In a time where labels are the norm. "Karen" stands out pretty high in the crowd. Its used when wanting to label angry, "lying" or just complaining white women. 

I sat down with my friend Karen Foster to talk about this subject and how it's impacted her. 

I invited my son Micah to speak with me about his perspective as a teenager in today's time and focus on race/politics. It was pretty insightful and hope you all can enjoy this convo. I know I did.

Christians have had an impact on politics and race and also have been impacted by politics and race, for years. And in the US it is heavily obvious but is it actually confronted the way it should be? We talk about it, in a real and raw way.

Resisting arrest can sometimes be misunderstood and argued in times like today. I invited Sgt. Clyde Boatwright, VP of the Fraternal order of Police for the state of Maryland back to discuss this with me his perspective on this.

When you are a white woman in the south raising a black son or a black woman raising four boys, what could possibly go through your heads?

We invited Khanh Nguyen, Josh Kim and Mike Ng to discuss the Asian American community and how they are doing and the social justice concerns we have today. We even spent sometime discussing the "strife" between the Asian and Black communities. 

I sat down with Jason Fredericks, social media influencer and business manager. He manages people such as Kevonstage and various other social media stars. 

I asked him to come on to help discuss how he is doing and how is social media truly going to impact social justice as it stands today. Very good to hear his perspectives

I had a great conversation with Mike & Debi Adam and Spencer & Karen Foster. Both couples were very open and honest about aspect of their relationships that I believe was very insightful. Come with me as we dive into these interracial marriages.

In this very special episode, I sat down with Mrs. Roots, an 86 year old African American from West Virginia and Steve Weiss, a 68 Year Old from New York City. We discussed what their life was like growing up and living through a time where segregation and the civil rights movement was definitely a highlight of their days.

Young adults will always have a different view. They have more energy, they're newer to "grown decisions" and they can be a lot more upfront in todays time. I invited Micaela Parson a young black woman living in Philadelphia and Josiah Goodrum, a young white married man living in Charlotte.
