Ultramarathoner Patrick Hallahan returns to the Co-Movement Gym Podcast after an epic finish at the Bigfoot 200. Patrick is an ultramarathon athlete, residing in Syracuse, NY, who recently completed the Bigfoot 200, a grueling 200-mile trail race in Washington state. He finished 22nd overall, in a time of 2d:17h:54m:56s – an incredible performance.
