highs and competition for housing intensifies, many New
Yorkers are struggling to find aplace to call home that they can

with The Affordable Scoop, a monthly roundup of deeply
affordable apartments currently available on NYC Housing

Each month HPD will spotlight deeply affordable homes with key
details on rent levels, income bands and how to apply so more

In 2025, HPD connected a record 10,336 households to affordable
homes through the city S HousingConnect affordable Housing
lottery. This month S featured listings
