In 1970, while playing football for Cornell University, Ken suffered a catastrophic neck injury that left him nearly completely paralyzed from the shoulders down. Refusing to let tragedy define his story, he turned immense adversity into a lifetime of purpose and achievement.After a long recovery, Ken returned to Cornell to complete his engineering degree and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Education from Cornell and a Master of Education in Psychology from Columbia University.
