Another great American week.
This week came with a lot ofodd feelings.

and light, but at the same time, I felt like there was some
reverence happening for someonewho was very divisive and was
the opposite of the thing thatwe need right now.
There's a dynamic there that'shard to balance in yourself.
We really need to protect whatwe allow into our lives and,

whether that be dangerousrhetoric, horrible violence,
whatever it might be, if you arelogging in and you find
yourself drained by what you'rereading or experiencing, I think
it's okay to like back up.

We're not meant to experience so much information
so immediately and rapidly.
The simultaneous like influx ofbad news information, lots of
opinions, and I feel like we'rekind of all just collectively
contributing to it.
We don't know where to put ouremotions and our feelings and we

I deleted TikTok this week.
I saw too much shit that I didnot want to see.
When you are affected by thatkind of stuff in a way that,
like it's one thing to hearabout, it's another thing to
have a front row seat, right,yeah, you're not supposed to do
that.

Lauren (01:32):
Yeah.

That's not a normal thing .
That's not a good thing.
It kind of forces you to faceenvironments.
We want to be the people whohelp bridge, like, a new way of
thinking, a new way of life, anew way of spirituality, a new

way of like interacting with theworld.
Some people out there are thereto fight.
It might be helpful for you toknow if you're a builder or a
destroyer.
You know, are you out therejust in opposition to something,
or are you here buildingsomething new and a new way of
being?
And there's no right way?
Both are okay, but know who youare, because if you're trying

to be the thing that you're not,you're going to you're going to
jack yourself up real bad.

And your, your energy is going to feel out of alignment,
like if I just started takingup arguments with everybody.

I'm saying, for sure, vote.
But, like you know, choose yourcheck-ins.
Choose your check-ins wisely,in a way that works for you and
protects your energy and whatyou're about and what you're
building.
Leave the rest to someone else.
We live in a society.
You're not supposed to be allthings all the time.

I'm done personally with this bullshit of feeling the
need to have my thumb on thepulse of every violent thing
that happens in the world,because if you spend too much
time in that space, that becomesyour entire reality.

We can't do that.

Then your belief is that the world is a violent,
dangerous, unsafe place.

And there's a lot of good that's happening too.
