Which is funny because Zak talks about how he literally just strained his hamstring 3 days ago, and goes into how he’s managing it for an upcoming tennis tournament. Or, do you ever get the sense that athletes and clients expect rehab to work in the same way that a mechanic fixes a car or an electrician fixes a light switch? A lot of times it just ain’t that straightforward. Or take something like Plyometrics – we often associate that word with end stage rehab or for high level athletes, but is that the best way to think about it?

The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
