People have a wide range of sensitivities. Some have very little sensitivity to what’s going on around them or within others. Some people have such a high level of sensitivity to the experiences of others that they have a hard time differentiating other peoples’ internal experiences from their own.

Jennifer Moore, author of Empathic Mastery joins us to share some insights into that experience, and how it can affect our relationships with others and our approach to conflict.
