SPEAKER_01 (01:29):
Well, Coach McCy,
you know I love you.
I love everything you're about.
I know we just we're having youguys really need to be like
being the pre-conversation.
I think I'm gonna start workingmy podcast like we're in a
pre-conversation before becauseI feel like so much juicy
information gets dimped intothat.
So I am an absolute pleasure tocome back.
Thank you for the invite.
I know you your audience hadsome questions around what we
(01:50):
talked about, around the theplanning around your female
cycle and some some things likethat.
You said, hey, there were somequestions.
So I'm like, oh, this is theperfect time to answer.
So what do you got for me?
SPEAKER_00 (02:02):
So you had uh talked
about how on a woman's cycle
that there's turn times whereshe's more brilliant or her
mindset is going through, youknow, is is attached to what
that time frame, you know, ofthe month.
And then there was a lot ofpeople that asked, Well, what
about if you are postmenopausaland you're not experiencing a
(02:23):
cycle anymore?
That was probably my number onequestion that a lot of people
asked.
How do you uh figure that outand know when your brilliance is
going to occur that month?
SPEAKER_01 (02:33):
You know, that is a
great question.
And I get this from women thatare perimenopausal,
postmenopausal, surgicalmenopausal, um, women that are
having issues with even umtracking their cycle.
They have other female healthissues, endometriosis, things
like that.
So your your guys, you ladiesare asking a great question,
(02:54):
honestly.
Um, and to be honest, theresearch is still relatively new
in all of this.
I think as women, we'reexperiencing it newly for the
first time.
Like, and I don't mean that in abad way.
What I'm saying is that we'reactually having conversations
around it.
We're leveraging the world ofsocial media to have like
conversations around what we'redealing with as women.
(03:15):
And at the same time, I thinkCoach McGee, you and I talked
about on our previous one, themedical research around women,
the ability to diagnose, and Ifound a strange uh statistics
that the women between ages 25and 35 are the most misdiagnosed
in what we are experiencingbecause we don't have the
(03:36):
language to describe what ourbodies are going through.
And sometimes they're justthrowing a bandaid on a gushing
wound and they don't know whatit is.
So when you're asking, like, what's the best way to track
this?
I actually brought this back tomy community because I do have
women in the community that arein those phases of life that are
surgical menopausal.
(03:57):
They've had mysectomies, theyhave no period whatsoever.
So, like, how do I follow this?
And I said, Well, what are someof the ways women throughout
history have been able to trackthis?
And what was shocked me um andhad me dive into it honestly,
Mickey, was the moon cycle.
Um, I worked with a lady that'sfrom Trinidad, and she goes, My
(04:18):
mother always said that one ofthe most natural ways for a
woman, whether they were intheir cycle or not, was to use
the moon.
And so I was like, what the heckdoes that mean?
Um because I'm serious.
Like you guys have taught me somuch.
This is definitely not meexpert, like and know it all.
(04:40):
What I'm discovering as Icontinue to work with women is
that we're teaching each other.
Okay.
We're learning and we'reevaluating because I still have
my Infradian rhythm.
I'm still going through mymonthly flow.
So some of the moon energy, thisis what's really interesting,
and I'll kind of share this.
So we actually created inside ofour planner a section, two
(05:00):
sections.
So we have a lunar calendar thatgoes through the whole year,
tells you all the four phases ofthe moon to be aware of, and
then it talks about like newmoon energy.
So this is fresh starts, newbeginnings, um, visualized
visualization, write down yourmonthly intentions.
And it is like the language isbeing used differently.
Um, when you work through the umquarter moon, take action, make
(05:27):
decisions.
So, like each phase of the moonactually correlates to a
different type of energy.
And so, what the women are doingis they're testing it, they're
saying, okay, in this planner, because first off, you need a
tool that can help you track.
And traditional 24-hour uh dayplanners aren't designed to help
(05:50):
a woman track her cycle, Mickey.
So, inside of this, as you gothrough the monthly, as we have
in here, we actually note yourdifferent moons and when they
happen.
So now part of this is we haveyou track your energy.
We have you start aligning yourtasks.
There's a section in here thatactually says during these types
(06:10):
of phases of the moon cycle, these are the tasks that during
this energy should be somethingyou can take a look at.
These are the money things youcan be um taking a look at.
So if you're looking atinvesting, if you're looking at
building your finances, there'sdifferent energy that you use
throughout your month.
Also, like I said, totaltransparency.
(06:30):
We are learning this as acollective.
So this is feedback from thewomen as they're implementing
it.
And so it is really, it's it'scoming together with around this
tool as a collective and saying, okay, I did this, this worked, I
tried this, that didn't work, oryou know, this felt a little
different.
(06:50):
But what I'm also noticing withwomen, we've just throwing a
whole another look into this, right, Coach Mickey, is that we
are also tied closely to nature.
So seasons affect us spring, summer, winter, fall.
And I'm like, okay.
I typically find myself way moreproductive in the fall time.
(07:11):
Like I feel like I'm definitelylike planting seeds during the
summer, and then the fall comesand I'm like ready to just be
really intentional with my time.
But that's my cycle.
That's what I've started tonotice as I continue to use the
planner because for the firsttime I'm tracking my cycle.
I know I'm 28 days apart.
I've like never knew that in myentire life.
(07:34):
Right.
So now I'm tracking it.
I've got people that areteaching me the moon cycles.
Did you know there's actually awhole sub-organization of women,
like a whole culture of womenthat do um moon dancing?
SPEAKER_00 (07:51):
No, I know I did not
yet wow.
SPEAKER_01 (07:53):
Okay.
So there's a group of women andthey meet stateside.
So there's like four differentstates that host um ways for
women to come together as acollective and they dance under
the moon, like the full moon atnight, and they do like just
embodiment.
So it's a lot of movement, it'sa lot of singing, it's a lot of
sisterhood.
This still exists.
(08:14):
They're not putting this on theweb, by the way.
It is all a word of mouth typeof experience.
So this tells me that I'm in theright direction.
And for us women, we justhaven't had the tool to help us
guide us through thisunderstanding of what our bodies
(08:35):
are doing.
And for the other women that areout there who think, yeah, I
don't know.
I think we mentioned this, butand um, one of the girls, and
most of the women that I startedtalking to around this, they're
watching their daughters.
So those that are before age 12,they're actually seeing them
cycle already.
Like their infradian rhythm, that 28-day cycle of energy, uh,
(08:59):
because they're homeschooling,they're watching, they're more
aware.
And they're starting to see thiseven before they start their
menstrual cycle, right?
That infradian rhythm.
So for me, there is thishypothesis that if we're
experiencing this as kids, weexperience it in our menstrual.
So I feel like there's thisInphradian rhythm phase.
(09:20):
There's the pre and the post.
That's where I'm really leaninginto because I feel like it
still exists, it's just going toshow up differently in your
life.
And so the learning how tocommunicate that, the wisdom
that's being shared and theconversations we're having is
really what's led to the plannerand giving us a tool to really
(09:43):
track, especially for women inbusiness, track your activities,
track your uh marketing, trackyour cash flow, uh, track your
health, track your engagementwith your family, really become
an aware of what your projectsyou're taking up your time or
what projects you're puttingfirst and foremost, and how
(10:03):
they're manifesting.
Because what I've alsodiscovered, shockingly, is that
women are doing more in lesstime because they're really
intentional around their energyperiods.
Courses are getting built out, books are getting written,
things are getting done ashorter period of time because
they know this is the time inwhich to do it.
(10:25):
So I think for the question isit's awareness.
And unless we're actuallyteaching ourselves and in
community and have a tool thathighlights that, then we begin
to strengthen it.
That was a lot of information, Iknow.
That was just everything goingon there.
SPEAKER_00 (10:43):
No, then which is
good because these are a lot of
the questions that were asked.
So I wanted to you had you hadsaid something in regards to the
seasons, and one of the thingsthat was brought to my attention
was some people have said, hey,I and I noticed that someone
said I seem to get more thingsdone in the winter.
And other people say, No, I'm asummer, I get more things done
(11:05):
during the the summer becausethey like the heat, and there's
that correlation.
So that next question was sowould the moon stages and things
like would the moon stationsstill affect um even during the
seasons.
I feel off.
SPEAKER_01 (11:20):
Yeah, and that's I
think you're off.
If you're feeling off, that isan awareness for you, right?
And I think as I talk with eachwoman, so like I'm working with
uh, she's in her 30s, she's amother of two young boys.
The youngest is still under ayear old.
She's like, I'm building mybusiness, but I want to be there
as a mom.
And traditional businesses takeoff, right?
(11:43):
She's like, but I need to slowdown.
Like I recognize I need to slowdown, but I need somebody that's
actually slowing me down.
And the only person that canslow another woman down is
another woman when we're havingthis conversation, right?
It's like, crap, girl, like weshould just sit here and eat
like a candy bar or veg out, right?
Like the permission to anunderstanding of what we're
(12:07):
experiencing, because a guycan't teach it to us, right?
So, you know, I think there is atruth there in your question.
I think seasons do affect usdifferently as women.
That's what makes us unique.
That's what makes us sisters.
Because Coach Mickey might be inone season and during this time
period, she's super productivedoing something else.
(12:28):
But I think in for a lot ofways, those are the people you
want to collaborate with.
Those are the people you want tofind in your different niches
and industry and say, like, Ineed my sisters that are like
this during this time phase.
And what would it look like ifyou were surrounded by people
that at different times elevatedeach other and could support
each other when it wasn't ourtime, right?
(12:48):
Like, this is our time to rise.
Let's support you and and youknow, have that conversation.
So yeah, I think seasonsabsolutely do play.
I'm starting to again as Itrack, uh, to be totally
transparent.
The planner, the first one,2025, came out last year, was
the first time I've everdesigned a planner.
I did it in 30 days.
(13:09):
That's pretty good.
Right.
You must have been in your goodcycle.
So knowing when my energy cyclewas, right?
I contacted a lady on Fiverr.
I said, This is what I want todesign is my planner.
I gave, I literally etchedthings on paper.
Ladies, you think I'm crazy, butI am notorious.
(13:31):
So, like, even this year'splanner, I was like, I want
something like this on theplanner.
Like, I literally give her asheet that has lines on it.
SPEAKER_00 (13:39):
I love it, I love
it.
SPEAKER_01 (13:40):
And so when you get
a good designer, she can take
that and you know, uh crazinessand be like, oh, you want that.
And I'm like, Yes, I didn't knowhow to get that to here, right?
I don't know how to put on acomputer, I don't know how to
design that.
So, you know, I think there'swhen yeah, we started this last
(14:03):
year, there was some really goodthings that we put into place,
and then we got feedback fromwomen, and so we shifted a
couple things in the planner.
We actually created more whitespace, Coach Mickey.
And so, what that does for womenis that it doesn't feel so
task-oriented and now createssome space to draw, to to color,
to think about what you'redoing, right?
(14:25):
So we designed the planner to bewrapped around like um an inner
circle conversation.
So the inner circle meets threetimes a month and they're in a
community, and so we plantogether, we hold each other
accountable, ask questions, andthen we celebrate together.
So when we plan, so like forJanuary, we'll plan the month of
(14:47):
January, going over what are ourobjections or what are our
projects we're working on, whatkind of money do we want to
make, what's our marketing, what's our overall cycle.
And then the very next page, which is something that was
different this year, they askedfor a blank page to like write
out and think through like whatthey're actually gonna do.
(15:10):
Then they asked for what weresome of the moon cycles, what
were your energy during each oneof these moon cycles or your
Anphradian rhythm?
What are your business tasksthat you might consider
energy-wise?
And then the last one is whatare your money tasks?
So, how does money flow in andout throughout your day?
And then the other part we addedwas a mandala.
(15:33):
Because what we found is thatwhen women color and they're
listening to a specific type ofmusic as they're planning, the
blank the brain re relaxes.
You're able to get into thatcreativity mode, you feel less
stress, and that five minutes ofjust being present in what
you're doing gives you the spaceto really create your month.
(15:56):
So those were some of the thingsthat got designed in here, and
there's other little nuancesthat got added, but I thought
that was really interesting.
Feedback from women is theywanted more like space because
everything feels like a task.
SPEAKER_00 (16:10):
You know, that's
great.
It's almost like having your ownpersonal journalslash planner
and and way to be able to laserfocus.
I mean, that that is reallybrilliant.
It really is, because it haseverything in it that you need
to see where you're going.
Because I, you know, I for me,uh, I'm I'm always drawing or
doodling or something.
If I if I get stuck somewhereand I'm like, okay, wait, that
(16:32):
didn't sound good.
I need to, I need to regroup fora second.
You know, so having that alreadyright in front of you is is
helpful because it has theinformation that you're trying
to do and you've got that thatescape right there.
I love it.
I love this book.
Now, this is your 2026 planner, right?
The one that you just showed us.
Okay.
SPEAKER_01 (16:48):
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
It just came in hot off thepress yesterday.
So I just gay.
SPEAKER_00 (16:53):
We're the first ones
to see it.
SPEAKER_01 (16:54):
You guys are the
very first ever to see this
planner in life.
Like, I was like popped open theplastic last night, and I was
like, okay, I really want tojust dive into this.
Um, because I loved how itteaches me, to be honest.
And I think that as a female,I'm learning.
Mickey, you're learning, everysingle woman in the community,
(17:16):
as we get into this insidergroup, as we learn how to design
life around us, it becomesreally a fascinating world that
we live in.
SPEAKER_00 (17:26):
It does, and you
know, I think as women, we we
put ourselves last, or we puteverybody else first.
You know, my my sister saidsomething to me, and this was
quite a few years ago, and itstuck with me.
And she said to me, she goes,Nick, when's the last time you
put yourself first?
And you know, I couldn't answerthat because I couldn't
remember.
Because I like you said it'sfamily, it's business, it's you
(17:48):
know, something else is comingup, it's you know, somebody
needs something.
And I'm like, this is you'reshe's right.
I I don't.
And I think as women, we wedon't do that.
We don't we think we we're beingselfish, or we think that we're
not supposed to, or we'rewaiting for things to calm down
until everybody's taken care of.
And you know, it goes back tothat original thing that they
(18:09):
say in the plane when you fly,you know, put your asking oxygen
mask on first, and then you cantake care of everybody else.
But we don't remember that inour own lives.
So having something like whatyou've created, which is a
calendar where our strengths areeach and every month, and then
knowing where we are emotionallyand and where we are to be able
to thrive, you know, gives usthat opportunity to plan.
(18:32):
You know, I mean, you and Itried planning a podcast around
you said, I gotta wait till I'mon, you know.
Like, it is but I I noticed thatI have this um all the time out
in the field.
I'll have days where I'm like, II got this.
I'm just I you know, I know it,I've got everything.
I can just and then there'sother times I'm standing there
like, I hope these guys got thisbecause I am really off today.
(18:56):
And I hope they don't ask meanything.
I really need to know.
I mean, I can pull it up, but itwould take me a minute.
Um, yeah, and you're so right.
You are so right.
We we go through these, these, these rhythm and that connection
and having that that sisterhood, you know, to have people to
connect with that say, I get it,I understand, you know, I I
value what you're feeling at themoment to be able to thrive.
SPEAKER_01 (19:20):
Yeah.
And I think into pointing intolike what you're saying too,
because it happens to me like Idid will say that ever since I
started tracking, I'm definitelymore sensitive to nature around
me, like seasons, things thatare going on in the universe
that I never thought I'd havelike this conversation around.
But what's interesting in whatyou said, you know, sometimes
there's there's times when youryour brain is just not
functioning at its highestcapacity.
(19:42):
It's it's downshifting to rest,right?
So there's there's a sense of asI talk with women, they're
better to they're better atcommunicating to their spouse,
their partners, their friends, what they're actually
experiencing with no shame andblame.
They're not afraid that this iswhat they're experiencing,
right?
Because we've been told, like,oh, you shouldn't be
(20:03):
experiencing that, or you'rejust being emotional.
And we've had so much kind of,you know, stop crying, stop
doing this.
Once you kind of understand whatyou're going through, you find
that you can communicate, likeeven to your coaching team,
right?
You're like, hey guys, like mybrain is mush.
Like, if the kids come up andask questions, I need you guys
(20:24):
to be my brain for me today, right?
I have that with a client.
So typically I don't take her onduring her menstrual phase, but
she's like, We're heading intothe holidays.
I'm not talking to you nextweek.
Can we do this?
And I said, great.
So we said, so I'm in my uhfollicular ovulatory uh phase.
So I'm high communication, highthinking.
She is like downshifting intolike rest, right?
(20:47):
So she brought me her slidedeck, what she's writing for her
for her business.
And I was like, I'm able to beher higher level of thinking,
and she just gets to absorb andlisten.
And then I said, So in the nextthree to five days, come back to
what I just said in the notesyou took and see what gets
triggered for you, becauseyou're then going to be in that
(21:09):
place to really look at this andhave a sense of what you're
delivering.
So I think that's the balancewhen you can communicate that as
a coach for me.
I'm able to coach women becauseI'm not pushing, I'm letting
them just receive, right?
And then I know when to push.
(21:29):
When you're talking with kidsand other women, you get a sense
that we're ebbing and flowingtogether.
And I think it's been reallyinteresting because as my
clients are talking to theirspouses, they're like, I need
these two days off.
Like, I'm gonna need you to stepup and taking care of the kids,
making sure dinner's on thetable.
Like it, these are just two daysduring this time that I'm just
(21:53):
gonna be let's just say not mybest.
And I might be a little moremoody, but because they're aware
of it and they're communicatingit, there's this way to build
and this vulnerability that'sshifting the dynamics of that
relationship.
So I think innately, as women,we start to understand
ourselves, we're better atcommunicating it.
Because I'll tell you this if aguy sat there and said, Well,
(22:16):
this is what you'reexperiencing, I'd be like,
right?
And like a big X would go up andbe like, like you cannot tell me
what's going on, like you haveno idea what I'm doing over
here, right?
So I I think it's just um Ithink there's there's this sense
of I'm actually so we teach youto like block your days off,
(22:38):
block your calendar, understandthose are gonna be your softer
days.
It's okay to be softer, kind ofa thing.
SPEAKER_00 (22:45):
I love that because
it gives you an opportunity,
like you said, to plan.
Because I've had times where Ilike I'll say yes to something
because I'm feeling very strongand on, and then that day comes
along and I'm like, oh my gosh, why did I say yes?
Because I'm not ready, I'm justnot prepared, you know, or I am,
but I'm just not at my fullcapacity.
And and I think everybody, youknow, has that, but to be able
(23:07):
to acknowledge it and see it onpaper and go, okay, I know
during this time frame I'm gonnabe on, I'm I'm good to go.
And and since our lastconversation, when we had our
our after uh conversation fromthe last podcast, and I and I
asked you about that questionabout those that are maybe not
experienced in this cycle.
Um, I started watching thedifferent move phases for
(23:28):
myself, and I found for mepersonally, I mean, and I want
to get your book to do so I canstart journaling this, but I
found for me personally that thethe waning crescent moon is my
strongest days.
I'm on.
I am on.
And and I found the full moon.
I just want to kick back, I'mrelaxed.
But see, I'm also in my seasonbecause I thrive, I would say
(23:50):
anywhere from October all theway to February, March are like
very strong months for me.
Um, and I also noticed too, andand I don't, you know, again, it
could be the combination ofboth, but I find that I take
everything, and by the time Ihit my February uh March, I've
got everything in line and doingwhat I need so strongly that the
rest of those months I'm notstressing out over the fact that
(24:13):
I'm not going to be prepared orI'm not quite there yet.
And and again, I mean it's I'msharing this with you because is
this pretty much along the linesof what you're teaching other
people to understand and youknow, based on what you and I've
talked about?
SPEAKER_01 (24:26):
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, Coach McGee, this is Iam by no means, and nobody's an
expert yet.
Trust me, if you are comingacross a woman that says she's
an expert in all of this, unlessyou're ancestrally like passed
down this knowledge, this wisdomfrom great-grandmother to
grandmother to you to yourchild, this is almost like a
(24:47):
lost history.
Um, and remember too, throughoutmost of our history, women
haven't been able to document orwrite down anything we've
experienced.
So, in some respects, we're thefirst time as a society able to
document and write down andtrack and leave historical
medical information about whatit is to be a woman.
(25:10):
So, yeah, this is it's reallyinteresting.
Each woman is different.
Um, there's, I think, a lot ofmisconceptions out there around
what we experience as women.
I think there's a lot of uminformation that's harming us
that's being told to us astruth.
And, you know, this is allthings that we dive into on the
(25:31):
inner circle, because then weneed a just a safe community of
where we can chat, where we canfind out, and where we can
source each other and brief andrecommend resources, do the
deeper dive because here'shere's the reality.
If since 1944 in the UnitedStates, since the 1940s, women
(25:53):
got a job, were in theworkforce, then we're pulled out
of the workforce, then you know, got the ability to have the pill
in 1961, which there's some realcontroversial information around
the taking of a pill nowadays, you know, 50 some odd years
later, 60 years later, we'restarting to see the effects of
that, um, and what it's done towomen.
(26:15):
And it hasn't been pleasant forus, unfortunately.
Um it's this information is nowcoming up because it's taken a
generation for this informationto to be brought to us.
The other reasons why we focusin a lot on the finances is
because I don't know if youladies remember, but it was only
back in 1978 that women couldopen up a bank account without
(26:37):
her husband's signature orwithout her husband, and period,
like or special provisions, sothat's less than 50 years ago.
So I think as to be honest, there's a lot left to explore.
I'm excited about the planner.
I think it's a stepping stone inthe right direction.
Is it the end all be all?
(27:00):
You know, that would be an egotalking, and I'm more of the
collaborative.
All I can say is I expect it toexpand and to grow and for women
to be a constant source offeedback.
I'm always open to feedback withthis planner.
This is not, this has beengifted to me to gift to the
world.
That's how I look at it.
SPEAKER_00 (27:21):
Yeah, I I love it
though.
I do, and I think it's wellneeded because you said there's
a lot of things out there, especially with um the girls
that are coming up now.
I'm and I'm talking about theones that are now starting to
experience, you know, all thesechanges in their life and moving
forward and and then going, what's going on?
What's going on?
And like you said, being told,oh, it's just this, or you know,
or yeah, and you're blown off.
(27:42):
I can't tell you how manystories or people I've heard and
they were all women wherethey've been patted on the top
of their head and they'll go,Oh, you're fine, you're good.
And it's like, no, you know, youjust don't understand.
You're not getting so having theability to not only see
something that you can identifyfor yourself and and open up and
(28:02):
go, look, this is where I am,and this is how I feel, this is
what's going on, and then to seethat that tract of how it works
and see the rhythm, like yousaid, and then having saying,
okay, I know each and every timeframe during this, this is where
my strength and where I'll be.
But then to have that knowledgefor yourself gives you more
(28:22):
strength and empowerment to go,I can make these choices based
on on this.
And it's almost like havinginside information on yourself,
you know, and I'm really excitedfor you.
That's awesome.
Yeah.
SPEAKER_01 (28:34):
And the thing is
that we do is like we do the
create her celebration, and thisis where you do track week by
week, what is your energy level, what's your overall energy
level, and do you see season byseason something shift?
Like the only person, and thehonestly, I will tell you the
one of the reasons I do with theplanner, Coach Mickey, is
because this is talking aboutbeing a woman and it's talking
(28:57):
about our it's it's actuallyHIPAA protected and kind of the
medical world of this.
I am not enticed to do an appbecause I don't want us to be
weaponized against us.
I don't want it to be used as amarketing ploy or tool.
And I think the first personthat needs to be aware of her
cycle is you, and then thepeople around you.
(29:19):
And then if you want to open itup and give it to the marketing
world, that's fine.
But I think there's the sense ofyour privacy, you knowing who
you are at its core.
That that is your information.
Uh, and all I ask is that youknow, we source each other and
we share the experiences and seewhere there's overlaying uh
(29:39):
similarities and let that be ourguide.
SPEAKER_00 (29:43):
No, I think that's
really smart again.
And what you know aboutyourself, again, is the most
important tool you can have.
It is, it's really not anybodyelse's business.
I mean, it's it's no differentthan really getting to
understand why you do things orhow things occur, what's
happening within you.
I mean, we don't go out and makeit public knowledge.
Hey, by the way, I'm on my cycletoday.
SPEAKER_01 (30:04):
Yeah, and we don't,
unless sometimes you're walking
around in a white skirt and allof a sudden you're bleeding,
you're like, oh hell, right?
It's like it's happened moretimes than I cared about.
I think you mentioned it onepisode.
Or um part one of this, right?
You're like, I was on thesideline, it happened, right?
Like, how many of us go out andlike, oh hell?
There's the sense though that isa lot of shame and blame because
(30:27):
it's unnatural.
We've been told it's unnaturalto bleed because guys don't, so
it must be unnatural.
And I was like, oh, it's morenatural than I can tell you.
Um, but I think as women we canwe can laugh about, we can
support each other.
You know, I think it's justgives us grace to really say,
hey, you know what?
We're breaking glass ceilings,we're in new industries, we're
(30:49):
we're becoming CEOs, we'rebecoming extraordinary leaders,
we have these tools with us.
Let's celebrate this uniquenessjust as much as the men have
done it.
It's time for us women todiscover it, learn it, and share
this wisdom.
Okay, so how can people findyour book?
Simple.
It's actually thecreateherplanner.com.
(31:09):
So create her, ladies, as yousee.
It's C-R-E-A-T-H-E-R.
So create her.
You are the creator of yourlife.
I hope you know this.
You create like every singlemonth, at least, you know, cycle
through this.
Um, whether you have your cycleor not, you are a creator.
So creatorplanner.com is thesimplest and easiest way to get
hold of it.
Um, we are hosting the CreateHer Dream Journey where we
(31:33):
actually walk you through thefirst part of this planner to
create your intentions for 2026.
And then we support you throughthe inner circle, which is the
$47 a month, minimal investment, meeting, having the group, uh
collaboration three times amonth, planning, celebration,
accountability.
You get to ask questions, get tomeet other women that are using
this, high-achieving women, women in business, women from
(31:56):
all walks of life.
And I think that's what makes itunique is you're going to hear
different, different ways womenare using this.
SPEAKER_00 (32:02):
And the link will be
down below.
If you're watching the uh thevideo, it's down below.
And if you're listening to thepodcast, just go ahead and click
on uh Katrina's name and that'lldrive you right to her website
where you can actually get theplanner.
Um, I'm really excited aboutthis.
I think this is a great way tokick off the new year, and it
gives people an opportunity tosay, okay, um, this is what I
need to do.
This is how I need to understandstuff.
(32:23):
And and I'm really excited.
I'm the first person to seethis, that this was hot off the
press.
What about timing?
Oh my gosh, Katrina, I'm soexcited.
SPEAKER_01 (32:30):
See, I told you
everything happens for a reason.
Like the part two of this wholething happened just because like
I needed the planner in my hand.
I was like, well, Chef Mickey'sgroup's gonna see the very
first.
Oh, and the other piece behindthis, the reason she's on fire,
is if you're following alongwith the elements and the
horoscopes, we're stepping intofire as our element for 2026.
(32:51):
So there is a strength behindthat.
It is both the blue sky, thegreen earth, grounded.
So it's very grounded planner.
So when you hold it, the idea isto get really grounded into
yourself as you step into 2026.
SPEAKER_00 (33:06):
I love it.
I love it.
Well, I would like to have youback because I'd like to have
some more insight.
And like you said, it's alwaysevolving, and you've got a lot
of people, you know, offeringinformation.
And I think a lot of it you'regonna find now.
Do you find I guess that thereis um a lot of similarities?
I mean, so so you can actuallysay, okay, during this time
frame, based on what everybodyelse's experience or what
(33:28):
they're doing, that this reallydoes is that timeline is pretty
solid.
So so let's say that there'slike for me, I said I I seem to
find my strength in the the umthe waiting.
SPEAKER_01 (33:42):
Yeah, the present
waning moon.
Yep.
SPEAKER_00 (33:44):
So so it's like I'm
trying to keep track of that.
So every month it's like, do Ireally still feel that way?
So you're you're and then uh youknow, same thing with the full
moon based on what's happeningor how I'm feeling.
So when you're journaling thisin your book and in your create
her journal, um this will giveyou the opportunity to go back
from past months and see thesimilarities of that rhythm.
(34:06):
So you could actually kind ofidentify that time frame.
SPEAKER_01 (34:09):
Yeah, it's an
awareness, it's literally an
awareness tracker.
So you're gonna start becauseeven each day, I have like
little batteries at the bottomof your day.
So you can kind of fill thosein.
Like the whole point is also tokind of create this a coloring
book.
I want more color in a woman'slife.
Um, but you color that in.
It's like, do I start my day offstrong?
Did I feel a little like slowertoday?
And then you bring all thosebatteries of the week and you
(34:31):
bring it up to the full week andyou say, Okay, this over a week,
it felt kind of like this, right?
You're creating your awareness.
But when you can look back, Ican look back.
I so to be honest, let's take alook real quick, right?
2025.
This was my planner from lastyear, right?
Going back through, this isprobably the most used planner
(34:53):
I've ever.
Because I was curious.
I think the curiosity ofunderstanding my rhythm and
flow, right?
So just going through andsaying, okay, oh, I am 20.
Like the first thing was that Iwas just putting in the days I
thought my cycle was, but Iwasn't counting the days.
And then I was like, well, whatdoes a 20?
Like, what am I actuallyexperiencing?
I'm like, oh, this is some good, like, and I start following my
(35:17):
energy.
And the one interesting thing isI talk with more women, the more
you become aware, the moreheightened that awareness during
those different parts of yourmonth start to take hold.
Like you're naturally drawn toyour energy cycle around the
waning crescent moon.
So for you, you'll actuallycontinue to increase that
(35:39):
awareness, like you'll expand itand do more and more in that
time period because you feelthat energy and you're in touch
with yourself and thatexperience and that time frame.
And you're like, this is whatI'm doing here.
This is where I feel like I needa reset.
You get to get really experienceit and develop it.
SPEAKER_00 (35:59):
Yeah, I mean, I love
it.
I really do.
And I guess it made me moreaware.
And and I again, it was one ofthose just from our last
conversation.
And I was like, you know, Ireally just want to see how this
works.
And and I did notice that.
And and it was like I said, I'mexcited to put it down in the
journal too, so I can see it,you know, more and more.
Um, so what have you got goingon in 2026?
Like if people want to, youknow, I you mentioned that you
(36:20):
have an uh opportunity so peoplecan be part of a group, they can
get your um your book, you know, your journal.
So uh what else have you gotgoing on if somebody wants to
attend or be part of or connectwith you?
SPEAKER_01 (36:32):
Yeah, so the the
creator planner is like the
starting point of yourawareness.
And then what I love workingwith is helping women actually
incorporate that into theirbusiness growth strategy.
So, how do you build your team, grow your business, take a look
at your financial, your money, all of that?
So we do have the create herrewire.
You'll see a theme here, createher plays with everything.
So creator rewire is our threeto five months because we give
(36:55):
women breaks to actuallyimplement.
So it's not like always ondemand kind of a thing.
Um, it's one-on-one coaching,it's group coaching, it's
support system, right?
Around how business getsdesigned as a woman.
Shocking.
The other thing's happening in2026 that I'm super excited
about.
Um, we're creating the creatorreset weekends.
So these are experiences aroundthe world.
(37:16):
So our first one that we'redoing.
So we did one this year in 2025.
It went over so well that wedecided that we were going
international in 2026.
And we're doing our first one inEl Salvador.
It's an all-inclusive create herreset.
And it's a time for women tocome together.
It's an intimate group of 12.
Yes, we still have seatsavailable at the time of this
one because you guys are gettingin really early because Coach
(37:38):
Mickey is awesome.
Um, and she's just timing wasperfect with her.
Um, but the these resets are forus women that are highly
accomplished to come together, slow down, breathe, create
sacred moments as a woman, andthen really have that time to to
think and play and laugh withother women and really like
(38:00):
level up together.
Um, so those are the big two bigthings is definitely the
planner, the coaching with therewire, um, and these events
that just anchor the planner, anchor the the build business
building, like you said, takingtime to rest and intentionally
creating that.
And I think that's one of my bigpushes as we design and continue
(38:22):
moving forward in 2026 and in2027.
We're already thinking 2027,crazy as that is.
Um, but really creating morerest time for women.
So I'm excited about it all.
I think it's just gonna bephenomenal.
SPEAKER_00 (38:34):
Well, you've got
such great energy.
I mean, you really do.
And I love having I love, I wishwe lived closer because I would
love to hang with you on a moreregular basis.
But you know, we we met eachother, oh my gosh, what was it
like a year ago?
SPEAKER_01 (38:46):
Was it was it was
your shockingly, it was March of
this year.
We went back in February, Marchof this year when I had you on
the create her um or thebreakthrough business growth
summit.
So I brought on Coach Mickey formy audience listening.
I brought her on to talk aboutthe glass ceiling that she has
gone through and broken throughfor all of us as a female coach
in a very male-dominant sport.
(39:08):
So I brought you on.
We chatted back, and it was backin March of this year.
It might seem so long agobecause you've developed such a
great friendship.
SPEAKER_00 (39:16):
It feels like I've
known you my whole life.
It does.
But see, this tells you forthose that are listening, this
tells you the type of energythat Katrina brings to the
table.
She's an extraordinary person.
I mean, she really is.
You really are.
I I love the fact because I justran something past you uh before
we even started this podcast.
And I, you know, in my head, I'mthinking, well, I've known you
(39:37):
for years.
I didn't even realize it's beensince March, you know what I
mean?
But that tells you what kind ofperson you are.
And and I love not only havingyou as my guest, but I love the
fact that we've connected in somany other ways, you know,
through our lives, you know, through our life.
And I'm I'm really excited to domore with you in in 2026.
But for those of you that arelistening, if you you really are
(39:58):
are thinking you're like, I needsomething more, I've got to do
something different.
I really, really truly encourageyou to to connect with Katrina
and and see what she's all aboutand get in her energy and know
what she has to offer and be apart of her program because
she's gonna bring things to youthat you are gonna learn about
yourself.
And it just you just have thisway of making you feel good.
(40:20):
You know, you I feel good whenI'm around you.
So I know I can't even imaginewhat's gonna be like at one of
your events and in person.
You know, we're just doing itthrough the airwaves and I know,
and I think you're right.
SPEAKER_01 (40:30):
It was last year
because it was August of last
year.
Oh my gosh, it feels like notlong ago.
It was over a year ago thatwe've uh like you're right.
I feel like we've known eachother way longer than that.
unknown (40:41):
Holy crap!
SPEAKER_00 (40:43):
But but that you
know what though, that tells me
that you know what you do is sogenuine and and you mean uh
everything you teach, and you'vegot a heart, and you're so
giving, and you're so generous, and you're also very insightful.
And I like the fact that you'revery transparent and you'll put
things out on the table.
And it may not be what you wantto hear, but it's what you need
(41:05):
to hear.
And and I really believe that weneed that, and to come from
somebody who genuinely is doingit from their heart and doing
what's best for you is probablyone of the greatest gifts you
can you can give someone.
So I am I am uh so excited foryou, Katrina, and I'm really
hoping that uh 2026 is anabundance of success.
And I know you're gonna changeso many lives.
(41:26):
I really do.
I know this is gonna be youryear.
SPEAKER_01 (41:29):
I'm excited, and
then thank you so much for
having me on your podcast.
And I look forward to yourgrowth and all the changes that
are happening for you.
And this friendship is amazing.
We will continue to stay intouch, and who knows?
I might be on the the West Coastsooner rather than later, and
we'll definitely have to gettogether um and hang out.

want this to be an incredibleyear, why not know where you
