Back in the day, not even way back because some people still feel like being strong is a form of strength. I may even agree to a certain degree BUT once it starts to affect who you are physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually you need to do something different! When you know better you do better and we as a society now know that be strength looks different. We now know that you can not our from an empty cup. We now know that we are responsible for our own individual happiness and inner peace. The biggest thing now that we know these things are what are we going to do about it? Are we strong enough to take the hard steps of putting our self first? Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is our responsibility! Remember the conversation about self love?
