Episode 87. Metrics That Really Matter
You've got the classics. You know what I'm talking about. The OG running metrics. Minutes. Meters. Miles. But there are some new cats and dogs in town too. Metrics that can also help you measure and understand your performance and progression. Metrics like cadence and heart rate. And there are more like the wildly diverse personal bests metric and the always fun metric known as... fun. Yes, fun can and should be a metric you pay attention to when it comes to your running. I hope you enjoy the discussion and that it helps you measure and understand you're running performance and progression a little bit more.
Cheers,
Coach Bennett
