Clearly Cathartic: Disempowering the Shame of Mental Illness

This podcast aims to dispel the myths and disempower the shame of living with mental illness. Drawing on personal experiences with mental health, as well as a career in education that has taken him from Canada to Asia and back again, host Andrew Ovens addresses how mental illness is often addressed (or not addressed) in our society and offers his unique take and commentary on a variety of mental health issues. This podcast series is directed at young adults, but everyone is invited to listen. This podcast is not intended to provide medical or professional advice.
