Directed by Tammi Sutton and starring Trent Haaga and Scream Queen Debbie Rochon. This is the second chapter in the long running franchise about a group of juvenile delinquents and their chaperones who run afoul of Killjoy, the king of the pranksters and a killer clown of vengeance.
