Some of us have known each other for ten years,
and like three years ago this group sort of formulated
as we all started hanging out producing content together and

four weeks, but then kept extending and now it's been
three years.

And it was just a friend of us who asked us,
you know, you're basically kind of like a boy band,
but you don't sing. Let's just try it. We're like, okay, yeah,
let's do it. And after these three days we heard
the songs where like that actually sounds good. We developed
the mindset of the last two or three years that
if you put hard work in it and really believe
in it, you can do it. And yeah, so over

(02:16):
the last one and a half years, we have vocal
cultings every week and try to develop the art of music,
our own sound, and yeah, we are in a good
way with the with our FIRSTDP coming early summer this year.
We're really excited to share more of our music.

It's just Me and Myself and so all right, I'm.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
That goes up gee easy and bb rexs and Me
Myself and I came out in twenty fifteen and i'
love that he's climbing up the charts as well. And
bb shared on her TikTok how the song actually came about.

Speaker 7 (05:06):
Originally, Me and Myself and I was a song called
I Don't Need Anything, which was a UK based dance song.
Played it for somebody in the music industry because I
wanted it to be my single and they were like, nah.
The time, I was listening to this guy called Geazy,
and I really loved this song called I Mean It,

(05:26):
so I was trying to get in with him as
like anyway that I could. Finally, a friend of mine
was close friends with his manager, so I went in
with him, played him the song that's held Me Myself
and I came to light.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
You can also see the original version as well, which
she posted in her TikTok video, and if you've seen
her live before, she does sing it and she's absolutely incredible.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
And she also has a brand new single out.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
It is a dance anthem. It's called Chase It.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
I love it so much and you're gonna hear it
when it plays after Gazy and bb Rex's Me, Myself
and I on Club Lime Countdown with Jem, And the
last year has been a huge year for Rays Night.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
It really was to chose to Prince of j with Escapism.
It blew up and has song Prada.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
It's so good to see because she's been making music
for quite a few years now and it's so good
to see her journey in her getting the recognition that
she deserves. And a few months ago she was performing
at the brit Awards and she was performing a song
gave us the little taste of her new music, which
was a song called Genesis, and I'm so happy it

(06:38):
is finally out.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Like Ray's voice is just.
