episode's thought provoking
topic and what it means to usthrough everyday life challenges
and practical spiritual tools.
Fortune (00:16):
So let's start sharing
Hello, darling. Hello, darling.
How you doing?
Jean (00:25):
I'm tired but I'm good.
Follow Oh, we did a bunch of fahLah Lah Lalah ing maca maca
yesterday?
For two days. Yes. Very nice. Wehad a beautiful Christmas Eve.
And then we had a beautifulChristmas Day. And we're
surrounded by a lot of beautifulpeople. Yes. A lot of beautiful
(00:49):
people too. It was freezing, freezing, freezing. But yeah,
Fortune (00:54):
it's nice. The fires
and the food. Oh, yeah,
definitely need to put out someresolution.
Jean (01:02):
That's true. Which brings
us to this week's episode.
Fortune (01:06):
Resolutions,
resolutions and what is
resolutions? It's let me giveyou a few ideas what I think
resolutions. I'm ready. It's NewEnergy. Because I think we think
it's a new number. So brings upbecause we got a new number New
(01:26):
Year. Oh, I remember the olddays used to write checks and go
home. What's the right the newnumber? Yeah, nowadays, we don't
have to do that anymore. But anda big, big big one putting the
past behind us. 22 will be over.
And we can put that behind us.
And hopefully we learn somethingfrom it. Amen. Brother. Can we
(01:50):
can start a new. Alright, so.
Jean (01:55):
So yes, we can start a
new, we can start a new but
isn't resolution also like, that's like, that's really what
a resolution is is like there'sa part of the past that either
is present that I no longer wantto be present. Or there's
something that wasn't there thatI want to bring to life? Oh,
yes, absolutely. So a resolutioncan be something you want to
(02:18):
stop doing. Do you no longerfeel is serving you or is
negatively serving you. Or itcan be the opposite. It can be
something that you weren't justrealigning. It was something you
want to put in place like, oh,you know what, maybe I want to
start doing yoga, or I want togo for a walk with the dog every
night and taking some nature.
And that'll be good for me torecreate, calculate and reset,
reset myself,
Fortune (02:39):
I like that reset time
to reset. Because, you know, I
know, time and space is notreal. But we are a year older.
And we have to say, Okay, I haveto take advantage of the time
that I do have to transform.
This is true, you know, and Ithink that this is a time when
(03:00):
we really think that over andtry to put it into every day we
have a new day
Jean (03:08):
to start over. Yes, that
is that.
Fortune (03:12):
So we know the new
year, but we have a new day
every morning when we wake up?
Well, so
Jean (03:17):
I think that that's you
know, I think that's where
people fail when they start, andI'm not saying you shouldn't set
a big goal. I'm not saying that.
But I'm saying when you try andeat the elephant all at one
time. Yes. You know, if you'regoing to set a goal for
yourself, or some new habit youwant to in Aegon bring into your
life, or something you want tostop doing, right? You can't
(03:39):
like if you fail, or you falter, maybe it's a better way of
saying it,
Fortune (03:46):
or you stopped doing it
because you are doing it then
you stop doing because thathappens a lot, right? You can't
Jean (03:51):
sit there and go okay,
that's it. It's blown. But
that's what we tend to do at thebeginning of the year, we tend
to go okay, it's a new year,Happy New Year. And it's like,
okay, I want everything tochange. Or I want a big change
or I want maybe it's a it's it'sreally not to me, when I started
really thinking about thistopic, we tend to do kind of
(04:14):
focus on the negative that we'redoing. But how about instead of
setting an intention or tryingto have a resolution towards I
don't want to do that thinganymore?
Fortune (04:24):
How do you do want to
do why don't we do want to do
Jean (04:27):
who do we see ourselves
becoming so let's set let's set
goals and intentions towards whoyou want to become?
Fortune (04:37):
Yes. And some popular
things that people you know,
everybody wants to lose weight, you know, of course because we
all over indulge in theholidays. So everybody and you
know what, for me? It's alwaysresetting to do with healthy.
I'm always resetting that, youknow, I mean because you always
fall off and yes sir. You knowit's called I'm hungry, just
(05:01):
want to have some comfort. Andso it's like resetting to be
also your choices, you know, spending time with who you want
to spend time with. You knowwhat I mean? Making a choice.
That's a very good one. spendingtime alone. You know, because
that's when we connect the bestis when we're alone. I know for
(05:24):
me the shower is like church.
Oh, yeah, the shower is churning
Jean (05:30):
up the bathtubs, same
girl, same kind of
Fortune (05:33):
thing, but you're alone
with your thoughts. And it also
you have that quiet time. Youknow, I mean, the shower is a
little noisy, but it kind ofmakes you focus on your
thoughts. And to really be like, just let it in, let it in, you
know, and it's a cleansing, which, you know, doing our
(05:53):
resolutions sometimes does feellike a cleansing, because we do
want to shed the old and bringin the new. Yeah, no, I agree.
So,
Jean (06:04):
well, you know, we talk a
lot about, you know, the, the
show was twofold resolutionslash intentions, right. So I
think when you set an intention,it's a way of kind of fine
tuning that resolution? Like, who is it that you want to
become? How do you see yourself?
Can you envision that person, you know, in front of you, and
(06:29):
that you can see it from, fromthe physicality to the energy
rating on and off of you? Howyou interact with others? How
this setting this goal foryourself? How will that benefit
other people in your life? Howwill it encompass a change that
is good for
Fortune (06:48):
all right, make your
environment different?
Definitely, you know, and thatthat is with your decision that
you do as soon as you wake up?
Okay, every decision you makeevery aspiration that you have
that day, if you're excited, oryou're feeling low, or you're
feeling up, it's all? It alldepends on that? Yes,
Jean (07:08):
yeah. And we don't want it
out in the air, we want it
tangible. We want to say, Okay,if I take the steps for this
desire to change something, whether it's stopping or
starting something, right, thisis what's going to unfold, and
taking it down the road to seehow that will, will actually
(07:29):
change something or benefitmyself. Others, you know,
Fortune (07:34):
definitely others
because guess what? controlling
our actions, you know what Imean? Like, you just sent me
that meme about controlling? Didyou send that phone about the
food? Yeah. When you can controlwhat you eat and drink, then
that's it, you got it,
Jean (07:50):
you got it, because that's
your, that's your sub desire,
that is the base core, I need towe are of this body, and
Fortune (07:58):
controlling anybody
else was controlling yourself
and self control, right? Andmaking that promise to yourself
to say, okay, you know, when youcome,
Jean (08:08):
but when you carve this
out, what I'm saying is, it's
not just one one solution, oh,it's a new year. If you can
really make a plan. Do you knowI'm saying make a plan and say,
These are the steps I have totake? This is what that would
look like, once it comestogether. That makes if you can
see it, if you can desire it, ifyou can make it tangible in
(08:31):
yourself, write write it in thewhole universe, what's that
expression? The whole universe, you say what you want, the whole
universe is going to conspire tomake it bring up and for you.
Fortune (08:41):
Right, right. Right,
right. It doesn't have to be big
things. Like I was thinking, they're saying, Oh, get up at
5am I can't get up at 5am. Butguess what, I set my alarm for
710. Because you don't have toget up that early. kids go to
school later. So I'm going toset it for seven. I'm gonna give
myself 10 minutes early, just tosee at school and just change it
(09:02):
a little bit. Just a littletweak it so whatever. Um, before
going to bed? No,
Jean (09:07):
I'm gonna do in that 10
minutes.
Fortune (09:11):
I don't know, I may
just sit there and think
Jean (09:13):
that's something I'm gonna
sing. You specifically I'm
saying, if you're gonna wake up10 minutes, right? You have an
intention. What that is, isgoing to be encompassing, is it
going to be just a peacefulmoment before the day begins? Is
it going to be I'm going to grabmy shower first so that I do
that. And I have time to really, you know, interact with the kids
(09:34):
getting dressed, you know, whatis it that what do they want to
happen in that space? Or do thatlittle meditation to start? Yes,
absolutely.
Fortune (09:43):
That's what I was
thinking. Absolutely. I know I
have a few little things that Iwant to do. I want to really
have I want to do I have aproblem with doing something
fun.
Jean (09:53):
Yes, you do. So and that's
so funny to me because you were
my Lucy I love it. Let's go beMr. mischievious. Together,
whatever. But love fun. Yeah.
But like you love it. But youYou are such a you're such a
hard worker. And you're alwaysgot things you got to do.
Fortune (10:11):
Right, right. Right.
Right. Right. So I want to plantsome fun. Yeah, plant plan on
fun. And I'm all about this. Allright. Well, we talked about
creating a vision board. Oh,yeah. So definitely, I am
sticking to that I'm getting thesupplies. And we're going to do
that. Because I know you're, wesay these things, but to
(10:31):
actually do it, and to becreative. I know, you know,
Jean (10:35):
you know, what I think is
a great idea what, okay, we
should put that vision board onour subscription page. And let's
like, almost like a blog, like, what, what has happened? That
like is like instigating it, orsomething came through, or it's
a positive sign or something Ican, like, update that as to
(10:56):
what's
Fortune (10:56):
going on? Definitely.
Because once you put it out andshare it,
Jean (10:59):
and then we can have other
people send us their views. If
you guys want to do this withus, that would be amazing. Well,
we'll talk about that later. Butyeah, that's a great idea. I
like that sharing that.
Fortune (11:08):
Yes. And, of course,
being in the present moment to
let things flow. We've talkedabout this in other shows, but
really promising myself to be inthe present moment. And if
something is aggravating me, letit go. And connect, connect. And
just being you know, just beingin awe of everything, instead of
(11:32):
letting things bothered me.
Yeah, you know what I mean?
Because I think that I let thatrun my life sometimes. Well, I,
we were
Jean (11:38):
talking about this earlier
today. And we're gonna start
recording these, by the waybecause there's some good talks
on there. But, you know, we, wearts or have this practice where
we're, we've moved in, we'veincorporated into our day, which
is to realign ourselves, withthe universe with the Creator,
(11:58):
and to stop trying to, you know, control, push a boulder up a
mountain, and to start saying,You know what, maybe I'm not
supposed to push the boulder upthe mountain, maybe maybe
somebody is coming along to pushthe boulder for me? Or maybe I
need to go around the mountainor maybe what is life bringing
me in a natural flow? That isprobably better than I could
(12:22):
have even imagined for myself.
And I'm not suggesting nottaking action, but I am saying
that when you realign the peacein your soul, that's really what
it is to find the peace. Yes.
You. You uncomplicate your mindthat allows more flow to come in
(12:42):
absolutely ideas to come in. Andyou
Fortune (12:44):
know, it's silly,
because for me, I had the things
that I need to let go I have somany things that bother me.
Sometimes it's a smell, youknow, smell bothers me. Yeah,
you know, some Okay, fortune. Sojust go outside, take a breath,
or whatever it is, you know, just dealing with these, you
know, a negative comment dirt.
Sometimes they get crazy withdirt. And I'm like, What are you
(13:07):
doing? You're making yourselfupset over it sounds so silly.
But you know what, when it'sclean, I'm like, Ah, and it's
like what is that about thewhole European
Jean (13:21):
tours? So you want the
whole environment everything has
to be in its place and wheneverand and I love that too, but it
will Taurus has a lot of meaningmore about the feeling that it's
bringing, you know it's aboutand the action I can take like
can I paint that room or I can Iburn some incense. Yeah. And I
put some Donovan on and we'reall gonna feel gravy. I don't
(13:44):
know. But But yes, so there arethings that but but Okay, so
let's get we're off target here.
So let's go back to resolutionso when you're feeling these
things, okay, what what is areyou saying the resolution is to
stop doing that?
Fortune (14:02):
I'm saying no, well,
you can't stop if something is
bothering you. Okay, you can'tyou can't stop the thing but you
can find ways how to deal withit. Were put you in a different
head. Okay, you know what Imean? That's I'm saying like if
if you know if my kid is myolder kid is cooking something
that I don't like the smell ofit or whatever, whatever the
(14:24):
deal is, you know, I can walkoutside Yeah, or I can go to
another room and like you saidburn some incense or something
like that. Instead of gettingupset about whatever is
happening that I don't like, Ineed to just like we're saying
restore restore. How
Jean (14:39):
about knows that not even
walking away from it, but how
about appreciating what's goingon? Like, okay, let me stop
focusing on that. Right I don'tlike this thing. I don't like
the smell. I don't like thedirt. But what awesome that
she's cooking. She's in thekitchen cooking and we're
spending this time together.
This is I want to how gratefulAm I that that she's she's right
here. You're with me. Right?
(15:00):
Right. And that's hard to dosometimes. But oh, you know,
another thing when you set anintention or a resolution
that's, you know, when you finetune that thing. You know, it's
really good to let
Fortune (15:12):
somebody know, Oh, yes.
Setting a goal with someone youlove and trusting to keep it
going with, yes, you know, someone that you love and trust,
and then and then saying,
Jean (15:23):
right, I want to share
this. With that, and how that
go. That's basically ourfriendship. But yes, yes, you
know, but if you can, becauseguess why gets gets get guess
what the thing of it is that wetalked about the food or
whatever, it's a temptation. Itgets hard, you know, it's like
saying, Okay, well, this comesin, and it's like, I'm just
(15:45):
having a glass of wine, becauseI've had a hard day and when I
right, or you can have the glassof wine and you have setbacks,
or not the end of the road, butif you can call somebody and
say, God, I really don't know, you don't know, you want to wake
up tomorrow and go, I didn'thave that glass of wine. And I'm
so glad that I felt empowered, right, that
Fortune (16:03):
I didn't need to I
didn't need to do it. I wouldn't
charge Yes, yes, yes. Yes. Yes.
And, and also,
Jean (16:09):
for PAM came off the scale
or something, and you went, Wow,
that was so good. And I'm proudof you and cheering each other
on. That's, that's an amazingtool.
Fortune (16:17):
It does calibrate, and
I think also having a motivation
to whatever it is that you want, okay, it takes work. But like if
you want to go, you know, ifyou're doing dieting, or
whatever, so you're gonna say,okay, when I lose, I don't know,
five or 10 pounds, I get to gobuy myself a new outfit or
something, some kind ofmotivation, from saving money,
(16:39):
okay, if I save this amount ofmoney, I can treat myself to
something a facial or a vacationor whatever it is, you know,
board system, right, likemotivation, you know, waking up
early, you have more personaltime. So, you know, that kind of
stuff where you feel like you'remotivated to do it. Because
guess what, if you're notmotivated to do something,
(17:00):
you're not gonna do it.
Jean (17:01):
Right. It's also changing
your environment. Like you can
say, Okay, well, I want I wantto do this. Okay, so you're
growing up smoking. Okay. Okay.
And but every Saturday night, you go out with a group of
people, and they're all smoking, that's gonna be really hard.
Yes. You know, right. If you'regoing on a diet, and you didn't
clear out your refrigerator ofall the temptations in there,
(17:23):
you know, that's hard. Right?
Right. So you have to set yourso you have to kind of really
take those efforts to setyourself up for success and, and
remove the temptations or asmuch as you can, they're going
to come in, they're going tocome in Oh,
Fortune (17:39):
absolutely. That's
where the, that's where the
miracles come from thatchallenge actually, ankles,
great. Once you can hold out andstick to it. That's where the
miracle comes in. Yeah, that'swhen you get on the scale, and
the pounds go down, or you feelwonderful from working out, or
whatever it is that you'rechoosing to do differently,
right.
Jean (17:57):
And it doesn't have to be
a physical thing. You know,
sometimes, like you were saying, you can take an action to go.
Somebody at work, they're alwaysdoing this or saying that or,
and it bothers me, you know, andI always feel like I have to say
something or whatever. How aboutjust accept them? Yes, you know,
that's a resolution. You know, Iaccept other people accept
(18:18):
what's going on. And thatchanges in energy internally,
where you're at peace withyourself, yes. And when you're
at peace with yourself, you canenjoy them more than you can
just because you're not angry, you're not even angry, but
you're not even it's notaffecting you. You know, when we
take everything so personally, that this is affecting me or
this is, if we can really getoutside of ourselves, we will
(18:39):
see that all of that is is kindof
Fortune (18:42):
true, right? It's not
it's really not real.
Jean (18:45):
We make it real. And it's
all about well, why. And I feel
and I was always and I wastaught and this is the way we
always did it. Or I would neversay that or, yeah, that's
judgment. And we got to get ridof that kind of stuff to change
to bring in the nether energy, right? Because New Energy you
bring that positiveness, youdon't want it always be about a
(19:06):
negative you want it to be okay.
This is something that I see inmyself. It's currently not about
the other person. It's aboutwhat I need to transform in
myself. Yes. And it doesn't needto be a physical thing. It can
be a spiritual thing. It can bea mindset, it can be a small
habit of like you said, takingthe time in the morning or
whatever, small things babysteps to the bigger picture,
Fortune (19:30):
right? And to find out
what that is
Jean (19:34):
and feel your strength.
It's so empowering when you can
Fortune (19:37):
Oh, yes, yes, it's,
it's unbelievable. We can do.
It's amazing. But to find that,I was thinking about this and I
was thinking that you need toask yourself questions like,
what's different? Like from whatare you know, from this past
year? Oh, yeah. Well, I was justthinking different about myself.
(19:57):
What do I do differently and Getto know yourself. Like think
about that. And maybe the pastyear has changed your
priorities. You know what Imean? Maybe things have changed,
and
Jean (20:08):
maybe you've achieved
something, give yourself some
credit. I mean, really look backat this past year and go, Okay,
when I started this, this year,I was
Fortune (20:16):
here, I know, I've made
somebody change, we've
Jean (20:19):
done some good things. And
we need to say, bravo, bravo,
you did something good, youknow, and, yeah, there were
challenges along the way. Andthere's been a lot of things
that we've had to overcome thispast year. But wow, look at
that, and brings growth and lookat what we want to come forward.
even further. Yes. You know,
Fortune (20:37):
yes. And that brings me
to my next idea about once we
figure out where we've been, where are we going, you know,
change or try something new, maybe, you know, whatever it is,
like, some people cut theirhair, or they try a new perfume,
or they move around theirfurniture to have a different,
(20:58):
you know, energy in the house ora loved one that or, you know,
um, you know, you want to createa different energy to manifest
for the future. Yeah. So nowyou, you see where you're, you
know, you look over your pastyear and see where you've been,
and how you've changed and whatpriorities you have now. Because
I bet if everyone does that, they will see a change in
(21:19):
priorities, that they do nothave the same priorities, and
going into the new year, findingsome something new. Yeah,
something new. And it'sexciting.
Jean (21:30):
You know, and I think you
can actually think you have the
same priorities. Okay, but maybethe changes, maybe we won't get
to, you know, like, whateverconvoluted about this, but you
have changed so much that youthink you still have the same
goal. But the goal has actuallybecome so much bigger, because
(21:52):
of all of the things you'veachieved that through this past
time, and it's just almost beenlike a continuation of one thing
after another. So we kind ofgive each other credit, gotta
give ourselves credit. Gottagive people in our lives credit.
Yeah, that they have overcomethem. They've changed and the
changes they've made. Right, right. Right. Right, because
they got Federalists, and that
Fortune (22:14):
was a lot of people
that were, in our own life have
gone through some very bigchallenges. And they have gotten
through it. Yes. And, you know, hopefully, it's growth for
everybody, not just them foreverybody, you know, and I
struggle with this, but seeingyourself who you want to be,
that's another direction. Youknow, when you're talking about
(22:37):
manifesting a new year, who youwant to be, and sometimes, you
know, that's hard, it's not soeasy. You know, what I mean?
It's like, you know, beat like,we say, You're the writer of
your play, you know, so you kindof gotta go, Okay, well, if I
really was writing this movie,or this play,
Jean (22:59):
well, you're also the
director and you're the star. So
you know, what if you don't likeplaying the part of the of the,
of the depressed, you know, divorcee, whatever, then make
yourself the queen of the ball.
Fortune (23:12):
Right? But that's the
thing. You know, you have to
actually sit there and thinkabout the transition of whatever
it is that you want to change.
Right. And and
Jean (23:21):
also, you like you, you're
saying, Take inventory. Okay.
And part of taking inventory isnot like just at the end of the
year, take inventory. You know,I think we learned a long time
ago that, you know, you'retalking about taking 10 minutes
in the morning, 10 minutesbefore you go to sleep at night,
and really go absolutely justthat day, no technology, just
(23:41):
but don't forget to just thatday, what happened that what
happened today, right? Whathappened today that was positive
to make my vision for myreality, come to be where were
my setbacks? What could I dobetter tomorrow, and be gentle
with yourself, and then let itgo and forgive yourself. Let go
(24:04):
of anything that you felt hasharmed you whether it's a person
or a situation, and and try andthink of, when I go into this
tomorrow, when I wake uptomorrow, or this New Year, or
this New Year, I'm going to lookat it differently. And I'm not
going to be affected by it in anegative way, or an irritated
way or a reactive way. I can Ijust I spent some time and I
(24:27):
realized, gosh, that was silly.
Why am I making so much of thator I could really have changed
this by doing this small littlething or so there's all
different ways you get adifferent perspective on it.
Yes, Baby steps, baby steps.
It's not a giant leap into thevoid sometimes.
Fortune (24:44):
And how about this? I'm
ready. Make a list of things
that bring you joy. How aboutbaskets, and do we'll make a
list to do? Yes. But likesometimes we don't even know
what brings us joy. You knowwhat I mean? Like it Sit down
really not a grateful list. I'mtalking about a list that you
(25:04):
think of things that give youjoy. No grateful
Jean (25:06):
as you're acknowledging
what is joy is what you want to
go do. Right, exactly.
Fortune (25:12):
So I think that that
would be an awesome thing for
New Year's resolution is makethat list of things that bring
you joy, and do them. Yes. Anddream dream while you're doing
it. Like don't just go, youknow, go out of the box a little
bit. You know what I mean? Goout of the box. Sometimes, like
we especially me, you know, Oh,can't do that. Can't do that.
(25:34):
Can't do that. Yes, you can.
Yes, you can. What do you wantto do?
Jean (25:37):
I'm glad I have this on
tape, because I'm gonna play it
back for probably in an hour. So
Fortune (25:43):
let's do this. Oh, we
know we can come down. Right,
right. Listen, we can start anew at any given moment. Because
time doesn't exist. Any moment.
We can change it.
Jean (25:56):
Yeah. Like I know where
we're gonna be next week. And
it's gonna scare the bejesusDaddy? Oh, yeah.
Fortune (26:05):
Well, you know, it's a
little, it's a little hard for
me, because like I was tellingyou earlier, I asked my
daughter, I'm like, getresolutions. Oh, yeah, whatever.
And she's like, Yeah, I'm gonnado resolutions and like, well,
what are they? Well, I'm notthinking about them. Now. You
don't think about the wishbefore you blow out the candles.
You know, it's right then inthere. So I think that when
(26:27):
you're on that edge, we knowthat's
Jean (26:29):
great advice. Because most
of us, most of us do. Most of us
do. Think about it. Most of us.
Most of us are very, all theanxiety and worry. Because what
do I want? What? What what is itgoing to look like? What do I
write? So I'm saying if we canlet go a little bit and kind of
just
Fortune (26:47):
just when you close
your eyes to blow out that
candle. That's when you makerealign myself
Jean (26:52):
with the universe. And I
know what the universe has in
store for me is gonna beamazing. Yes.
Fortune (26:59):
Yes. So that blew my
mind, you know? So you
Jean (27:04):
can guess what's also
amazing. You want to hear
another miracle. She's in yourkitchen cooking and smelling?
Sorry, you're listening. Sorry.
But she's giving you this
Fortune (27:14):
advice. Oh, I know.
Jean (27:17):
This show love it is
giving you a chance to ask her
that question. Yes. So amazing.
Is that? Yes.
Fortune (27:23):
Yes. So so it's all
good. It's all good.
Jean (27:26):
There's a beautiful thing.
It's a beautiful thing.
Fortune (27:29):
Okay, but another thing
that we were talking about too?
Yes. Okay. Putting the energy ofwhat you want for the future
also requires?
Jean (27:38):
Yes, Ashen. AACT. Iowa. We
need action. Yeah. So Well,
that's the big thing. Becauseyou can you can you can wallow
in your thoughts all day, right.
But if you don't do somethingabout it,
Fortune (27:54):
you can make the list
you can make the vision board
you can do all those thingsmeditation, but we need to put
things into action. So I, I hopeI wish I'm sending out some
energy to everyone listening, that when they make that wish,
and then they come up with theaction to follow through.
Jean (28:13):
Yes, sometimes it's hard
to know what the action is
because Oh, and here's here's,here's where here's where it
gets tricky. Yes. If I take thisaction
Fortune (28:24):
Oh, my goodness, what's
gonna happen? Things will
change. Oh, yeah. Bong, bong.
Jean (28:29):
Yeah, things will change.
And we want to change we wantthe change. We see this vision
we see this new life whateverbut but are what are we going to
even take one little crumb of achange and say, Well, I think
I'm going to I might look for anew job or I might maybe I don't
like this maybe if I moved to adifferent part of town, I would
have a whole different set offriends. Or maybe if I cut my
(28:50):
hair, something whatever is it?
Yeah, one action. Right, thatchange of energy. What did Coco
Chanel say? When a woman cutsher hair? She wants to change
her life? Did you know shesummer?
Fortune (29:05):
Yes. Because that's
like, that's like a declaration.
Yes. That's an intention. Yourhair. That's our intention. So I
know that vibe. You know, peoplecome they want a new color. They
want something new. Don't beafraid of
Jean (29:17):
change, right? Subtle
changes, big changes, take the
leap,
Fortune (29:22):
take the leap. And
we're gonna have an awesome 2020
Jean (29:26):
and trust that you're at
you can ride the top of the wave
and it's okay. It's good. Yes, Ican see the shore. Oh, yeah. Oh,
yeah.
Fortune (29:35):
I'm gonna need a
wetsuit though. Because like I
call you know, had to becomfortable, a little
comfortable in my surfing.
That's true. So,
Jean (29:48):
so can we agree that we
were ready to start a vision
board and start someresolutions, take some action
and take some action isimportant.
Fortune (29:59):
We are I If I can
agree, I kind of
Jean (30:03):
I know next year, we got
this has been recorded. You
know, we always were like a weekahead. So we just had Christmas
Christmas yesterday. So just togive you a little timeframe on
this, and this will be released
Fortune (30:16):
2023. Yeah.
Unknown (30:18):
So what's good about
that is that we have, we have
some changes that we're makingto the podcast, we've kind of
we've had some reflection, absolutely what needs to be
revamped up or made better. And,and we're not going to get into
that here. But but one of thethings that we're going to be
(30:39):
doing is we're bringing in alittle bit of outside energy,
yes, we're gonna have guests, just not not for
the whole show. It's still gonnabe us talking. But at some
point, probably at the end ofthe show, we're gonna, we're
gonna probably have a phone inof somebody that we highly
respect and has made someamazing things happen in their
life, whether it's, whether it'sperseverance, or setting goals,
(31:03):
or whatever it is about thisperson, and we're going to ask
him some questions and get get adialogue. Because there's all
kinds of if youwant to be a guest, yeah,
definitely let us know how itwould be awesome. Yeah, let us
know that F and J at Ignitecircuitry.com. Yeah, or have an
