Clarity Fam,
I'm about to embark on a 5 day journey with my company ASOTU to cover the largest show for Retail Auto Dealers, the NADA Show. 30k people will converge on Dallas to show and tell everything that is on the cusp of the future of automotive. But guess what...
There are millions of folks who are in the industry and won't get to go and I think it's the leader's job to bring as much back as possible. Merely going isn't enough to keep your people in the loop with you. A leader needs to provide a way for their people to experience and, most importantly, be able to contextualize what is happening in the industry.
This is what I call 'making the world smaller' and it applies to business leaders as much as it does to parents. I talk about it more in the episode.
And if you'd like to follow along for the next few days to see what the show I'm covering is all about, follow along here.
Pursue Clarity,
Paul

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
