One of the main things that the devil uses to keep us from being able to focus in on that reality is simple distractions. Many times we get so consumed with our current circumstances that we become more focused on where we are than where Jesus desires to take us. In order for us to experience God’s reality, we need to learn how to live in his presence. These are five reasons to seek His presence:
- We are changed by His presence
- His presence heals
- We have a need
- His presence makes us feel good
- His presence is designed for us to grow in depth in our relationship with Him
