This edition of CityTalk:LA en Español, “Fireworks in Los Angeles…exploding in the year of COVID-19” addresses the illegal use of fireworks in the City. We examine the dangers fireworks pose to public health, property, and pets, as well as the potential legal consequences from using them. This is serious business, and you can get killed, just as Joana Sainz García was killed in 2019 by fireworks exploding on stage.
