I’m excited to share that my guest this week is my dear friend Jon Nhan from The Haizhen Resonance who also has amazing and insightful human design content on TikTok. For today, I share a piece of wisdom from one of our many conversations that inspired this podcast episode on this beautiful morning Pod Walk. AND I woke up doing one of my fun meditation “hacks” this morning.

Lol, for a while I didn’t realize I was actually meditating in the morning when I did this. This is also the same hypnotic state I work with clients in to connect with their Higher Selves and their higher wisdom. I’ve gotten hits of inspiration, a call to action, to try a different approach in this very potent and suggestible state. A great place to anchor change into your Nervous System so you can create a life that feels closer to your soul.
