Elisa is sharing the challenges of adult ADHD. Her understanding of her diagnosis, getting to the root of her ailments, her health/wellness journey, and staying focused. How she's created a command center to help her stay organized.
Elisa shares the tools and routines that work for her. About her short term memory, journaling and focusing. She found a great journal called Beacon that has an open calendar, a place for goals, gratitude and blank paper that has helped her stay organized. She found that when she stopped using that tool, things have been off.
