? Is yourchest pounding? How does your body

(04:56):
feel? Okay, and I'm onlygoing to re speed this up a little
bit just for the purposes of theshow, but just really feel how you're
feeling right now. And if youhave some discomfort, if something doesn't feel
right, if something is tingling somewhereright I need you to ask yourself what
does this mean for me? God, Universe, whatever, your how your

(05:18):
belief is, What are you tryingto tell me? What are you trying
to show me? Right now?Just feel how you're feeling. Sit in
it and may not feel the best, but that's okay. We indulge in
one hundred percent in this, okay, and then release, take a deep
breathing hold and let it out.Okay. Now, with doing something like

(05:46):
this, you have to be opento receive whatever it is. It's going
to be guided your way, andwhatever is going to come your way,
it's going to be the answers orthe clarity that you need to figure out
a what's the deeper cause of howyou're feeling and maybe a solution to help
you problem solve to get through it. Right, that's on one point of

(06:08):
the clarity that you'll receive or be. For me recently, what it's been
is nothing. You may not receiveanything because it's just a moment in time
that passes by, and sometime withtime it's just a bad feeling and it
doesn't necessarily mean or it doesn't necessarilyneed a label. But when that happens,
it's easier to redivert yourself and justpick yourself up and move forward and

(06:33):
not try to take a situation andmake it a problem. You know,
have you ever been reading something orlistening to a podcast and someone's been talking
about something bad that happened to themor an experience and you're like, oh
my god, this resonates will beso well that it makes you feel shitty
about something about yourself. Now,that's not to say that you don't listen

(06:54):
to people's things or watch things andyou have never lived the experience right,
or it doesn't resonate for us thereason, but you don't always have to
put labels on things and make themsomething if they're not at that moment.
Hope that makes sense because that wasdefinitely me in the beginning stages of my
healing journey. Every single time I'veseen something, I heard something, I

(07:15):
felt like there's more work than needsto be done. Yes, it is,
but sometimes in that moment, itis okay to just be. It
is okay to just be. It'sokay not to address one hundred and ten
thousand things at the same time,it's okay to just be all right.
So, I know I've rambled alittle bit, but I hope that may

(07:35):
have helped someone. But overall,we're going to continue to do these mental
health checks. We're going to continueto check in with ourselves. We're going
to continue to get our hearts andour minds and alignment, because when one
is off, they're all off,and we can be all type of messed
up. Okay. So my hopesis that someone out there is listening right

(07:58):
now will be able to do thismore and get the clarity and answers that
you need or move right along, because that's just a moment in time.
Okay. So yeah, enough ofmy ramble. Your girl was down in
the beginning of February. That's whyyou did not hear from me by myself.
Okay, I had to divert thewhole season. And it's okay because

(08:22):
thank God for bad recording. Butyes, I quit whatever this random virus
is that's going around. I testedwell, no, I didn't hold up.
Let me not say that. Itested for COVID and the flu RSV.
Everything was coming back negative. ButI felt horrible. I looked horrible,

(08:43):
and then I had two swollen eyesbecause I had a double eye affection.
So I was just not in goodraces, okay, And I was
on all these different medications and things, some of them some of them may
not have taken because yeah, butit was a struggle. And even one
week. I didn't put out anepisode last month because I just couldn't physically

(09:05):
get myself together because I was justso fatigue and just so out and shout
out to really fun of things aboutus podcast. He said, hey,
fam you good. He came tomy DMS making sure I was okay because
that episode did not drop when itwas supposed to. You know, he
wasn't the only one with some otherpeople but like just random listeners and stuff.

(09:28):
So shout out to all of y'all. Shout out to everybody that checked
in on me these last couple ofweeks, because my presence on social media
has been like so up and down, but it is what it is.
But yeah, your girl was justnot feeling the best. So if you
are dealing with some type of immunesystem issue, please continue to take your
vitamins, your supplements and protecting yourselfand your family all of those things,

(09:52):
because it is scary out here enough, but your health is so so precious,
so precious, and I would notwant any of y'all to get whatever
the hell I had, Okay, because that was not a happy time.
And I've had COVID before and thatwas horrible and I really felt like I
had it again. But yeah, your girl was feeling good. My eyes

(10:13):
are held up if you're watching onyoutubec eyes opened, all of those lovely
things. It took longer for thatpart to heal. But I'm doing I'm
doing wonderful. I've been able toactually get back into my working out.
I've been able to go running. The weather is starting to change, thank
god. Hopefully we ease into spring. Because I'm sick of the rain,

(10:37):
snow all that we just want.We just want sunshine and want warmth.
That's all, okay. So yeah, while I was out or whatever,
some things happened came down the pipelinefor chronicles of a verbal podcast, and
I didn't want to post them onsocial media at the time because I wanted
to speak on them first, andthen I just wanted to acknowledge you guys.

(10:58):
So since we are here, let'sget into them. So yes,
I do have some notes because Iwanted to stay on track and I keep
y'all along. So two things happened, well technically two and a half three,
but they were like major milestones. And I told you a couple of
months ago every milestone, and thisyear we're celebrating. We're going to celebrate
ourselves for how we feel, feelinggood, feeling great, whatever. If

(11:22):
something great happens on your platform, celebrating, we're just going to celebrate it
because when December of this year rollaround, we're going to look back and
be like, we had a phenomenalyear. Even if you didn't step foot
out of your state or go onvacation, you have all these other lists
of things and accomplishments that you achieved, because we want to achieve everything.
Okay, So the first thing thiswas major for me because I found this

(11:45):
out when I was sitting at mydesk at work and I almost flipped the
desk with excitement and everyone's like lookinglike are you all right? So I
got notifications that Kronos Virgo podcast hitthe Apple Charts and Hondors. Like it's
like so surreal saying that like Chroniclesof a Verbal podcast was on the Apple
Charts and Hondors so not in one, but two categories. So the show

(12:11):
was featured in the self improvement categoryat number nineteen, as well as the
education category for number forty one.I didn't even know this was possible,
Like I'd be still trying to figureout like these analytics and all of these
different platforms and all of these differentthings. Sometimes I don't even pay attention
because it's so much right and I'mthe only person that's looking this stuff up
and doing like the work. ButI seen that email and I was like,

(12:37):
hold up, let me send thisout to check, you know,
make sure it's legit. And yeah, so shout out to all of you
guys and girls and hondors that arethat's keeping me on the first of all,
they even got me on a chart, but keeping me on a chart,
like, I am like lost forwords. But I'm filled with so
much gratitude because I didn't even knowthat that was possible. So I appreciate

(12:58):
you guys for listening and tapping inwith me, because like, yeah,
I'm just I'm so humble. I'mso grateful for that. The second thing
was, well, I actually updatedthis so last month. Every month for
YouTube, we get analytics for likethe views and things. So last month,

(13:20):
for the month of February, Ithink we were at like twelve thousand,
five hundred views when the report cameout. And as of March the
second, because of a Vergo podcaston YouTube. Make sure you guys are
subscribed to the channel, Okay,we hit fifteen thousand views, y'all.

(13:41):
That is freaking phenomenal. And Ithink right now I'm sitting at one hundred
and forty five subscribers, like Ilove it. I love it. And
then we get weekly analytic checks andmy analytics are just like soaring every freaking
week, and I'm just so grateful. I thank God first and foremost for
opportunity to even have all of theseplatforms, right, But I think all

(14:03):
of you guys for continuing to tapin, to listen to all of the
episodes and watch the videos to itsfull extent, because those things do matter,
liking the videos. We can't evensee who likes the videos or even
watch, right, but I'm justso grateful for each like, each view,
all of those things, each subscriptionto the page, you know,

(14:26):
even if it's on the audio side. I'm just grateful for all of it
because you guys can be listening toanybody else ramble, anybody else talk about
personal developmental health, all these things, but you tap in with me weekly
or daily, and it really doesmean so much to me. And you're
sharing them because I saw that withthe report that came out in the year.
You're sharing the episodes and all ofthose things. So again, from

(14:50):
the bottom of my big heart, thank you so freaking much. Like I'm
still getting chills like talking about allthis. And there's another platform. Can't
think of the name right now.I forgot to write it on my little
handy dandy sheet, but I thinklike out of like five hundred or so
podcast chronicle of a Virgo was featuredat two hundred and forty three on that

(15:15):
list, and I'm like, whoaout of five hundred, Like and I
looked at the and it's like someof your major mainstream shows. I'm like
that. That was just like, man, God, you're doing your big
one. Okay to me, thisis what's standing on business means, because
like I'm throwing things and it's showingup in my reality. And you don't
y'all don't understand how much I affirmover these platforms and I affirm to my

(15:39):
guests and just different things, andlike we're making a difference because at the
end of the day, like Isaid in my first episode of this new
season, this saying about me,baby, this saying not this is not
about me. This is about Godis stilling me with the messages and the
wisdom and to pour out the peoplethat need them and for my guests to

(16:00):
share to use that voice HI therestanding in their power from all the pain
and experiences that they have experienced asa way to help each and everyone you
guys that's listening, or help someoneelse that you may share the episode with.
So however it comes for a serverI'm just grateful to be the face
of this platform. And I'm gratefulagain, and I will say this until

(16:23):
my mouth runs dry, that youguys take a liking to me and the
work that I'm doing and just howI'm managing to continue to push these messages
out so help you guys continue tostick around. And again, if you're
not subscribed to the YouTube channel, please please please go subscribe. Don't forget
to like. If you're watching meon YouTube now like this video, Okay,

(16:47):
leave me a little comment whatever. So, yeah, those things happen,
and then something major happened on Marchthe first, and it's so funny
because someone had to remind me howI had just tweeted and posted this specific
quote and I don't have it withme right now, but I have wrote
something that y'all know i'd be justputting out messages and then I put it

(17:10):
out on a twenty knife. Andthen on the first this major thing came
down the pipeline. I can't shareit just yet, right, but I
did post on social media that somethingthat I needed to happen finally happened,
and I was just so grateful whenI was like, God, it's so
good. And even though I didnot specifically say what that thing was,
if you know me or you havelike personal rapport with me, then you

(17:33):
probably already DMD or text a calland I've done told you because I trust
you, right, But within thenext few weeks, I will openly talk
about what it was. And Iwill tell you, guys, how this
came for a circle. Because youever be scrolling through TikTok, Instagram,
whatever, and you see people tellingtheir stories about how God changed their life

(17:55):
or elevating them or just these blessingsthat happened, and you're like, damn,
I wish I had a story likethis, or I wish something like
that happened to me. And Ihad that moment on March the first,
Okay, And when I tell y'allthis story, like I told it to
somebody already, and literally I justgot chills. They got chills. It
was just so beautiful, right. And I can't remember if it was my

(18:19):
last episode of twenty twenty three ormy anniversary episode of this year where I
said that all the training rules wereoff for this year. Whatever I wanted
I was coming forward. This yearwas so personal to me because the last
couple of years have been tragic,I say the least. It's like I

(18:41):
just the last couple of years justbeen rough. I struggle with my mental
health off and run. I struggledwith grief. I struggle with time management,
trying to find balance. I strugglewith all of these different things.
And this year, I didn't carewhat it was I had to do that
was positive. Of course I wasgoing to do it because I know that
it was going to matter in thelong run. I created my little bingo

(19:06):
card of goals some of you guyswant to call me a resolutions for the
year, and I was like, damn, these are some big things,
right. I don't know how halfof these things are want to happen?
Right, And on March first, the biggest one that I needed, God
so good, Oh, the biggestone that I needed to happen. That

(19:27):
was the first one that happened. And the reason why I say biggest is
because it kind of set the tonefor how everything else is going to play
out for me the rest of thisyear. Some of the things and it
happened, and I just I'm like, I want to tell y'all's so bad,
because sometimes I can't hold water whenI get excited, but I can't.

(19:48):
I can't for other purposes, butI will say this. It's funny
how it's so easy for us tohave a higher belief in everybody else and
pouring everybody else, and when itcomes to us, we limit ourselves to
what is possible. We limit ourselvesto dreaming big, you know, like

(20:11):
we can envision things happening, butthen when we envision things happening and try
to put a concrete plan together,we're like, man, nah, this
is like this is de lulu, like this will never happen to me.
Think about this. How many timeshave you wanted to do something and you
get super excited about making it happen, and then in the instant you are

(20:33):
filled with one negative thought. You'renot worthy of that, that will never
be you. You can never makethat amount of money, you don't deserve
that. And then you're just like, you know what, You're right,
I'm gonna just leave it there. And then somebody comes up, a friend,
family, or a stranger online andthey are saying, Hey, I'm
about to do X, Y andZ, and that's the same thing that

(20:53):
you was just thinking about doing, and you're like you know what it's better
for them. Question to you iswhy not you? Why aren't you deserving
of the opportunity? Why aren't youworthy of bringing that opportunity to fruition?
Why aren't why not you? Whydon't you belong at the same tables with

(21:15):
millionaires and billionaires and public figures andall that stuff. Why and why is
it so easy, once again foryou to pour into everybody else? Too
many times we believe the lies thatwe tell ourselves. Our mind is like
a battlefield, and we are battlingthese negative thoughts all the time. We're
battling the negative thoughts with the positiveones, and they're just going jab for

(21:37):
jab, And then, unfortunately,in many people's cases, the negative thoughts
are the ones that overpower because wedon't power up them the positive thoughts enough,
like we don't affirm ourselves enough ofpositivity because it's so hard to believe.
But what we allow ourselves to dois continue to fill our mind with
all the reasons why this can't happenand why that won't happen. And in

(22:02):
reality, if we sit and taketime to demantle all of these negative thoughts,
then yes, you have to reallysit and sometimes peel back the layers
of the ion, and this iswhere we get into our shadow work,
right, Peel back the layers ofthe ion, unveil that shadow and figure
out why we even have these thoughtsabout ourselves. Where did they come from?

(22:25):
Because a lot of times they don'tstart with us. They may start
with your family, they may startwith like some type of traumatic experience a
friend. They don't start with us. Okay, And if this thought is
not my responsibility, okay, Ican acknowledge that. But my responsibility is
to heal it. And how doI do that? You know? And

(22:47):
unfortunately only you know that. Andwe've all been in a position where we
had to figure it out ourselves. And the shadow work ain't no joke because
you are peeling back layers of thingsthat have been very deep down. Right,
y'all heard me talk briefly about mywhole shadow work journey. I'm still
working through it, you know. But what I've realized now in my life,
my mind is not a battlefield becauseif anybody is going to stand in

(23:11):
the way of me achieving something ordrawing in abundance or just being prosperous throughout
the rest of the year, it'sgoing to be me. It's my DOWBN,
It's gonna be me failing myself.I'm not going to be able to
blame it on nobody else, becauseit's gonna be me and my thoughts thinking
that I didn't deserve it, orI didn't I wasn't worthy of whatever opportunity

(23:32):
it was that was being presented tome. And I want you to really
sit with yourself every time you havethat moment and be like, well,
if this is true, why isit true? And I guarantee you you
will not find any answers on whyyou don't deserve something or why you're not
worthy of something. Okay, soreally make a list. Do that.

(23:56):
Get out a pen and piece ofpaper. I'm giving you a homework today.
We done need a little breathing andmeditation. Now giving y'all homework.
Take a list, I mean takea list. Make a list of any
negative lies that you continuously feed yourself, whether it's about your physical appearance,

(24:18):
whether it's about the characteristics of whoyou are, whether it's about how you're
going to achieve goals. Make alist of those things and really meditate on
them and look at them. AndI swear to goodness, you will shock
yourself because you will be in disbelieffor how silly some of those things may
look on that paper. Okay,And then once you get to that point,

(24:40):
I need you to counter that witha positive thought, something positive that
out trumps whatever that negative thing wasthat you wrote on that piece of paper.
And then I need you to focusonly on that positive side and draw
your fuel and attention that positive thing, because a lot of times, scientifically

(25:03):
speaking, right, we attract theenergy that we're in like attracts like,
right, So if you continue todwell in those negative thoughts and dwelling those
negative entities, then you're only goingto attract it. So why not dwelling
the positive? Right? Reminisce andimagine the positive and a lot of those

(25:26):
things to be drawn to you.Now. In some cases, for many
of us, we may deal withyou know, what's it called my mind
right now because I'm like, I'mon one. You may deal with like
identity crisis or feeling like yeah becauseyou ain't never been there before. You
know, it feels uncomfortable because youain't never did it before. And my

(25:47):
advice to you right now, it'stelling you if it don't feel right because
it's new, embrace it and continueto do it it. Continue to do
it, look yourself in the mirror, and feed yourself. So I am
affirmations, you know. I've beentalking about affirmation since I started my podcast
because they are a big part ofmy personal development and my growth. Whether

(26:11):
I'm saying them verbally like out loud, or whether I'm just like internalizing them
in my mind. I am alwaysin act with myself, you know,
because at the end of the day, my validation matters and out trumps everyone
else's. Because the thing with yourthoughts in some of these lives that just
ponder our mind is we can choosewhat is real and what is not the

(26:37):
same way that you can choose whois in your life and who's not.
You can choose what thoughts are goingto continue to partner your mind and which
ones aren't. So why not Itake those negative ones and replace them what
are positive and continue to let themcome in your mind over and over and
over again. Okay, So stopfeeding yourself the negativity, stop believing the

(26:59):
negativeative lies that you tell yourself. All right, and again, I know
it's easier said than done. Inmany, many cases, but with practice,
lots of practice, because sometimes youhave to practice these things, you
have to practice positive self talk. But with practice, you know, it
becomes repetitive and you would just startto just do it just because and you're

(27:22):
like, oh, this is thisis my new this is my new reality
speaking positive things to myself. Justlike they say life and death is in
the power of the tongue, Ilike to think that life and death is
in the power of the mind aswell, because we can think things into
our reality, and that's a wholenever spill, you know. So yes,

(27:44):
think that way. The same wayI can speak things in existence,
I can also think things in existenceas well. So why not speak positive
things into my life and why notthink positive things in my life? You
know? So I had a holefull circle moment about a week ago,
like I said, And when Iam able to like formally present you guys

(28:07):
with what happened and how things cametogether, you will realize of why this
topic means so much to me.And while there's a huge difference in saying
you believe something can happen and believeit can actually happen for you. Because
I believe that a lot of thingscan happen for a lot of people,

(28:29):
right, But then I had totake a step back and be like,
well, how much other things thatyou want do you believe can happen for
you? Man? That was thatwas a hard pill to swallow. And
I'm like, yeah, well whatdo I have to do to get myself
to that belief? I just haveto continue to remind myself that I deserve
it and I'm worthy of it.I deserve it and I'm worthy of it

(28:49):
because we all, we all are. Okay, So I hope with this
message it helps someone. Okay,I hope it helped you realize that a
lot of your thoughts are just liesbecause they're negative things. We don't want
to reson We don't want to resonatewith the negative stuff. We want to

(29:10):
we want to clean all of thatnasty stuff out and continue and start to
bring positive thoughts and positive things, positive people, and positive energy into our
life. Okay, if you listenback a couple episodes when I had Michelle
J. Lemont on the show andwe were talking about manifesting, and she
was telling y'all her story about thethings she had to overcome. Her main

(29:33):
thing was her thinking, okay, and when she overcame her thinking and stop
believing the lies and was able totransmute those thoughts into positive things, her
life has been thriving ever since. And one activity that she mentioned was a
seven day challenge. Matter of fact, I'm gonna post the video. I'm
going to go chop up the sevenday challenge and post it. And this

(29:56):
is what we all want to do. I've done it. I know smoke
people that have done it, anddon't make it just a seven day thing,
but just make it a daily practice, because practice you become perfect.
Not perfect, but you get it. You get it, you become better
at doing things. So yes,I'm gonna post the video on YouTube.
So you guys got to be followingme on YouTube and subscribe to the channel

(30:21):
because I'm gonna post it maybe sometimethis week. Your girl is a little
behind on things, but I'm gettingthere. But nonetheless, guys, stop
believing the lies. Stop believing thelies. You don't believe the lies of
that man, you don't believe thelives of that woman, So stop believing
your own lives. Okay. Stopputting yourself at the bottom and put yourself
at the top. Okay, youare the empire. The emperor, okay,

(30:45):
you are the queen or king ofthat throne. So you need to
think and act accordingly. And ifthat means to readjust your stinking thinking,
then you want to readjust your stinkingthinking, because you're thinking. It's what's
gonna get you you a hit,or it's gonna keep you at the bottom.
So you choose where you want tobe. I'm gonna be top because

(31:07):
I'm not gonna believe no more inmy lives. You know, I might
sit in them for a little bituntil I figure out how to transmute it
into something positive. But at theend of the day, I know that
some of the things that I wouldthink about myself were not my fault,
but my healing. All about healingis our responsibility, and it's not to

(31:27):
take away from anybody that may havewronged or hurt us, but that is
for us to stand in it andtake our power back and reclaim ourselfs and
reclaim our energy and turn it intosomething great. And I believe and I
will continue to speak that for allof you. Okay, So again I
hope that this episode helps someone stopbelieving your lives okay, please viye me
