We are all worthy of abundance... It is part of the natural flow of life. Yet, some of us do not yet believe this based on our current circumstances or past experiences.
The reason some do not trust in abundance often comes from early life conditioning.
Part of learning to see the world as plentiful is learning to open up and receive.
Learning to trust that we will always be provided for is another belief that opens us up to abundance.
Identifying and acknowledging mental blocks can begin the healing process and set the stage for new outcomes.
Until the hurts are cleared, even affirmations and positive statements will not work, which is why we must do the inner child work of healing past traumas and releasing subconscious limiting beliefs.
Forgiveness is key to our health. Gail shares her story of when she was first diagnosed with breast cancer and her experience working with healers and how she learned that releasing grievances (forgiveness) is a must to truly experience healing.
An assignment to jumpstart your abundance:
Make a list of those you hold grievances towards. Ask yourself what is it costing you to hold this grievance? What is the benefit of letting it go?
Quotes from this episode:
