We are all intuitive on some level and most of the time make  decisions without processing data or realizing  the source of the information . Explore how to distinguish the difference between true knowing and fear  based decisions. When we can stay in  the present and   find the place of inner peace, we are  tapping in to intuitive knowledge. This knowing  is beyond the available 5 senses, which  connects and  helps us to receive messages from  our inner voice and  the soul of another.

Fortune (00:04):
Welcome all to circuitry. It's time to ignite
your life.

Jean (00:08):
Join us as we explore this episode's thought provoking
topic and what it means to usthrough everyday life challenges
and practical spiritual tools.

Fortune (00:16):
So let's start sharing

Unknown (00:23):
Hello, darling. Hello, darling. How are you doing? I'm
good. I'm good to know what'sup. I'm just I'm getting an
inkling that this show is goingto be just going in all
different directions.

Jean (00:38):
I think it's going to Yes,

Fortune (00:40):
I have like a gut instinct. gut instinct.

Unknown (00:42):
Well, the show is about intuition. Yes. So yes, yes.
Yeah, man is. That's a lot. Alot of information.
It is. It is it is. But we'lljust have fun with it. Right?
Oh, absolutely. We'll just havefun. And we'll talk about how
intuitive we can be or not be.
Yes, hello.
Okay. Well, no, that's no, goahead. Well, you know, I wrote

(01:03):
this,I learned a lot from I did too.
I mean, because you know, and,you know, I learned a lot about
you information about this, because like, I know, when we're
working, like you sit withthings you sit with yourself and
what you're doing. And now Iunderstand you're processing
you're you're bringing up thatintuition, you know, that

(01:24):
intuitiveness and I'm like,what's next? What's next? What's
next? And I'm not giving myselfa chance to be more. I mean, I
could be more creative. I feellike I am creative. You're very
be more creative. You're verycreative. If I could just give
it a minutes. Yes. And let itcome. You know. So I'm really
excited to explore all of thedifferent parts of intuition.

(01:51):
Well, we're all intuitive. Yes,we are all intuitive. It's just
the level of how much you wantto immerse yourself in that
because the world around us issomething we're always trying to
process and explain. It's aconstant thing. If we're awake,
we're trying to processsomething, right? So we can

(02:12):
process it through our fivesenses. We can process it
through science, we can processit through things we've been
taught, even behaviors we'vebeen taught as a child, yes, we
can process it through ourreligious beliefs, which is,
which is man's attempt to createa system through God to

(02:37):
understand the spiritual realm.
Okay. But there's, there'ssomething beyond those, which is
intuition, right, which is theknowing in yourself. Right?
Well, whenwe first talked about doing this
show, I said, you said which wayare we going? Are we going with,
you know, gut or, you know, intuitiveness? And so let's do
both. You know, like, let's geta little bit of everything.

(03:02):
I think something else that Irealized in this is that, you
know, when we first startedthis, and I said to you, like,
are we doing intuition? Are wedoing psychic ability? Right.
And, and actually there, what, what I kind of realized is,
there is no separation in thosetwo, it's kind of a
sweat, you grow. Well, somepeople have it. Some people have

(03:23):
degrees, it's in degrees. Yes,yes. And it's how much you want
to cultivate that. And how muchyou trust it.
Right? Well, I think the gutthing is more of a body reaction
thing. And, you know, when youtalk about your intuition, it's
more of a spiritual mental mind.
You know, kind of, yeah, place, you know, it's two different

(03:45):
places. Sure. And I mean,

Jean (03:47):
I think what I want to debunk today, okay.

Fortune (03:51):
Is you just want to say what it's not No, no, I

Unknown (03:53):
don't even want to say what it's not I want to say what
it is okay. All right. I want tosay what it is today because I
as I was using it, right? Yeah.
Because I've gone through mywhole life, having psychic
ability, right? Evenastrologers, you know, have done
my charts and gone oh my gosh, you're so psychic or you're so
this You're so that I've been inprofessions where I've had to

(04:14):
use intuitiveness when I'm, youknow, interviewing someone or
making decisions doing, youknow, conflict resolution at
work and knowing well, thatperson, I'm a little off, I
don't know, I gotta fall. Igotta follow that down the
rabbit hole because it doesn'tsound right to me. Right. Okay,
so where is all that comingfrom? So in me, I started to
say, You know what, I thinkwe're all intuitive. K psychic,

(04:42):
right? We're all capable, right?
But it's those other things thatare influencing how much we want
to let it in how much we want tokeep it out, and how much we'll
allow ourselves to trustourselves.
Yes, and also a big A huge partof this, okay, is that you

(05:03):
really can't get the messages.
If you're not in the present.
This is another thing I learnedthat your mind is constantly if
you're, if you're fearful,right, you know, you're thinking
about the future, you know, ifyou are upset, you're thinking
about the past, right? Well, youjust gonna, I'm just saying you
have to be in the present inorder to be able to process all

(05:26):
of these messages that arecoming to you. Because if you
have all this other stuff inyour head, you can't possibly
get the message, right, or aclear message that said,
you know, Oh, I understand youmore on like, when we're working
together, and we're doing thingswe don't want. I'm always
telling to you slow down, right,we're here and you're wanting to
go over here. And I haven'tfinished.

Fortune (05:46):
Gemini, not me. Well, I

Unknown (05:48):
had Gemini. But that's, I think that's the reason why I
can still work between. I dowant to get through it. Right. I
don't want to get to the end.
But the other parts of me isgoing you know, what's, what am
I feeling when I'm doing that?
What am I thinking? What'sanother way we could do this?

(06:08):
What's the, you know, so thatcomes from? It's not just
intuitiveness. But it comes froma creative process, which which
intuitives are highly creativepeople and I don't mean, they
know how to paint or write asong, right? They can think
outside the box and they getthey have creative ways of
solving problems meanintuitives? Yes. Are you know,

(06:29):
this is where you're an empath.
Okay, yes, I'm not you believeyou're an empath, you probably
are. Right. But what I'm sayingis, is that I think all of these
words are connected. And we'vekind of deconstructed them to
fit into certain belief systems, but they're really all the same
thing. And if we could justembrace the fact that we have
this ability, and it's okay.

(06:51):
Oh, and it's magical. It isn't,and really use it to manifest to
create, to change, you know, make better decisions. You just
need to sit with it for aminute. Well, people who are
intuitive,and I've experienced this, and
I'm just going to throw somethings out there. Okay.
Experience, you know, like, youknow, I always said, I feel like

(07:13):
an alien. But it's beyond that.
It's, you're picking up onthings. The way somebody just
brush their hair to the right, are they? Are they hiding
something? They said it withthis inflection? They asked it
more as a question than ananswer there, they tilt it in
their chair when they said that, you know, you don't fit in you

(07:34):
don't you feel like you're onthe outside of things. Sensory
stuff gets you you'reoverwhelmed. You don't want to
be in a crowded place. You know,I'm a person who I'll even say,
I want to take my own car. And Iused to do this in my 20s all
the time, I'll just go theremyself, because I wanted to be
able to leave when I needed to.
Now when I wanted to, when Ifelt like this is overwhelming.
I'm, I'm there's too much comingat me. Right? And you can feel

(07:56):
like you're you're so a part ofeverything, that you almost have
to disconnect from this physicalworld. Because
it's overload. It's overload.
It's over, you started withsomething that I was reading
about nonverbal decoding. Allright, you know, like just
seeing, you know, everybody's,you know, how they their

(08:19):
demeanor, how they speak, howthey reacted. Whatever, I've
learned to get past that, okay, because at first, I was like,
Why is she doing that? You know,What is she thinking? Whatever,
I could care less, like, I amjust at that point. No, really,
I feel like I'm really gettinggood with that. You know, it's

Jean (08:40):
really about understanding.

Unknown (08:42):
Yes. And that's what we should use it for, not for
judgment, that's where it'sgonna go to, not for judgment,
but to understand that person, right. Okay. Maybe, maybe they
have fear, and that's whythey're getting angry at
something or that maybe, whoknows, you know, you don't know
what's going on that person, orwhat triggers are happening in
that person. So that's the partwhere you have to, like, just
come, you know, calm your brainand go, Okay, let me feel

(09:07):
something here. Let somethingcome in. So I could learn
something about this personwithout even telling me where
that's whatit is. It's knowledge without
information.
Right? Exactly. Exactly. Andit's so cool. Like you'd ever
like just something pops in yourhead and you're like, Wow, where
did that come from? That yourintuition is you left the space

(09:27):
for it to come in. So we we'vecluttered our minds with so many
things that there's not a lot ofspace for to come in. Now, there
are people that will meditateall day, you know, and I'm sure
they have a lot of things butyou can't you know, you have to
balance well. It'salso about knowing, you know,
like, when we when we said wewere gonna talk about this and
you were like, you just go withyour gut, and I was like, Wait a
minute. You're gonna know whichvoice you're listening to.

(09:53):
Right, right. And God has twothings two is right. And then
you're here right? Right, right.
So you have to knowI mean, Fear can be, you know,
you don't know it. But let's saylike you're trying to make a
decision, like, should I quitthis job? Should I continue with
this relationship? And you'regoing, Oh, what's my gut telling
me? Or even the turn down aroad, right? But your gut can be
telling you fear your gut can betelling you well, don't leave

(10:15):
because how are you going towrite whatever the situation is?
How are you going to survive?
How are you going to whereyou've ever find someone again,
where you so all these anxiousthoughts that come in or, or
thoughts that come in that kindof bring you to a place of, I
want to say anxiety, but butthey're kind of their ego based

(10:38):
and their worry based? So ifyou're getting a message, and
it's causing you to feel moreanxious about the situation,
that's usually fear, it's not agut.
Right? Right. Right. Well, yourmind has to be calm, but your
body is telling you somethinglike you're getting just this
feeling like you're gonna get onan elevator and you don't you

(10:58):
know, there's somebody in therethat's just you're not just
feeling right about it. So yougo, you wait for another one.
You wait for the next onebecause you're not scared or any
like your your mind is calm, butyour body is telling you
something, right. And it's socool.
Well that I told this storybefore where I was, I was
younger I was getting was when Ilived in Fort Lauderdale and I
was getting on to make a turnonto the interstate. Right. And

(11:22):
I was comms could be he waslistening to music, having a
good time in the car. And allsudden, I just something told me
whatever that something was.
switch lanes. That's simple, right? switch lanes? Yes, yes,
yes, yes, yes. And I moved thecar over and there was a five
car pileup that happened, right.
I could have been right in themiddle of all that. Right.
Right. And I'm sorry for allthose people who didn't hear

(11:42):
that voice. But I did hear it.
And I acted on it right? I'mglad I did. Yes,
yes. Yes, yes, yes. And I thinkpeople that happens to people
all the time, right? They getmessages like that. But then
they try and shoot and they tryand dissect it, they'll go,
should I twitch? And sometimesit's like, I knew why something
told me to do that. And I don'tknow why I didn't listen.
Right. Right. Right. And thenyou lost it, you know, you have

(12:04):
to go with when when it comes, you gotta just go for it. You
know, I mean, just gotta go forit. Like, you know, someone's
telling me to do this. So I'mjust going to do it. You know.
And if you go now, I'm not goingto do it, then you just you just
lost it, the gift that wascoming. Like, that's what I feel
like, you know, a lot of peoplebecause if you bring the fear
into it, you're getting amessage. Just go with it. And

(12:26):
I'll just go with it. Well,

Jean (12:28):
we all have a run process.
Yes, yeah.

Unknown (12:30):
Yes. You know, when I takes a little bit longer than
others to you know,we we jumped around a little bit
about this before, but we havewe have I think Stevie Nicks
said this, I remember hearingher say, and if I'm, if I'm
saying the wrong thing, Stevie,I apologize. But you said, I
hope Steve is listening, thereis a time to know what you know.

(12:51):
And now, is that time? Yes. Yes.
Right now, right now in thepresent, right?
Know what you know. And thatencompasses a lot of things, you
know, like, intuition. Peopledon't like people want to make
it into this magical. Oh, youhave psychic abilities, your
which the President of theUnited States when he's making a
decision, he's going on hisintuition. And you he may not

(13:12):
call it, he may not call itintuition. A CEO might be doing
the same thing. A person at thegrocery store whenever we are
all processing things and goingwithout data, I am making a
decision. Right? And it's notjust a motion. Yes, yes. It's,
it's putting all of yourexperiences. And I'll go to the

(13:34):
edge here. Possibly evenexperience is not from this
life, right? That your innervoice and saying this is the
maybe the way you want to gowith this, that you may not want
to go that way.
Right. And this is anotherimportant thing that I think
it's important for ourlisteners, I mean, I know it's
very important to me, and I'dlike to share that is connecting

(13:58):
with your higher self. When youfeel connected to your higher
self, you can get thosemessages. And those messages are
clear. And you make differentdecisions because it's not on
fear. It's on trust, like wejust had a podcast on
uncertainty, you know, it's ontrust, it's on love, it's on,

(14:18):
you know, for a better you know, you know, you you go out of the
box a little bit a little bit,you know, like, oh, I don't know
what's gonna happen, but youjust go, you know, I got a
feeling about this, you know, Igot a feeling about this, this
is going to be awesome. And thensometimes we go, Oh, I got a
feeling that this isn't sogreat, but you do it anyway. And
then you're like,Well, you can do the, you can

(14:39):
also do the is the opposite, youknow, not you specifically but
people can do the oppositegoing, Oh, I get a feeling about
this. I'm not going to do that.
But then again is fear that isgoing okay. I don't want to go
out of my comfort zone wheneverI'm afraid of this other thing
going to happen, so I won't. Soyou've got it. It's really
discerning. What is the fear?
And what is the real knowing?

(15:02):
Right? But what I'm talkingabout is like when you make a
decision to do something big, okay? And all of a sudden you
start going, huh? Telling me?
No, no, something's telling methat maybe I shouldn't be doing
this. But you don't listen toyour intuition. And you go
against your intuition. And yougo ahead with it. Because you
don't want to deal with sayingno, now, your race said yes to

(15:25):
whatever, yes, you know what Imean? And then you're like,
afterwards, you're like, thatwas I should have listened. You
know, I mean, so now you have toundo whatever not you made by
making that decision. So I feellike we had we do that we do
that also. Yeah. You know?
Well, you know, I believe thatintuition is something that can

(15:49):
be cultivated. Oh, yes. Yes. Youknow, yes. And I, and it's also
something that can be decultivated, you know, turning it
off and turning it on, or noteven turning, turning up the
volume on it or turning thevolume down on it. Right. Right.
Right. Right can be sometimeswhen people are highly
intuitive. It like the same withthe situations that I was

(16:10):
talking about earlier, wherelike, you know, you can't kind
of fit in anywhere, because insome sometimes because you feel
like this, all of thisinformation coming out of you.
And it really doesn't make senseto anybody else. They're kind of
like, why is she doing that? Orwhy is she saying that or acting
that way? Or? You don't? Becauseyou're, you're in tune to

(16:31):
something beyond the physicalrealm? That is a big part of
things. And I think, I think,

Fortune (16:38):
well, it's a blessing and a curse. Right? Blessing.

Unknown (16:41):
So what I mean by that, I mean, that I think we're
coming to a time where I mean, Iknow, previously, as I was
growing up, to even say that youwere spiritual.

Fortune (16:53):
Yeah, you didn't fit in a box than you are now. It's
like,

Unknown (16:56):
what do you mean, you were almost, you know, like,
what, what, what, what, what wasthat person say it into a
certain box, right? Or that isthat's heresy or that's, you
know, it was a dirty word to saythat you
you know, you didn't fit into abox, you didn't fit into a
religion, right? You were not going with
the whole thing. But I thinkwe've seen this expansion of
consciousness, which is amazing.

(17:20):
Yes. And with that expansion ofconsciousness, comes the ability
to connect with one another, right? I was just gonna say, in
a way that we were not doingpreviously we, we go with our
animalistic urges, the fivesenses, the things we were
taught to believe and whateverand, and this new kind of earth

(17:43):
that we're trying to cultivatehere is, is is allowing people
to listen to their soul. Right?
And that's really what intuitionRight, right, getting in touch
with it. getting intense.
Definitely. Yes, definitely. AndI know that there's all
different like people, you know,we have all kinds of different

(18:04):
spiritual leaders out there thatare trying to different and yet
bring on different exercises. Iknow the major one is probably
meditating, to bring yourself toanother place I know is reading
that which I'm love this becauseI put the boys to bed with white
noise or ocean sounds everynight. They were saying that
that helps to cultivate youknow, frequencies, frequencies

(18:27):
and things like that. Andjournaling, writing your
thoughts down writing yourdreams down because you're
connecting with anothersomething that's not of this
world, like you're saying, Youknow what I mean? So when you're
writing down those thoughts, when you're writing down your
dreams, you are connecting withsomething that's, you know, not

(18:48):
in here. Not in this well, you know, I love when I when I
travel in my dreams.
Yes, yes. It's a beautiful, I'ma very happy girl. And, you
know, I mean, a lot of peoplehave very vivid dreams, you
know, I used to, you know, Ilove your stories, my daughter,
you know, she, you know, myoldest she can, she knows every

(19:08):
detail in the dream, and it's soamazing, but it's like, this is
like a movie, you know? Andmaybe some people that write
movies and books, maybe that'show they get the information
through a dream, I don't know.
But they're saying if youjournal if you write things down
or whatever, it helps you toconnect to that, you know, and
that's a beautiful thing.
Well, you know, it's trying tolike, come about this from a

(19:30):
practical way because I feltlike, you know, I can talk about
this all day long. But peoplewho are listening to this are
probably going well, how can Ibecome more intuitive? Right. I
think you know, one of thethings that that was just a
basic exercise that has helpedpeople in my life, right? Like

(19:54):
amp their intuition, right isJust tell somebody, if you're
feeling something, immediatelytell someone, if you're feeling
like, don't hold on thing bad isgonna happen, or I got this
feeling about Uncle Albert. AndI think that, you know, I'm not

(20:16):
worried about him or I had thisdream, and I don't know what it
is yes, yes. Or, you know, thismessage came to me while I was
driving share it, you know, Idon't know what that means, you
know? So if you can share thatwith somebody, it's not just
sharing it. It's the, you toldsomebody,

Jean (20:33):
it's out there. No, it happened.

Unknown (20:37):
You know, have you ever had that moment where you go,
you know, I was thinking this orfeeling it? And or something
happens, something big happensor something? And you have that
feeling? And you go, yeah, yeah,I felt that I felt that you
know, and it was a yes, sure youdid, you know, yeah. But if you
tell somebody, and then ithappens, it's twofold. You have

(21:00):
affirmed it in yourself. And youhave affirmed it in that
connection to the other person.
So you almost develop this bond, right? Where I have that with
certain people in my life. Idon't know if they would feel
comfortable about me naming themhere on the podcast, but where
are you? You? You know, as soonas something happens, we tell
each other, right? And then ithappens. And even it could be a

(21:23):
year

Fortune (21:25):
later. Right? But it happens.

Jean (21:27):
Wipe it then you go remember

Unknown (21:29):
what I said that to you? Nine kind of sign. And now
that was the reason why thatsign came. But
that's all a form of learning totrust yourself. And when it
comes, and then you get thatinformation? Yes. Then you say,
Oh, that wasn't just, you know,a fleeting thought that was some

(21:50):
something was telling mesomething. And I can learn to
rely on that voice anddistinguish that voice meaning
by doing an exercise simply likethat sound, you know, it doesn't
happen every day or whatever.
But you will start to recognizethat voice. Right. Right. And
you will be able todifferentiate between the fear
and the knowing.

(22:13):
Right, right. Right. Right. Andthat's what I'm talking about
having that connection? Yes. Iknow. Definitely having that. Go
ahead. Yeah.
But what are some are yourpsychic experiences or your
intuitive experiences? Oh,I don't know. Sometimes I just
You just get a feeling. You justget a feeling. It's just like
house hunting, or you just walkin the house? And you just know,
this is not for me, you know, this is not it? You know what I

(22:35):
mean? or meeting people? Youknow, I mean, just the feeling.
For me, it's more of a feeling.
I guess they need to really workon the thought. More, you know,
for me, I'm still in the gutplace, I guess. I don't know. I
just feel things you know. Andit's like, Oh, and, and also

(22:56):
that's like a mirror also, because sometimes, okay, when
somebody is giving off a certainenergy, okay, can be Miss
construed, like we were justtalking about the nonverbal
thing. So I think that it'sreally important to be aware of
how you are coming off thepeople because sometimes I could
walk into a room of people withsome immediate, you know,

(23:19):
whatever. And, you know, peopledon't, you know, they're a
little bit intimidated by me.
And I'm, I'm wanting to be like, the most loving, connected
person, but you don't realizeit. So you need to, I think that
another thing is to be aware ofusing all of those gifts that we
have to connect to make yourselfmore available to other people.

(23:43):
Well, the others, okay, you justbrought up a really important
thing here, okay, without youmaybe even realizing, okay,
okay, sometimes I can beintimidating to somebody or
sometimes I can come over over, you know, like, really
overzealous or whatever it is,but my intention is to be a
certain way. We all do it. Okay.
I, you know, I know that I'veintimidated people, my whole
life, but some of it has to comefrom the fact that you you

(24:05):
started this conversation withbeing in the present, yes. When
we can sit back and beapproachable, right? To not
leave your world wait to notonly our world, but we're
inviting in the messages. Yes.

(24:27):
So not the spirit world or, orour soul is intimidated by us.
But we talk about energies alot. And if our energy is
vibrating at a hyper rate, or anoverzealous or I'm gonna do this
now, and I gotta take care ofthis, and this is getting done,
or I'm gonna just tell you, andI'm coming in with a full force
when nothing else can get inthere. You have, and maybe a

(24:48):
little bit, you've taken all theoxygen in the room.

Fortune (24:52):
Right, right. Right, right. And I understand I
understand me

Unknown (24:56):
so. So that brings me to something else. Okay. You
know, we're talking about peoplebeing open to different ideas
and one one spiritual idea outthere that can be connected to
intuition. Is our chakras.

Fortune (25:10):
Yes. Oh, absolutely.

Unknown (25:13):
So people look at chakras as this, again, I'm
debunking everything, you know,a lot of people make a lot of
money by, you know, takingthings and making mystifying
them. Yeah, right. Like, I havethis knowledge and whatever,
it's not that complicated. Itcan, there's a lot of
information about it. And I'mnot putting anybody down there
to study this or anything likethat. But what I'm saying is, if

(25:34):
you want to get in touch withthose different elements, I
suggest you read about it, Isuggest you read about all of
those energy points, becausethat's all it is, is an energy
point.
Yes. exists. And you all athing, yes. And develop in your
space. Right? Right, right.
Developing your pineal glandhelps with your intuition.
living in the now talking toyour higher self meditating,

(25:58):
like all of those things, which, you know, when you're using when
you're, you know, to open yourchakras, you're meditating,
well, I'mgonna say something else, I
don't think it's possible tojust open your chakras. I don't
really believe that all of thosepractices you're talking about,
they are all good practices ashumans, they give us the space
to get into a knowing with ourhigher self, but I don't believe

(26:22):
Okay, so you got to look at yougot to look at chakras this way.
It is. It's an energy cycle.
Okay, some people say it'scircular. Some people say it's
vertical, and it comes down, itcomes up, okay, and goes down,
right? And then if you got onechakra that's blocked, and the
other one isn't functioningproperly, well, there's some

(26:44):
truth to that from thestandpoint of just like your
body, just like your physicalbody, not your spiritual body is
an organism where each organeach, right, I had loved each
other, they connect and theywork with each other. And if one
thing isn't working properly, then it might be impairing it
eventually break down some otherarea, but it's not really you

(27:05):
know, you wouldn't treat theliver liver the same way you
would treat the heart. Okay, theright different approach
different Right, right, right.
Right, right. So you just go anddo the same thing for each each
area, right, but you'd like but you
can concentrate on differentthings, but but the concept that
we are, we need to unblockeverything are on, it's flowing,
it is flowing in some way. Howyou can make it flow better, is

(27:29):
to change your consciousness.
Yes. And another like I wassaying journaling and meditating
all these things, but also to becreative, like drawing, create,
you know, paint anything that'screative. That's
what I'm saying is these are notgoing to unblock your chakras.
Those things will not unblockyour chakras. So you're saying

(27:50):
that I think that's that's athat's a, you know, I'm sorry, I
feel like it is. It has to beyou have to treat the whole just
like if you were treating thebody we believe in holistic. So
if you're treating the body youwould be putting into account
everything that's going on. Notokay, well, I want to be more
psychic. So I'm gonna do this.
So wait, what are you

Fortune (28:09):
saying though? You're saying that you do need to one
by one.

Unknown (28:14):
No, saying the opposite. Okay. That's what I'm
saying treating it as the wholeis treating it in this idea of
going to like somebody, oh,well, you're this is blocked. So
let me help you unblock that.
Well, yes, it may. But what'sreally happening is is you need
to have your full consciousnessopen to that so Yoga is not just
good for your for your your sixsharpens right. It's good for

(28:35):
every chakra, it's good foreverything, right? You know, you
can you can say well, it meansthis it means that and I'm
probably going to get lettersand I don't care because I'm at
that point in my life. But, butwhat I'm saying is is that yes,
there there each chakrarepresents something just like
your heart pumps blood, youknow, your liver, detoxifies,

(28:55):
all of those things, your brainthinks and processes and tells
your organs what to do. But likeyour sixth chakra is your
intuitive ability. And somepeople confuse their sixth
chakra with their seventhchakra. I wouldn't know. Okay,
we are. So your sixth chakra isyour is your intuitiveness and
it's basically that knowing, okay, you know, you don't know

(29:19):
how you know, you just know. Soyou can cultivate that in a lot
of practical ways. You cancultivate it in ways of finding
your center so that you can hearyourself
write music, you know, like justsaying connecting to anything
creative writing music, art, youknow, just building something

(29:44):
you know, you would just redoingfurniture you know, in that
moment as you're doing thatyou're connecting Oh absolutely.
I'm just saying that's notunblocking your chakra that's
that's that's unblocking yourwhole being. That's not just
blocking. Oh, my throat chakrais a little block. So I think
I'm gonna go do this, you're,you're connecting to the whole
array, right? So the wholeexperience, and really, that

(30:07):
knowing is almost the heart ofthis realm, that soul connection
to yourself. Now interview wantto you want to go higher, then
you want to go to your crownchakra. And if you go to your
crown chakra, now you are indivination, you are in high
spirituality, you are connectingto the upper realms.

(30:30):
So, does that put your brainsomewhere else to? Like, does
that coincide? Like thespiritual?
There's a connection betweenhonestly, I mean, what I believe
is that reading you are, you'rehere and connecting to your,
your, your, your sixth sense, which is what they call it,
right? Playing all thesedifferent words, for everything.

(30:52):
Now, yes, you aren't like just,it's almost like the building
bridge to get to the next you'renot far away from that. Usually,
if you're in that state of mind, where you're listening to those,
those, those senses, thoseknowings, that information
that's coming to you, you'reprobably on the path of a kind
of transforming your own naturebecoming more aware of things

(31:15):
that are of more of a spiritualnature. And that's what you're
connecting to the crown chakra, that's where it comes in. So you
need to be open.
Right? Right. I mean, I'm open,I don't know from there. But I
feel like the more than Ipractice these different things,
you know, to take the time tomeditate, to be creative, to hat

(31:37):
to listen to my inner voice, tous, all of these tools are, you
know, different. Just changeyour day, you know, change your
day, put some of these things inyour day to open yourself up to
this. So you can manifestwhatever it is that you want.
Because connecting to that innervoice can do it and talking to

(32:01):
it. You if you're saying, Oh,I'm really afraid about this,
or, Oh, I don't want to be sick,I feel like I'm getting
whatever, I'm having a headacheor whatever, then you're
bringing that on, you know whatI mean? So it's the opposite. So
if you establish thatconnection, you know, with your
intuition, you can start saying, wow, you know, I really want to,

(32:22):
you know, I really want totravel I really haven't seen, I
want to see family that Ihaven't seen or a friend that I
haven't seen a long time and allof a sudden, there's the
opportunity. You know, this isan awesome magic. So we could
have a magic and but it's a it'sa Practical Magic, because

(32:43):
that's kind of what I'm tryingto say here is that we all have
disability. Yes. And ifanybody's really looking for how
do I do this,

Fortune (32:51):
I would love to have it,

Unknown (32:53):
you have it right? You need to slow down and read
what's going on beyond the Igotta get to the next point,

Fortune (33:03):
right? Smell the rose,

Unknown (33:04):
we really, really, I guess, receive the information
that's coming.
Because even if you slow down, you could still be like, with
your mind going 100 miles anhour. I mean, I mean, you'd have
to totally clear your mind.
I mean, Albert Einstein was wasa person who absolutely believed

(33:27):
in intuition and used his hisstudies that to take him down
different pathways, right?
Oh, obviously, he got a lot ofmessages, all messages that were
totally out of the box thateverybody you know, but guess
what, it changed our world? Itcan all change each other's
world. Yes. And so we're tryingto do here? Well, we're trying

(33:47):
we're gonna succeed. There's notrying to only do it. So I'm
saying we're doing gonna succeeddoing it. Yeah.
So what I'm saying is if iswe're all intuitive. We just
have to get get to knowyourself, right? Spend some time
with yourself. I mean, there isso much coming at us all of the
time. And I won't get into the,you know, the theory of well,

(34:10):
it's coming at us for a reasonto keep us from all of this
that's up to each individual todecide where they want to go and
how you want to develop. Butthere are all kinds of things
happening that come at us dailytraffic, our jobs, I'm gonna say
we don't go to work. I'm notsaying that. I'm saying learn
how to balance balance, and findthat time for yourself and

(34:33):
really believe that you are asoul. Yes, not a body voice, not
a body, you are a soul. So it'smore important to listen to that
soul. And we haven't gotten intomediumship or anything like
that. That's a whole otherepisode. That's another episode
but I will connect it on thislevel. If we are all souls. We

(34:57):
can also hear souls

Fortune (34:59):
right The others

Unknown (35:00):
and that doesn't mean the people that have passed on,
necessarily, I can hear yoursoul. That's what being
intuitive is, well,I can hear Absolutely, like you
call someone, they go, Oh, mygoodness, I was just gonna think
about, you know, just thinkingabout you, right? That happens
all the time. And that's anothergood practical thing you can do.
Right? We don't recognize it.
You know, you want to talk aboutjournaling, when those things

(35:22):
happen, write it down reallyquickly.
I was thinking about Margaretand Margaret called, or I was
thinking I should call Margaretand I called her and she said,
whatever it is, or I was I feltlike I should go to the grocery
store right now. And then when Iwent I, I ran into somebody I
haven't seen in 20 years. Oh, mygosh, you know, but I listened
to that feeling. All of thosethings is intuition. Right, just

(35:44):
pops up when you start to recordit and look at it from the
standpoint of

Jean (35:48):
how often it happens.

Unknown (35:51):
How often such an unconscious thing and how it's
influencing everything we'redoing all the time. It's not
some witchy airy fairy thing.
No, it's a real part of who weare. Yes, embrace it.

Fortune (36:04):
And it's a it's a great, yes, it is part of us.
It's a part it is.

Jean (36:09):
It is so much better than our hair,

Unknown (36:12):
I guess. Can we agree for a moment that we understand?
Yes, we understand what how, howimportant it is to have our
intuitiveness awakened. Yes,yes. Trust yourself. Yes,
believe in yourself. And we'regoing to start doing some of
those exercises. Yes,

Jean (36:29):
we are. Alright, sounds good.
