His motto is "Don't just talk about it, Be about it".
Shawn is a 9 year Veteran that did 2 tours in Afghanistan. His story impacts a lot of veterans and people that struggle with addiction and mental health. He is an inspirational speaker and helps those that want to get better.
He's also a Mindset Influencer and spends all of his time reaching out to others with his Social Media Platforms that he uses to helps others with Personal Development.
He uses his message to show people that “No matter what you struggle with you can overcome it”.
Shawn is a Veteran Activist who founded Vet Life 4 Life to Raise Awareness for Veteran Suicide, Mental Health, and Addiction. He uses his own experiences and knowledge to show others that “Your mental health does not define who you are”.
